Hermosa piscina y jardín en un entorno muy privado. El edificio está ubicado en un paisaje exuberante y un entorno aislado que le recordará la vida de los viejos días de Florida y solo a 4 cuadras de la playa. Piscina temperada. TV en las dos habitaciones y Smart TV en la sala de estar. Servicio de lavandería en el lugar.

This was a very clean home in a great location. It was close to the beach and many dining spots. Everything we needed were right on site, the pool was clean and quiet. I would not hesitate to come back!

Perfect Stay in a Pristine Unit

We had a fantastic stay at James' VRBO unit in Fort Lauderdale. The unit was impeccably clean, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from a well-equipped beach. James managed everything superbly, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The unit had all the essentials needed for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

Great comfortable place right near the beach

I wondered why all the reviews were 5* and then we arrived. This apartment was absolutely immaculate and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room spacious and comfortable. This is a great location and the owners easy to communicate with. This was a very enjoyable stay for us.

Perfect for couple getaway

Peaceful, clean, convenient property, a few blocks away from the beach, but insulated from the hustle and bustle of A1A. Owners provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Prime parking if you rent a car as we did and simple check-in/ check-out.

Another Amazing stay

This is our second time staying at the property. Comms with the owners is outstanding via email amd Whatsapp. The property is located in a very well maintained complex, clean , quiet and safe. Located a short 5 minute walk from the beach there are also some nice cafes located within a few minutes walk. Having stayed last year we knew we would have a great time, the apartment is clean , spacious and well kitted out to suite your needs should you not wish to venture out for meals etc. My wife and I look foward to returning next year .

Love this location!

We have stayed in this complex before but loved this location in particular. Great furniture and decor and we loved the seats just outside in a covered outdoor space. The pool is so quiet and enjoyable and the location in vicinity to the beach and restaurants is perfect! Would stay again!

Beautiful condo close to the beach

We had an amazing week here only 4 blocks from the beach, a private pool and located in the best part of town. Condo was well designed and in immaculate condition, as the photos dictate. They offered great amenities in a full kitchen, beach and shower towels and beach chairs & umbrella. Fantastic restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We even walked to Publix to stock up and then Lyft back to complex. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Plan on booking again next year!

An outstanding property and Manager

After staying in FL we had moved to the SW Coast with plans to stay for 7+days. Mr Hurricane Ian put a stop to that and we had to pack up and evac. My wife and I decided to move back to FL. We discovered this amazing property (located a mere 100m from a property we had stayed in 2 weeks prior) and reached out to James. If was very late when we arrived, James had offered us such a lovely gesture after hearing our evac story to which my wife and I were so grateful. The property is set in a quite area a few minutes walk from the Beach. Ideally located for our needs, a short drive to the Galleria Mall and Las Oschas Blvd. Oh, and fantastic Coffee Shop 2 mins away, Check out Archibald's great coffee and scones Now back to the property, it was amazing!!! Private parking on site, very secure entrance with code access. The grounds are well maintained , with laundry room, outdoor pool and BBQs. The property itself was amazing, code access led into a spacious well furnished lounge / dinning area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Two bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Great Smart TVs in living room and bed rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and shall return next year. James runs a very robust guest policy which ensures a nice peaceful ambience.

Beautiful home

This was such a beautiful 2 bedroom home! We really enjoyed our stay here, the home was super clean, smelled so nice, comfy beds and James/Fernando respond promptly if any questions. We didn't have to reach out to them for anything, will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation

Our stay at the Property has been very pleasant. The residence is a well-maintained and secure complex of 2-storied buildings with the gate access (you just learn the code and do not have to carry a key); the street is very quiet with practically no traffic; the Atlantic beach is within walking distance via similarly quiet streets, all with sidewalks. Many crossroads have stop signs; the speed limit is 30 MPH. Most of the surrounding buildings are private residences and hotels, small and large. The 2-BR apartment, which we rented, is spacious, recently renovated and well-equipped, with a perfect sound insulation. During our 5-week stay, we had no problems and heard no noise. Each bedroom includes a king-size bed; in the living room, the sofa turns into a queen-size bed. Every room has an air conditioner and a TV. The internet access is reliable and fast. The kitchen is well-equipped, clean, and convenient. The swimming pool on the property is nice and clean. The laundry facility, also on the property, is convenient. Staying here, you may easily forget that the large city with many shopping malls and plenty of entertainment is within easy reach. Last but not least, the owners are very polite and helpful: they promptly provide all necessary information, and immediately respond to any concerns.
