Seagull Condominiums unit 407 es un alquiler de vacaciones de dos dormitorios y dos baños con una excelente vista del Golfo de México. La cocina totalmente equipada recientemente remodelada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable se abre a la sala de estar y tiene un bar con 4 taburetes para sentarse. Hay una cama king size y TV de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal, y una ducha a ras de suelo en el baño principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. Hay un aerobed y un sofá de dos plazas que se extiende hacia una cama para obtener más espacio para dormir. Condo duerme 6.

Everything given prompt attention

The view was amazing, beach was clean, the condo itself was very clean and nice. Construction was ongoing during our stay to replace wooden railings with steel ones. They made sure to include that in every communication as well as be clear that work would only take place from 10am to 4pm. They stayed true to that. One of the elevators needed maintenance during our stay but it was fixed overnight and working again by the next morning. If you pay for a canopy, they get set up at 10, but if you're out on the beach earlier than that, the workers are super kind, quick, and accommodating. We never asked, but they would see that we were in a spot where a tent should go, politely ask us if we had reserved one, and then pop it up for us super quick before getting back to the rest of their work. This will become a yearly trip for us. It was perfect. Nothing beats being able to go straight from your condo, onto a boardwalk, and right out onto the beach!

Nice Condo and property

Had a great time staying at the Sea Gull condos. The unit worked out perfectly for my family. Great view of the Gulf. The canopys provided by the condos make it easy to enjoy the beach and have some shade.

Great views and short walk to the beach!

Just what we needed for a relaxing anniversary vacation!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The views of the gulf from the balcony were very relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! Thank you!!

Friendly staff and clean condo!

The condo was super cute and well laid out. It was clean. The staff and condominium were always friendly and helpful and it was a clean condominium. I loved that aspect of the trip! However, everywhere we went (to include the beach at the condo) had so much trash! I’ve never been to a beach that had trash on it, but this was something beyond the usual stray piece that happens because of wind. Texas needs to start investing in hiring staff that clean and drag the beach daily. Also, this is the first time I’ve been to a beach where people drive on it. I think it’s extremely unsafe. But if you’re cool with trash on the beach and drunks driving where your kids are. playing then this is the perfect condo!

The condo was just as described and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more! Location was also fantastic. Weather was overcast and cold and we still loved it. We will be back for sure!

Great view

The condo was as advertised. The staff was great at check-in and checkout, making the process easy. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests. The ocean and beach view was amazing and can be seen through the wall of windows as soon as you open the front door. The only downside to this rental is that the TVs in the bedrooms are tiny (15"). The TV in the living room was a little better. This was tolerable for a group of adults, but if you bring children, this could be an issue. The internet in the condo seemed to lose connection if you changed rooms but otherwise worked great. There is no iron or ironing board in this condo so if you don't like wrinkles bring your own. Overall, we loved the condo as it was steps from the beach and allowed us the luxury of sitting in the condo and enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean.

Great family vacation spot!

Seagull Condominiums is a great place to vacation with your family! Easy beach access, beautiful pool and the condos were very accommodating. Loved that the kitchen/living area faced the ocean with a private balcony to sit and watch the sunrise and ocean waves. Highly recommended!

Best views in Port A

Extraordinary balcony with ocean/beach front views, proximity to beach cabanas set up for you by the condo, outside showers and quiet star filled night skies. What more could you ask for? They also have killer AC, constant hot showers, and phenomenal staff with shout out to Callie who made our stay wonderful!!! If you want to avoid crowds and have a quieter family experience away from the hype this is your place!!! Thanks for the beautiful memories-this is the only place we will stay from here on.

Kick off to summer

This was the perfect way to kick off summer vacation. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. The views of the ocean were beautiful from the great room and balcony. The condo was spotless and very well stocked.

Weekend stay

Very nice unit. Very clean and well maintained. Never had a need for anything. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Beach was great and view from room was excellent. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Awesome stay and amazing view

This was a wonderful property and we can't wait to return. Everything was just perfect and we had a great time. So relaxing and the we could have sat on the balcony and watched the water for days. It was very peaceful and quiet...exactly what we were looking for!

Great location, gorgeous view!

This was our 1st stay and we’ll definitely be back. The beach was very close, clean, and easily accessible. The condo was gorgeous! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property was very nice. Loved that they had chairs and towels for you to use. Wifi was spotty, but we just popped a hotspot. We’ll be back soon!

Relaxing vaca with gorgeous view

Unending views of Gulf, boardwalk to beach, but not accessible for handicapped because ramp was broken and step to beach was very high.
