Acogedora villa de dos dormitorios / dos baños completamente amueblada y bellamente decorada dentro de un dúplex de dos unidades. Villa tiene capacidad para seis (6) personas.

Dormitorio principal - cama queen size o más grande. Dormitorio de invitados - cama queen. Camas de invitados adicionales: sofá plegable, cama plegable o futón.

Ofrecemos ropa de cama, toallas de baño y playa, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar. Así como 2 sillas de playa y sombrilla.

La villa tiene una cocina completa con todos los utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, entre ellos, cafetera, tetera eléctrica y licuadora.

Villa cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana en todos los dormitorios y sala de estar y conexión inalámbrica a Internet. Lavadero dentro de la unidad.

Villa cuenta con piscina protegida, patio privado con asientos y parrilla. La piscina y la parrilla de la barbacoa se comparten con la otra unidad, aunque cada unidad tiene su propia área de estar en el patio y espacio en el jardín para disfrutar de una gran cantidad de espacio al aire libre.

Perfecto para parejas, familias con niños, amigos que buscan una escapada relajante en la playa o viajes de negocios.

Excelente ubicación, ubicación central en todo, desde restaurantes elegantes, tiendas, lugares de entretenimiento y actividades interiores / exteriores dentro del área local. Excelentes restaurantes de barrio ubicados a poca distancia.

La villa se encuentra a poca distancia de la playa, a dos cuadras de distancia. Ideal para disfrutar de hermosos amaneceres.

Great place to stay for a getaway!

Wonderful location, quiet area, super clean, well stocked kitchen, great pool. The host thought of everything and it was very nice to stay at her place!

Beautiful villa

The location was ideal, so close to the ocean and the pool was fantastic. Kids didn’t want to leave. Very clean and had all the kitchen essentials! Will definitely book again!!!

Clean quaint property close to the beach

We stayed at this property as we attended some of the events at Tortuga music festival. The property was clean and metbour needs. It was also within a couple block walk to the beach, which was perfect for my out of town family members.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I love this place. It is very clean and spacious and well equipped. Having the pool is nice but would have been better if it was heated. Being able to walk a short distance to the beach is so convenient. The property manager Rhona was always prompt and responsive to our needs.

Comfortable Duplex Near the Beach

We enjoyed two nights in this rental, coming to FL for a family reunion. We rented both sides of the duplex, which meant we did not have to share the pool with anyone else. The place is comfortable and has good AC. The proximity to the beach is the big selling point. Overall, it was a nice stay and we recommend the property to others.

Great weekend getaway

Our group of 4 adults had an excellent stay. The place is conveniently located 1-2 blocks from the beach. The shared pool with the next door unit was a nice escape. The unit was clean and everything we needed was provided. Communicating with Rhona was easy with timely responses. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Meeting point for Christmas

We truly enjoyed our stay. Close to beach and convenient to store and some restaurants for walking to. Nice neighborhood. A short drive to Las Olas Blvd. area. Our unit had a roll away bed for 5th person , not pull out as in description. Our host, Rhona, was a wonderful host and we were glad to meet her personally. Would definitely like to return! Thank you Rhona!

Clean and comfortable accommodations

We had a lovely time staying in Rhona’s property. It was clean and comfortable. We were 4 senior citizens with a different definition of easy walking to the beach as the only thing to keep us from a 5 star rating in all categories. Also the promised brochures about nearby restaurants were no where to be found. Thank goodness for GPS. All in all it was a very pleasurable stay. We would go back as Rhona was easy to contact and responded quickly to queries.

Great location

The location was the best. Walking distance to beach as well as many restaurants. There were a couple of extremely cold days. The pool was not heated nor was the unit. The management did provide a space heater after inquiring about the heat. The grill did not work and was old and rusty. A new grill was supplied a couple days later. I do feel that we had to request too many things that should have been taken care of before our arrival.

