La música puede ser jugado a través de un altavoz Bose Mini Enlace Bluetooth, mientras que los juegos de vídeo se pueden reproducir en la Playstation 4. Un disco duro USB ofrece a sus clientes una selección de más de 200 películas para ver en su tiempo libre.

Salga a disfrutar de la privacidad de ningún neighhbours traseros, piscina climatizada y una amplia zona cubierta, completa con tumbonas, mesa y sillas de patio - en aras de la seguridad de los niños se proporciona una barrera de ancho total entre la casa y la piscina.

Great Villa and great location

This was one of the best villas we have stayed in, very quiet and private, especially enjoyed the wild life outiside day and night. Villa was well equipped for our needs and was clean, tidy and being in a gated community made it feel very safe. Situated well for shops, restaurants and parks. Definitely would consider this villa for our next family holiday.

Superb Accommodation

Everything was superb and communication with the owner was amazing. Couple of issues (pool heater broke and washing machine broke down) but owner and management company were on it immediately. Villa was lovely, very clean and very well equipped. Will definately only stay here when we come back again.

Beautiful house with everything you could ever need, great location, so peaceful & relaxing

The house is very large , beautifully decorated, the pool is fabulous and everything is so clean. The location is good but you will need a car however it is very easy to get to the theme parks - about a 30-40 min drive. Myself and family had a brilliant holiday and the accommodation really made it great - I have nothing adverse to say. Stay here and I guarantee you will love it

Disney Holiday

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the kids were even wanted to come back from Disney world to play in the pool! The host was very helpful with the one question we had and solved the issue while we were out at the parks! I thought the location of the villa was good for Disney and the shops and restaurants nearby were great. The villa had lots of space for all our family. Overall I would definitely recommend using this villa for a family holiday.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

Mike’s place was perfect for our family’s needs. The house had everything we needed, it was spacious and the pool was perfect after a hard day on the parks. It is ideally placed for the Disney Parks but to be honest nothing was too far away (if you have a car). The location was very peaceful and I loved sitting watching the wooded area at the back of the house. Publix supermarket is just down the road too which made stocking up on essentials really easy. I would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Great Villa! we will be back!

Great Villa! As a family we have travelled and stayed at many villas and hotels throughout the world, and we would highly recommend The Green Haven. Its close to Disney (15mins), great layout easily accommodating our party of 8. Fabulous pool in sun all day with covered secluded patio (for sun and shade to cool off!) Awesome games room, play station, and movie library. Our kids were entertained no matter what the weather! The Villa is in a gated community, which is very quiet and makes you feel very safe. There is even a clubhouse with a huge pool, gym and beach volleyball, all free of charge! We found all our everyday shopping (Groceries, takeouts and restaurants) 5-10 mins away, my husband even had a haircut! (Manny's Chophouse is a must!). The owners were very obliging and super quick to get back to us on all communications. Finally, the information pack we received (prior to coming) was very helpful, including easy directions from the airport! Way beyond what we expected and the theme continued on arriving with a beautifully presented clean home for the holidays !

Best Vacation Ever!

Our family of 8 could not have been more pleased with our stay at Green Haven at Watersong. Communication with the owner, from the beginning of the booking process, was open and impressive. We did not experience a problem during our stay but if we had, I'm sure it would've been handled immediately and professionally, as Mr. Haase was always quick to respond during the booking process. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, a perfect place for families! Its location in the cul-de-sac provided an outdoor space for the children to play. We might even bring along their bicycles next time! Inside the home, we found the ideal place to relax and unwind after long days at the parks. Some days, my children even asked to leave Disney early to go back to the house to swim and play! We opted for the pool heat and are glad we did, as the evening temps were cool. I was most grateful for the space and privacy of the home, specifically, the ensuites in each bedroom. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and gameroom. If we're ever blessed to visit Florida again, we would love to stay in your home. Thank you for providing an atmosphere for the best vacation ever!

Ideal property for family holiday. Ticks all the boxes when searching for an Orlando based villa.

We spent a lot of time searching on the internet for a holiday villa as a base for a family, Orlando holiday. We looked at hundreds of options; hotels, apartments, International drive and villas. We read thousands of reviews, many of which nearly put us off of renting. The options are endless. We had concerns regarding legitimacy of ownership, privacy, cleanliness, value for money, location, and so on. I can honestly say that Green Haven far surpassed all of our expectations. Mike, the owner, has a direct line of communication and is very straightforward and approachable. The villa has four spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen, diner, lounge is a lovely, bright social area. The swimming pool is great, we cooked most of our meals outdoors on the BBQ. The games room is an added bonus, with pool, darts, air hockey and table football. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, which is a twenty minute drive from most of the major parks and a five minute drive from a Publix supermarket, pizza outlet, liquor store etc. My family have just returned from a two week Christmas holiday at Green Haven and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We are already considering re-booking for 2016.

