Bienvenido a nuestra casa ubicada en la comunidad de Pinewood Country Estates, estamos ubicados en Orlando, Florida. Te invitamos a que vengas y te relajes en nuestra piscina y spa completamente climatizados y cerrados, también tenemos una sala de juegos recientemente renovada, totalmente funcional y muy bien equipada. La casa consta de 4 amplios dormitorios y 2 baños totalmente equipados, todos bellamente decorados. Esta no es una propiedad administrada por un negocio, esta es nuestra casa, por lo que puede imaginar que cuidamos mucho nuestra casa y no dejamos nada al azar, queremos que tenga una experiencia relajante y memorable y disfrute de todo lo que Florida tiene para ofrecer. Estamos lo suficientemente cerca como para disfrutar de la magia que es Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World y todas las otras atracciones fantásticas, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que cuando llegue el final del día puedas irte a casa y relajarte en la paz y la tranquilidad propias. hogar. ¡Nuestro único objetivo es ayudarlo a tener una estadía tan fantástica, ya sea que tenga 5 o 55 años, se sentirá como en casa en nuestra casa y no querrá irse!

Nice place

Comfortable and convenient spot. Had pretty much all we needed and nice game room. Would stay again but I will ask about heated pool before going next time.

Property was just what we wanted, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area outside needs a little work but doesnt take anything away from enjoying the pool! would stay again

Disney trip

We stayed at this property with friends to spend 2 days at the Disney parks. Would have been a 20min car ride but traffic 1 day made for a 45 min car ride to the parks. Only would suggest pressure washing pool area, fix up landscaping. Backyard was kind of an eye sore. Kids loved the heated pool as it was a chilly week. Overall was a great stay and good communication with owner.

Best part of our vacation!

After long days of parks and sightseeing, it was wonderful to go "home" to a lovely, clean, house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating allowing an extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay again. The only issue was that in order to have the pool/spa heated, it needed to be requested in advance which we were unaware of until the pool guy told us.

The upkeep of the pool was rather disappointing. It was dirty and not cleaned. Not sure if chemicals were added. We paired to heat it, but could not go in because the pool was dirty. The home itself was okay. Needed some updating.

Corners Cut Everywhere, Avoid

I have never left anything but a 5 star review on VRBO, but this experience doesn't deserve it. First, the property manager and host are non responsive to anything. Upon arrival the Wifi didn't exist, we called the number on the account and were told that the wifi was changed, but we weren't updated. We walked outside to find the spa TOTALLY empty. We arrived late in the evening to find the house has ZERO soaps. We were left on a plate 2 dishwasher pods and one garbage bag. We couldn't even wash our hands or shower. There were some partial bottles of soap we found under the sink. The ironing board was badly damaged, completely unusable with giant burn holes. The coffee maker was stained/damaged and likely 30 years old. There were ZERO baking sheets for making breakfast. Everything would have been fine if the host fixed items. i promptly sent photos to the host who apologized and said they would get back to me right away with fixes and the missing items. Nothing, not a single word the rest of the stay. Nothing arrived, i figure they cut their losses. The phone number for the property manager went unanswered on 4 attempted calls. The house was clean, but i would urge everyone to avoid it, the host appears to be overseas and the house is BAREBONE, everywhere they could save a few bucks they did. We arrived and spent more than $60 on toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, laundry pods, garbage bags and more.

Great place situated 20mins from Disney. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The owner was great with a small issue we had and was resolved within the day.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this villa. It is close enough to Disney to enjoy the magic and far enough away to be able to unwind and enjoy what Florida has to offer. The villa is well kept and exactly what we were looking forward. The owner was attentive and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Family Vacation

This is an ideal spot for family. Close to stores, restaurants and not far from major attractions. We all enjoyed the game room, pool & spa. Host was very attentive to all questions we had. For example, we could not operate tvs in 2 of the rooms upon arrival. Went out to enjoy the attractions only to return and find tvs operable. Will definitely recommend this place!!

Be careful

Property and location were wonderful, loved the pool and game room. Kitchen and linens well stocked and clean, everything worked properly. Very lovely house. However, the owner did not send door code on time and resulted in us having to stay in a hotel first night, he has yet to refund for one night. Additionally, he charged us for "damages" that we did not do with absolutely zero communication regarding the issue. The place was great but be careful of this owner!

Disney Family Trip

The house was perfect for the family. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook all meals. Very clean as well. The kids loved the pool and game room. Host responses are immediate. I will definitely be back!!

Davenport Villa

House was clean. Pool and spa were clean and refreshing. Outside of pool area could have been better cleaned up. Piles of leaves and branches scattered about, Eyesore. If planning on watching any live TV, forget about it as everything is streaming and you need pass codes and pin numbers. Only drawback. Property Mgr was very prompt in getting back to us if we encountered a problem except for the TV situation and we had quite a bit of cool and rainy days.

We loved this property

The property sits in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and had all the amenities we desired in a vacation home. The only problem we had was getting the spa and pool heated. I would recommend for the person responsible for turning the spa on ensuring the heating unit comes on as well. The heating unit was not on until at least three days into our stay. I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and I slept through the night. The beds were comfortable and the pool, spa bath, and game room were nice amenities.

Holiday getaway

My family and i spent New Years and Christmas at this property. It was very lovely and homey. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice home just needs a few updates.

I stayed here with my two kids l, mom, and handicapped dad. As far as location it was a quiet area with about a 20 minute drive to the downtown Disney area which was not bad. The house is just as listed but there are a few things I would suggest to be looked into. The fry pans to cook with are all small pans and stick. I had to cook one thing at a time. There is no baking sheet so when making cinnamon rolls it was a challenge. The shower head in the bathroom that goes to the pool came off I put it back on but it would spray sideways and leak and the sliding glass door was awful to open and close and it would come off the track and wouldn’t move. All in all it was a nice get away kids enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again just like to leave honest feedback with the things to be looked into.

We are a Florida loving family from Berkshire England, we have owned this home since 2012. We have 3 daughters ageing 22, 18 and 7 years old. We enjoy having family holidays together and get the quality time that we need as a family. We are an everyday working family, who like to become big kids when we get time to relax. We enjoy taking the kids out for day whether it be to a theme park, cinema or just a long dog walk.

We had visited Florida on a few occasions before hand and have loved every time that we have gone, we had enjoyed going to the theme parks as well as the relaxing days by they pool. We enjoyed it that much that we started looking for a property in the early months of 2012. We found this house on a visit to Florida and fell in love with it, it was like walking into our home back in the UK. The location of the property is close enough for all who visit to spend them long days in the Disney Magic / Florida attractions to just wanting to relax by the pool for the day and unwind. Since we having the property we have visited a couple of times to ensure that as we remember it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Whilst staying at the property you can be the big kid that you always want to be, from jumping into the pool or playing games in the games room. Whilst entertainment outside the villa keeps the big kid inside you even more enjoying the magic that Disney has around to the thrills of Rollercoaster in Harry Potter land at Universal.
Our property is within driving distance of all local amenities that you may require whilst you are on your holiday, from supermarkets to outlet villages.
