Literalmente salga por la puerta trasera a Canyon Lodge y la silla Canyon Express. Este condominio de 1849 tiene el acceso más cercano a los remontes de montaña Mammoth, lo que lo hace ideal para esquiadores. Si no esquías puedes quedarte en casa y mirar a los esquiadores desde el calor de tu chimenea. Nunca tendrá que mover su automóvil fuera del estacionamiento subterráneo durante su estadía en Mammoth. Puedes caminar unos pasos hasta la góndola para ir a la aldea o usar el servicio de traslado gratuito Mammoth que se detiene frente a los condominios de 1849 y te puede llevar al centro de la ciudad.

Relájese en nuestro condominio de 1500 pies cuadrados que tiene un atractivo rústico de cabina Mammoth. La sala de estar cuenta con una gran pantalla de TV de plasma en 3D con Blue Ray y un nuevo sistema de cine en casa junto con una gran colección de DVD. Hay un internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. El condominio cuenta con 2 suites de un dormitorio principal con camas king size y baños completos y 1 dormitorio con una cama queen y su propio baño completo y 1 sofá cama queen size. La unidad tiene su propia lavadora y secadora justo al lado de la cocina.

La casa club cuenta con una piscina climatizada al aire libre, 2 bañeras de hidromasaje al aire libre, 1 bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, sauna, mesa de ping-pong, salón con TV de pantalla grande y lavandería. En verano, disfrute del fuego al aire libre y el asador y el área de picnic privada al aire libre.

What a stay!!! We were here the whole week of Thanksgiving. The house has everything we needed to cook the full Thanksgiving meal. We appreciated all the details of every single thing we can think of that at times are missing in other units. We never ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, washer and dryer necessities and dish pods. The house is closed to Canyon lodge and allowed us to connect to the rest of the mountain and not have to drive and fight for parking. We had a blast and already booked our return trip!

This home is very comfortable and perfectly located in Mammoth Lakes for easy access to local hot spots. The three of us were there for fall photography in the mountains and had a fantastic experience.

Our stay here exceeded expectations. The property /condo was amazing with all amenities & everything we needed for an amazing stay. We couldn’t have gotten any better of a rental and a view of Mammoth Mountains literally just a few steps out our door. The location to the town and shopping was just a few minutes away. We would definitely plan and love to stay here again! Thanks to our Host for opening up their place for out of town guests to experience the BEST of Mammoth!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It really met all the needs of our family. The heading Location!Location!Location! was spot on. Location was unbeatable. Easy access to everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials - and then some. Would definitely come back here again and recommend to others.

Mammoth Family Reunion

Super easy reservation, check in, and check out! We have been going to 1849 condos as a owner and guest for 54 years. Loved this unit's layout, bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Staying in this unit honestly made us feel like we were in our own condo. Super easy being on first floor with access to pool and recreation area. Will definitely book this specific unit in the future. Also dealing with our contact VRBO host was quick and efficient, and we had no problems with unit at all.

Check in process was easy. Kitchen very well stocked with pots pans and anything else you could ever need. Communication was easy. It was very nice to have the amenities such as a high chair there for my 1 year old. WiFi worked great! Beware staying here with little ones in the winter. Wall heaters throughout property are low and the perfect height for toddlers and babies to want to mess with!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It had endless amenities, everything we needed for our trip. The view from the deck was beautiful. It was spacious enough for our family and the decorations we're so cute! The added bonus was the easy entrance, elevator and luggage cart! We'll definitely be back!

Our favorite condo in Mammoth

Location, layout, amenities. This condo has literally everything & feels like you’re staying a friends vacation home. Becky & Tim are above & beyond hosts. Our second stay in their awesome place & we will hope to have many more.

Everything you need and perfect ski location

Can’t say enough about the location and convenience of the place. We needed nothing but groceries and beer to satisfy everything we were looking for in our annual ski week at Mammoth. Only thing we would point out that there are only 3 real beds so you’ll need to share one of the King beds or sleep on the pull out couch (a comfortable pull out is a rare thing). But that is minor considering the lifts are just across the street and you can spend your afternoon in the jacuzzi or looking up at Lincoln Mountain from the back deck.

Just what the doctor ordered!