Amazing family holiday

House is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Great location, really peaceful with easy access to parks and local amenities. Pool and outside area are perfect for relaxing and chilling out on villa days or after visiting a park. Mike was really great at communicating everything before you even think to ask! Great holiday.

Comfortable and convenient to Disney

Overall we were satisfied. The pros: Very clean, comfortable furniture and layout, Valet garbage/recycle a nice touch, pool well maintained, owner and property management both responsive. These are the things we felt need addressing to make this a perfect property: Upon arrival, upstairs thermostat was not working. It was then replaced with a wi-fi type thermostat. The thermostat is controlled by the management company instead of the guests. If guests are paying to stay, I think they should be able to decide what there comfort level is. We kept waking up in the middle of the night sweating to find the thermostat set at 77. This is not a comfortable sleeping temperature. Game Room: A missing pool ball was reported to the owner upon arrival. No brush so you could keep the table clean. No chalk for the cues. Only 3 darts for the dart board, so can't play a game. Kitchen: The range hood light bulb was burned out upon arrival, They are in desperate need of at least one sharp knife. A pasta size pot and salad spinner would be helpful. There were 7 frying pans, none over 8" and 5 had peeling surfaces and were unsafe to use. At least one dinner sized pan is needed and perhaps better cooking utensils to prevent pan damage. There were only 3 serving type bowls, 1 pyrex type and 2 pool side plastic chip bowls. At least one mixing bowl is needed. We are hoping our comments will help to make this a perfect home away from home.

Thank you for your feedback, it always helps us to improve things for our guests in the future. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay were not quite up to the high standards that we strive for. Your concerns about the thermostat are noted and understood. As you indicated the replacement thermostat was a new SMART variety and whilst the operation of the system can be controlled remotely the new system also automatically adjusts the temperature so that it does not fall too low to ensure the AC operates safely and effectively. Had you discussed the temperature changes during your stay with us or our Management Company, it would have been possible to look at adjusting the system to ensure that your needs were met without comprising the efficient and safe running of the system. The system has now been adjusted for our future guests. We always aim to ensure that the pots and pans, and other kitchen utensils provided are suitable for use by guests. As responsible owners we regularly replace those that are damaged and not fit for further use. Again had you highlighted these issues with us or our Management Company during your stay then we could have rectified the situation for you very quickly. We may have also been able to provide you with some (if not all) of the items you felt that were missing from our kitchen inventory.

60th Birthday with family and friends.

There are not enough words to express how our experience at this beautiful villa with all of the comforts of home. We felt at home and safe from the moment we opened the door.This property is well kept and the owners definitely paid attention to detail and all of the small things that make you feel cared for and safe. We have frequent a few rental properties in the past but they all seem to fall short in one area or another. You have definitely set the bar..... We are all essential workers and have been working very hard through this pandemic and still are and we needed this time to take a break from it all. This past week has allowed us to spend much needed time together to make new memories. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house, great location!

Green Haven at Watersong is a great place to stay. It’s close to Disney if you’re into that. We just wanted a place in the sun with a pool to relax after our cruise and that house was perfect for that. This was our second stay here and may stay here again in the future.

Beautifully presented 4 bed property.

This is a lovely spacious house. All rooms en-suite which is a huge bonus. The house was very clean on arrival. All communication with the owner was prompt. The house is located in a gated community which made you feel very safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful. There is wonderful wildlife around which we all enjoyed.The pool was welcomed after long hot days in the parks. We made full use of the games room and the huge library of films available. The house is about 30 min car ride to Disney and about 40 to Universal. Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A car is an absolute necessity. My only negative was that there are no keys for the internal doors. My advice would be to bring a small flathead screwdriver should you need to open the internal doors from the outside. Having said that, I would definitely stay here again should I ever be back in Orlando and I would highly recommend this property.

Great house in great area!

This house worked great for our group of 6 seniors. We weren't looking for the Disney thing but if you are this house in close to the park and an easy commute. We just wanted a quite place to relax around the pool which worked out great for us. We did some day trips to Mount Dora, Clermont and Lake Louisa State Park which were all nice places to visit & shop and not too far away.

Nice villa in lovely surroundings.

Good location with easy access to main highways, shopping areas and restaurants but definitely need a car if staying here. Additional benefit of daily access to clubhouse with lovely pool and gym facilities. Would recommend this villa.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed the property, everything needed was provided. The place had plenty of room and the gated community was kept up. The owner did a great job with timely communications and the welcome packet had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Great house! everything was clean, working and safe. Quiet and nice place. 5 stars!

Everything was in place as expected. The house is great and I fully recommended it if travelling with family. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All in the house is working. You can feel good energy on it. My family and I rested and enjoyed a lot the property. Thanks a lot.
