A lovely neighborhood with ability to walk to restaurants. Facilities were spotless and well supplied. All entry and closing directions simple to understand and process. Plenty of space in the condo and parking.

Awesome property

There were 16 of us for birthday parties. This was by far the best VRBO we have rented. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. They have extra TP, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags. They even had toothpaste and toothbrushes and a razor. They also had chips and salsa when we arrived and seltzer water in the fridge. Several restaurants and bars a block away. And only a mile from the river walk. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay with everything we need!

We had a great stay at these two townhouses side by side! The houses were very clean and had everything we needed. Plus, we were walking distance to the river walk. I would definitely recommend this stay to any family or group visiting San Antonio.

Great location in Central SA!

Fantastic properties in a lovely part of the city. House was in perfect shape and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Parking is a bit limited but the host communicated well on what was expected. Well appointed kitchens!!!!

Family Reunion

The 2 almost identical properties were perfect for our group of 12, adults in one, kids in the other. Great location, lots within walking distance. Garage parking is very tight, would recommend parking on the street.

Excellent and Safe!

We came with 14 adults for a retreat and it was a perfect location for needing to go to the conference center! Super safe neighborhood and we didn’t hear any noise at night like some of the reviews stated. It had a lot of personality and would totally come back if I needed to!!

Property and property manager were terrific!

Both units were exactly as advertised and communication with the property manager was always prompt and friendly. I was with 5 colleagues for a team meeting and they were very impressed with the property and location. Many nice and welcoming touches throughout. We would gladly return and highly recommend to others.

Excellent stay

We were two families of six each in our parties. Both units were very clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for each family. We were close to several theme parks and the airport and within walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. If we are ever in the San Antonio area we will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving with family

We booked this property for our family of 14 during the Thanksgiving week. We had 2 townhomes. The property is beautiful. Very luxurious with attention to detail. Each townhome has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and king size bed. The property is just a mile away from the Alamo and the river walk. Hope to be back again some time!

San Antonio for 8 adults

We would have preferred a single rental with 4 en-suite bedrooms but couldn’t find it so went with two of the side by side townhouses. Worked just fine! Walk to a few restaurants and the River Walk and Alamo if you’re really adventurous. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was fully accessible and anxious to assist.

Great Location! Great Property!

We rented units 103 and 104. Both units were beautifully furnished , very well kept and very comfortable. It was a huge plus that each bedroom had a private full bath. Plus each unit also had a guest bathroom. Despite being close to lots of activities the neighborhood was very quite. Only suggestion would be boxes of Kleenex and perhaps a small rug by the refrigerator to protect the beautiful flooring as the ice sometimes jumps out of the glasses onto the floor when using the ice dispenser.

Comfortable, cool, safe, well equipped and a pleasure

Our family gathered from abroad and the US to these two lovely townhouses. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Check in and checkout were simple and convenient. Very comfortable beds, thoughtful details, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Plenty of upscale linens and towels, laundry equipment, baby equipment and household supplies. Parking was adjacent, and two garages were available to us. We felt secure and welcome in a beautiful neighborhood close to historic King William and some really fine restaurants including Bar Loretta and the Liberty Bar. Thank you for hosting us during our family wedding. You helped make it a memorable week.

Just Perfect!

We rented this property of adjoining identical homes for a long weekend with friends. The homes are stylish, clean and look brand-new. Everyone had their own king-sized bed and personal bathroom. Although we are at the nearby restaurants, the kitchens would have worked great to prepare meals. The living room/dining room spaces were comfortable for our group of 6 to relax and talk. The property owners went above and beyond with little welcoming touches like Topo Chico waters in the fridge and Texas-shaped tortilla chips and salsa waiting for us on the counters. Overall, it was a wonderful place with the right balance of private spaces and gathering spaces. Great location- walkable to the Riverwalk and other spots. Every person in our group remarked at what a great find it was.

Great neighborhood

Our first night, found a leak under the kitchen sink. We put a pan underneath the sink plumber came out, then left to purchase and replaced the garbage disposer during our first breakfast there. There is a bad odor (mold) in the laundry closet upstairs in 103. The water filter on the refrigerator in 103 needs to be replaced or re-set.103 has two lovely armchairs. When I saw them on the website, it closed the deal for me. I was so disappointed with how threaded bare these chairs were. Certain times of day, it was shocking to see the condition of the chairs. Found a child’s toy under a cushion. I knew check in is 4:00. A day or two before checking in, I had asked if it were at all possible to check in between 2:30-3:00. I was told that I would be notified as soon as they finished. So, I texted my customer service rep and told her it is my understanding that… and asked if she could please text or call when the units were clean. She replied, “Of course”. I never heard back from her after she replied “of course” until the next day. When she asked me if we could remove the vehicle from our assignment gravel space because there was going to be work on the driveway, we were asked to please move out vehicle or use the garage or the street. Our vehicles would not fit in the garage, so we parked down the street. There was no work ever done. The Welcome noticed had the wrong passwords. Mold appears to be the starting in the Master Bathroom Shower in 104. I've photos to photos to share.

Very clean and beautiful!

We had 4 couples, so 2 per unit. The somewhat strange thing about the layout is that the only way to enter the unit is directly into a bedroom. And lots of stairs, being 3 levels. If you have a bad knee or hip, I would not recommend it. Fortunately none of us had an issue with that. Overall, we loved it! Easy 20 minute walk to the Riverwalk through a safe neighborhood.