The unit was just as advertised. We had 7 adults staying in the unit (3 from same family in the large bedroom with the sofa bed). The unit was right across the street from the Canyon lodge so you could literally walk 50 yards and put on your skis and ski down to the lift line. The non-skiers, when not hiking or snowshoeing, took advantage of the free Village Gondola to go into the Village area for shopping and entertainment. We stayed at many VBROs and this was one of the most well stocked units with a welcome package plus a fully stocked kitchen with just about every spice and condiment needed. It might sound trivial but cloths hangers and hot water galore! Our host were very responsive to question leading up to and including our visit. We all put it on our bucket list to come back again in the future.

Wonderful time and stay

Rebeccas place was perfect for us. The location was a few mins walk to Canyon Lodge, we had new skiers so this made things super easy. The home is comfortable, the beds high quality, the kitchen super well stocked and the laundry a big bonus. The spa's and sauna in the common area are big and clean and can handle plenty of people. This was our first time in Mammoth, we would love to come back and would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay

We had a blast. The location is truly perfect. The place is stocked with more than I could imagine. There was a ton of snow and the patio was perfect for the children to build a snowman and play for hours while we chilled in the sunroom. I will definitely be back.

Awesome Mammoth VACA!!

When you find an awesome property that you want to go back to, you almost don't want to write such a shinning review because other people will want to stay there But, i must give this a 5 star rating. Tim and Becky were excellent communicators. Everything that they said they had at the condo.. THEY REALLY DID HAVE IT AND MORE. Had a small plumbing issue, and they had someone out the next day to fix it!!! Location: Was a great place to be. Close enough to the village but yet far enough away to make it quiet and relaxing. Pool and spas were nice to use at the end of a long day as well. Parking under the structure was easy and convenient. Interior: The condo is large enough to hold our (3) families that came, including the grandchildren. You never felt crowded in the condo. Our favorite part was the sunroom opening up to the HUGE balcony that we can sit and have coffee and play with grandkids. Every room had all the modern necessities that you can think of. Plenty of blankets, towels, beach towels Etc. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Bedrooms were spacious and had fans in each room as well. Was a bit warm when we were up there. The luggage carriers were so helpful, You can load up all your stuff, go into an elevator and right into the condo. Made life easy. All in all, would highly recommend this Condo for a small or long stay. Thanks to Becky and Tim for making this a memorable family vacation.

Home away from home

This condo was fantastic! It had everything you could possibly think you’d need and then some. Pots/pans/dishes? Check. Games? Check. First aid kit (I may have taken a tumble on my bike) Check. Heck, there’s even a foam roller for sore muscles! I couldn’t come up with one thing the condo didn’t have. We came up to Mammoth for a mountain biking adventure and it was a breeze to bring our bikes up to the locked patio. Can’t beat the location for winter (Canyon Lodge is closed during the summer) but it’s an easy ride to the Village where you can hop on the shuttle that takes you to the Main Lodge where you can hop on the gondola and ride down the mountain. We will be back for sure!

Second timers! Perfect for 1-2 families!

This was our 2nd year staying at Becky's condo for our family vacation. We are 2 families - 4 adults, a teenager and 2 littles under 10. Condo is spacious for the 7 of us and we never feel like we're on top of each other. Unit is well appointed and since it was our 2nd year, we knew not to bring random things like a coffee grinder. There's a full size washer/dryer right off the kitchen so be sure not to over pack! The unit really feels like home to us which made it a no brainer to book again. Kitchen is stocked with all kinds of pot or pan (great quality too!), baking pans, utensils, sippy cups, etc. so if you happen to forget something, you're fine! Each room has a smart speaker so you can listen to music. There are smart TVs in each room so you can log in to your own streaming services if you want. Two bathrooms have fancy bidet toilets this year which was a great upgrade! Bed linens and towels are plush and the beds are comfy. None of the units in the 1849 complex have AC which wasn't a problem because there are fans in all rooms, we're on the first floor and the breeze keeps things cool and comfy in the summer. There's a pool, hot tubs & cold plunge pool in the complex which the kids used every day. The hot tubs were great after a day of hiking! Foyer is an underrated feature where we stored shoes/boots & hung pool towels/bathing suits so we didn't track anything all over the floor. There's more to love, but I'm limited in characters. Book it and you'll see!

I have been going to this condo with my family since I was a teenager. My father was the original owner of #104 at the 1849. We are continuously working on upgrading the condo. My wife, Becky, manages the condo and really enjoys the interactions with the guests. We live in northern California very close to the Oregon border and are retired from dentistry and dental hygiene.

We especially love Mammoth in the summer time. Activities we enjoy are bicycling, hiking, fishing, soaking in the hot springs, & visits to Yosemite.
We have three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, three free parking spots, and we are on the ground floor which allows easy access to all outdoor activities.