Was not happy with the property

Location was excellent.Rhona was reliable always easy to get in touch with.The house was not the one we looked at,I think the pictures showed the other home.Sand on floor,tables and counters.There was a broken window and a mirrored wall that was also broken.The pictures on the wall were broken and just hanging there.We told Rhona about it and he said he was aware of it.Well why not fix those they could have been a safety issue.Im glad we weren’t there much.

As Advertised-Great Place

Nice clean beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Home is very close to the ocean. It’s a 3 block walk to the beach. You do have to cross A1A and it’s 4 lanes with no cross walks at the nearest intersection. However there is a pay as you go parking lot right across the road at the beach so I was able to drive the kids across the main road and just park. We felt very safe in this area. House was very clean. It was easy to communicate with owner/manager. When we arrived the stove was not working. They had a brand new one installed in less than 24 hours. I can’t say anything bad about the place or the owners managers. Bedrooms and living areas were large so we had plenty of space. We would gladly stay there again.

Nice trip

Our stay here was solely for recovery after surgery. Initially I had emailed Rhoda to inquire about checking in early as we were arriving early. She told me to text when our flight arrived. I was in surgery when the rest of my family arrived and my mom text Rhoda as she requested but she was rather abrasive and told my mom she could get in at 4 as scheduled. It was okay as that is the scheduled time but she specifically told us to contact her to potentially get in early. The house was nice though I’m not sure how there are sleeping arrangements for 6. There were 2 queen beds and a cot. I suppose someone could sleep on the couch. It was not an issue for us as we only had 4 guests and actually the cot was perfect for my recovery. The picture frames were damaged and hanging crooked but the home is l pretty. The pool is nice though it had a lot of algae growing and initially the pump/filter didn’t appear to be working. Rhoda was very responsive to any issues we had including the pool and someone came to fix it and clean it. We ran out of toilet paper and initially she suggested we go get some but when we explained that we didn’t have a car she had some sent over. I would assume most people aren’t staying near the beach in Florida to watch tv but unfortunately I spent most of my time indoors. The tvs were older and couldn’t get Freevee or other streaming apps. Netflix and prime video were both available but They were just extremely slow. Not a big deal overall. It was nice.

Disappointing - Our rental was double-booked when we arrived

We booked this property for a quick getaway weekend to escape the cold of Pennsylvania. When we arrived after midnight on Friday night, exhausted from a long day of work and travel, we were more than surprised to find another family occupying the unit. We could not get in touch with the property manager who had apparently turned her phone off. Since it was a holiday weekend, and past midnight, it was impossible to find a hotel that had an open room. We drove around for over an hour, made phone calls and were resigned to sleep in our rental car, when my husband convinced a manager at a Hilton property to give us a room with a broken lock; they charged us a lot. Ugh. The next morning, when the Vrbo property manager called us back, she was very apologetic about the mix up and gave us a code for an adjoining property. We were happy to leave the hotel. We submitted the bill for our hotel stay to this apologetic manager, thinking it only fair that they refund us that money (especially since the 3 day weekend at the property was costing more than 2x that). After 48 hours of consideration, she told us the owner would "generously" refund our first night's stay, the night we couldn't use the property anyway. Crazy. While I appreciate that we all make mistakes, and I wanted to shake off the unfortunate mix-up THEY made, I have to share this cautionary tale. The property was clean and conveniently located, but I would strongly recommend against renting from this team.

High School Senior Summer Trip

The property is just as it is described, it was perfect for my family. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants. I was concerned about having to share the backyard with the other group renting the other half of the house but they were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Excellent location!

Dolphin isles is a quaint spot, location is prime for beach lovers it’s a 5 minute walk to get to the beach and of course the Pool is located at home! Best of both worlds if you are looking for some food there are a couple of spots nearby but they seemed to be a bit higher end. My only complaint was that the WiFi didn’t work. And as someone that works remotely this made it extremely difficult. Accommodations were excellent and I would/will definitely go back to stay here in the future!
