Condo had not been cleaned upon our arrival. We were guaranteed it would be cleaned by 6AM the next morning. It wasn't cleaned until 3PM. And it was not cleaned to our satisfaction, we ended up mopping the floors as they were filthy. Towel bar in the 2nd bathroom was broken. Bath fan would constantly blow the GFI outlet. Light in the shower would not work. Power outlet on the outdoor patio is falling out of its' socket causing an electric hazard. AC/Heat would keep turning off anbd not working correctly. There were no paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. We had to go buy our own. Owner promised us a refund of cleaning fees & taxes paid. I have text them 3 times since we left asking when I will receive my refund. I have NOT received any type of an answer from them. Due to the extreme inconvenience and lack of adequate conditions we were forced to leave days early! I am requesting a FULL REFUND of ALL fees paid.

We absolutely love Riverstone Resort and Spa. It is our favorite place to visit. From the location to how nice the facility is, you will definitely want to return. This was our first time using VRBO instead of booking directly. You won’t go wrong either way.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo and was perfect for our family. Cooked several meals and was impressed with the quality and availability of pots, pans and needed items in the kitchen. The balcony is amazing and we loved the furniture on the balcony.The downfall of the condo was the beds. It’s like laying on marble slabs. If the beds were changed or improved uponwe would love to stay again in the future. Regardless of the beds, we had a wonderful trip and made some great memories

Loved this end unit overlooking the river. So quiet and peaceful. Granddaughter loved the arcade in the room and the lazy river!

Family Vacation

Riverstone Resort is nice. It is convenient to DollyWood, golf course, and many other activities we like to do in Pigeon Forge. Husband and son said the gym is really nice as well. Have stayed at Riverstone before, but really like this unit. Loved watching the geese, ducks, and river from the spacious deck, plus this condo is in the building right beside the lazy river. Everyone in the group of five commented on how nice the unit is.

Perfect for us

This was the perfect space for us. Separate beds for the kids but in one room. Space to spread out a bit, cool off in the pool and lazy river and close to everything in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing!!

The condo was very nice. We loved that the lazy river was right at our building. It was great that the lazy river was open until 11pm and the pool is open 24 hrs, so there is plenty of time to swim after a full day of activities. We spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking, staff was friendly, and we felt very safe there. Great place for a family!

Family Mini Get Away

The property was beautiful. The only issues we had was the shower door handle in the second bathroom was broken and looked to have a quick fix. The cloaet door for the washer and dryer was missing and when I reached out to the property owner regarding check out I did not get a response. Also, the rental agreement shows 125 cleaning fee, but VRBO shows 170 cleaning, so there is confusion and discrepancy with pricing.

Great location and Great condo

Everything was great. The place is very spacious. you have plenty of room from the kitchen to the dining and to the living room. (Make sure you check the square footage when comparing) The patio is larger as well. They could have easily fit two tables out there. Kitchen and Bathrooms were clean. The only thing dirty I could find was some dust under couches. Feels like a cabin with he wood paneling but condo amenities. I had 4 Adults and 2 Kids. 4 year old and 6 year old. The Jump pad outside was nice for the kids. Arcade game was nice. (could not figure how to turn the volume down). Too cold for the lazy river but looked nice. sun chairs around it and water fall. Just the lazy river no pool outside. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. I would bring extra towels for the pool.

Great Stay!!!!

I really enjoyed my time staying there and the game took me back to memory lane… Communicating with management was easy. The only thing is that the shower in the guest bathroom handle on the shower door was broken off before and they used white caulk to place it back on. Also, the door wouldn’t close all the way. Other than that, the stay was great!!!! I still gave it 5 stars because I could still complete the task at hand.

Great Vacation!

We came with another couple for a friends getaway. We have stayed at Riverstone many times, but this is first with Donna. The corner unit was very nicely decorated and so clean. I had an issue with the keypad at first but Donna was quick to respond (and it was an issue with me, not the keypad LOL). We will definitely be calling Donna to stay here again. Most likely in the springtime next year.

My family was Very Disappointed!!

Although this condo had been given a face lift in 2024, it was not perfect and shortcomings are too numerous to mention here. There are certain standards that should be met to attain "luxury" status and this unit fell incredibly short. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows were old and smelly, not one blanket for beds was to be found, shower had globs of mold on shower head and floor tile, property manager had retired over a year ago and his name was still listed on rental agreement, so we were left with no local contact for issues mentioned plus numerous others.Would not pay this price to stay again at this unit. Not worth it! Poor housecleaning and attention to detail.

Elegant and Amazing Rental In Pigeon Forge

This condo exceeded all our expectations. We can hardly wait to return. Great location and beautiful view off the deck! Elegant features and a bright open floor plan made this condo so relaxing and enjoyable. We absolutely loved every minute. The bedrooms are spacious and provides large bathrooms and closets. Perfect place for a favorite weekend get-away!! The manager communicated and was available. Absolutely 5 Stars on this property.
