Gulf Shores 102 First Floor Private Balcony 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo

The beach is within reach in this new renovated, accessible first-floor condo which sleeps 6. It is the closest condo to the swimming pool with fabulous views of the Gulf.
A fully equipped bright kitchen welcomes you with a beautiful backsplash in ocean shades that keeps the beach in mind. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The wide island includes 3 stools. Behind the bar, a gorgeous wooden table seats 6 with benches and chairs. This dining table accommodates everyone for a meal together or a game of cards.
The living room is made for relaxation with large overstuffed furniture.
The star of the space is the wall of windows which show the Gulf. Slide open the doors to the patio with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views. Sharing the view is a bedroom with no privacy wall. Two queen-sized beds, benches, built-in cabinets and a nightstand give everyone their space. An accent wall and wooden art make the area feel like the ocean is inside with you, all while you listen to the waves outside. The nearby bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with beautiful tiling and a river-rock style floor.
The bright master bedroom features a king-sized bed, built-in bench, wicker rocking chair, two nightstands, and a side table with TV. Vibrant art carries the sea theme to this room. The attached bath has a deep tub with built-ins to hold all your essentials. Near the entrance of the unit, this room offers more privacy.
This unit has access to a washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry during your long stay! As well as a Duo Keurig to enjoy some coffee.
Located about 7 miles from downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Beach driving access is conveniently a mile north and south from Gulf Shores or You can just walk down our boardwalk and enjoy the sand between your toes!
Amenities include: Free Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, coin operated on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, BBQ pits and fish house. Indoor game room features an indoor shuffleboard, board games and a 42 in. TV.

Beautiful view, wonderful accommodations

Very clean condo, beautiful view and amenities. Had everything our group of 4 needed. Excellent location for quiet beach access, a bit further out of town if you’re looking for the golf cart Port A experience, but the beach access and view make up for it.

Gulf Shores is still "closest to the beach"

We have stayed at Gulf Shores several times over the past 25 years. Yes, it's an older property, but it has one advantage: newer accommodations were required to be built further back from the dunes, meaning a longer walk to the beach. The unit we stayed in was recently completely renovated, and the ground-floor location was very convenient to the office, pool, and boardwalk. The staff was attentive and friendly. We were also happy to see that Port Aransas has been completely rebuilt after Hurricane Harvey, and there's plenty of places to go and things to do.

Ideal Location

You can't beat staying right on the beach. Loved being away from the crowd without feeling isolated. To be clear, this is not a two bedroom! The listing says 2-bedroom and it's actually a one bedroom with beds in the den area. Other than that, good place to stay, the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is fairly stylish, nice tilework in the kitchen and bath. The bedroom in the master needs blinds. The lights from outside come in and make the room very bright for sleeping. The sofa in the den is really acking, it's patio furniture, not comfortable and it slides around.

We loved the location of the property and the condo itself. An amazing setting for getting up and having coffee on the balcony. Beach 150 yards away. Clean and great accommodations
