Winter Trip

We were on a long weekend stay while chaperoning our son on a youth trip. The condo was amazing! It super clean, cozy, and perfect for my husband and me. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home!

The place was beautiful, perfect location and quiet. Next to a gorgeous river, there were tons of birds to see. Right off the strip. I had questions and he answered me immediately, would definitely recommend.

Family getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was good, especially if going to Gatlinburg. As long as traffic is not bad, the commute to Gatlinburg was not bad at all. Convenient to the National Park. Even though we did not go to Dollywood, it is close by. Adjacent to a gold course. A neighboring family or large group about 2 rooms down was very loud. They allow the kids to run up and down the corridor yelling and screaming. They were also ringing the doorbells of other condos, then running away. Overall, it did not bother me that much except we had a 21 month old that we had just put down to sleep. After i had a "conversation" with the group of kids, i never had any other problems. Everything else about thr condo and grounds were nice, very well kept. Pools and lazy were nice, the pools were just a little small. We will definitely consider a return visit unless we come with a larger group. John responded to my communications quickly and everything went smoothly. Thanks for letting us spend time at your place.

Unprofessional owner

For starters, the owner had a miscommunication with the cleaning crew about the check-in date. The room was not ready when we arrived (4 hours past the check-in time). The bed was not made & the room was not completed, therefore we had to call the owner & he had to send someone in to finish, while we were there.... Very awkward. The room did NOT have an oven, which was very inconvenient, and this should have been stated in the room description. We had many other families staying at the same property and they had lots of communication by their owners and other welcoming amenities that we did not receive. There was also no instructions for anything in the condo, including how to use the facilities, which the front desk said should have been communicated by the owner. I felt like the owner should have reached out to us during our 10 night stay, especially after the way things started, but we heard nothing from him. Considering the amount of money and time we dedicated to his condo, I think he should have taken more of any interest in our concerns. Next time I will just rent from the property itself.

Nice location, needs a bit of TLC depending on what you are after.

Pros: Location is great, lazy river was great, indoor pool was relaxing and sweet. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. It was also far enough from the parkway that you didnt get any noise pollution but you can easily access the strip. Cons: Fireplace didnt work. Messaged the owner and they responded very quickly but seemed out of the loop on that one. Tried turning it to the indicated 10 min mark AND a full turn to the 60 min mark and still nothing. Some outlets around the condo didnt work when we arrived. One of which was the only outlet in the bathroom, we were able to fix it by pressing the GFCI reset switch on the outlet but it would occasionally trip itself with nothing plugged in which was troubling. The lights on the balcony never worked. We couldnt locate a switch and the owner provided us a possible location but there was nothing there. There are three switches just in the door, 1 does nothing so it might go to the balcony lights but it never worked. Either the bulbs are shot or something else. Shower controls were not labeled and did random things. Depending on what you want you may or may not have issues with the things above. I would say for ME the pros outweighed the cons but knowing all that stuff now I would probably just book with the condo company so that you have access to their crew and supplies. Had to reach out to the owner twice about stuff and he was very quick to respond. Didnt have an issue with that at all.

Pigeon forge visit

Location is ideal. Close to everything but not walkable . Unit was as described - nice furnishings and clean Has indoor pool available but we didn’t use. Several buildings away from this unit. This unit did not have a stove but had cook top and microwave and dishwasher. Also washer and dryer enjoyed our stay greatly

Great place to stay!!

We are so glad we chose this property for our mini vacation. It was so close to literally everything and the property itself was beautiful. Loved the lazy river (seasonal). Will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great Condo at Pigeon Forge!

First time renting a non-beach condo! Pleasantly surprised with very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. The only minor issue, but not a problem, was low water pressure in the shower, but it was acceptable. The luggage carts were very scarce in the building, but staff found one for us. Overall we would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Quick family trip before starting new job

We have stayed at Riverstone several times. Perfect location. This was our first time staying in this unit as well as the last building in the back. Great little condo. The remodeling of the properties and units did put a damper on some of the trip as the contracting workers were quite loud early on waking our Littles. Would definitely rent this unit again...thanks for the quick booking!

Beautiful Resort

It was a fun experience. The place was beautiful. We loved the shower The most.. lol.. everything about the resort was 5star. A wonderful maintained property. We will be back hopefully later in the future.

Nice Resort

Our condo in the Riverstone resort was good, but could have been much better. Everything you need is there, and the location is great, close to everything. Our biggest complaint is that it was mediocrely cleaned before we arrived. The pull out bed had dirty sheets on it, (complete with confetti!) the shower was moldy, the floors sticky, the table tops and sliding glass doors grimy with hand prints. There was even a child’s bandaid stuck to the wall above the refrigerator (?!) It had been cleaned, just not very well, which kinda gave us the eww feeling. We wiped everything down and enjoyed our stay nonetheless. It was the perfect size and the amenities are nice. The owner may just need to change cleaning services.

Relaxing get away

Awesome location and very peaceful! Close to everything but we felt like we were away from it all. So nice to get away and had a great time! Would definitely stay again. Can't wait to go back!
