Este Family Townhouse totalmente equipado de 3 dormitorios está situado en la maravillosa y tradicional ciudad de San Pedro del Pinatar, en Murcia. Es una ubicación cercana a la playa (10 minutos a pie) ubicada cerca de la increíble 'laguna natural' mediterránea del Mar Menor. La casa está totalmente equipada de arriba a abajo, incluido el aire acondicionado. Tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar e incluye estacionamiento fuera de la carretera si es necesario.

Ubicado cerca de Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar) en la provincia de Murcia, junto a la impresionante laguna del Mar Menor y las playas de Lo Pagan y dentro del Parque Nacional de Murcia.

Cuenta con un encantador jardín botánico, con cafetería, a solo un corto paseo (20 mtrs) y los precios son increíblemente bajos. La botánica y las plantas del parque se dividen en las naciones del mundo ... para los niños tiene un pequeño lago, albergan variedades de tortugas ... y una amplia área de juegos en el piso suave.

Hay un montón de tiendas, bares, restaurantes y bancos en el centro de la ciudad cercana (a 15 minutos a pie).

Todo lo que pueda desear está a su alcance, incluidas las maravillosas playas y la costa. ¡Esta hermosa costa es increíble! Los alrededores son verdaderamente españoles, aunque los lugareños de habla inglesa no podían ofrecer una mejor hospitalidad. ¡La región tiene su propio microclima, por lo que es la Costa más cálida de España! ¡La Autoridad Sanitaria Mundial ha designado al área como uno de los lugares más saludables de Europa! ¡Reconocido por sus baños de barro curativos y su laguna mediterránea poco profunda / sin olas!

El área en general es increíblemente interesante. Hace cientos de años, era volcánico y tiene un valor de ph alto / muy saludable en el agua, lo que hace que nadar y bañarse en el área no solo sea relajante sino también increíblemente saludable. El baño de barro es popular en la zona, con playas y pontones dedicados cerca.

El centro de la ciudad del viejo mundo de San Pedro del Pinatar se centra alrededor de la plaza de la ciudad con su antigua iglesia y amplias cafeterías en las aceras para pasar el tiempo mirando a la gente de la ciudad acerca de sus negocios. Recientemente, completamente peatonal (2018), es una ciudad maravillosa que luego se extiende a lo largo de su calle principal principal hasta el puerto / puerto deportivo, parque de atracciones y restaurantes bulliciosos. Te lo prometo, no te decepcionará con esta joya oculta en la corona de España.

El área y esta espaciosa casa de 3 pisos, ofrecen todo lo que pueda desear para unas vacaciones maravillosas de cualquier descripción.

Great House in a Great Location !

Overall impression was 'What a fantastic location & fully kitted property' Everything you could need is in the house , it was spacious (4 of us) and had everything. Booking process dead simple and contact with owner also, who couldnt have been more obliging. San pedro is a lovely town and the weather was fabulous too . highly recommended 10 out of 10 !!

Cricket tour at Pinatar Arena

This is not a place we would recommend to our friends.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations particularly well. There were lots of equipment and stuff in the house, but the furnitures was worn out and very uncomfortable - the sofas almost impossible to sit in. The sun appeared only in late afternoon. The cleaning was unsatisfactory and things like the washing machine and the vacuum cleaners were in practice useless. Next time we will choose differently.

Wir haben unserer Urlaub in diesem haus genossen. Wir waren da 7 Wochen mit den kleinen Kindern und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen . Strand ist in der Nähe (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) , wir waren mit dem Auto, konnten auch andere Strände besuchen, aber wenn man einen Fahrrad leihen kann , braucht man das Auto nicht wirklich. für Kinder gibt es jeden Tag ein Kirmes im Zentrum und viele Spielplätze. Alles was man braucht ist im Haus da. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber ,man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Sieht besser als auf der Fotos aus! Peter(der Eigentümer) ist sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen, der hat uns viele Empfehlungen gegeben und war ständig bereit uns zu helfen.

Holiday in San Pedro

A very warm welcome from the owner who greeted us at the property. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all facilities in full working order. A great place stay and happy to recommend to anyone interested in holidaying in San Pedro and wider area. We hope to return in 2020.

Great house, great location

Lots of good pre arrival information and advice and contact with Peter the host. The house is as described and has more than enough bedding, towels and utensils for a self catering stay. However, there are eateries nearby and more a reasonable walk away in the town and Lo Pagan. Lots of places do Menu del Día for between 9 & 12 € and these are great value. It is a very flat area so easy to go for lots of walks to explore. There is heating and air-conditioning so you can stay all year round. TV and internet are good but I would have liked an HDMI port to access my own content. All in all a good place to stay in a good if undiscovered part of Spain.

a spacious house with everything you need on hand

Peter the landlord met us on arrival and was extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 months over the winter and it was fab although chilly once the sun went down. Some of the furniture is dated, mainly the sofas but this does feel like home from home, as it was fully equipped and had a large flat screen English TV and helped with the location and friendly neighbours. There is a small garden at the front where the sun shines during the day from late morning and listening to the birds is just absolute heaven! The house is in a fab location within walking distance albeit about 30 mins away but lovely walks to the beautiful Salinas, Mediterranean, Lo Pogan and Mohon. San Pedro itself is about 15 minutes walk with shops and bars. There are 3 bars locally one of which is very popular with the English and two restaurants. I highly highly recommend hiring bikes as there are so many beautiful coastal rides and all flat so an absolute pleasure in the Spanish sunshine, we cycled miles and we'd not ridden bikes for years!

Un excellent séjour à San Pedro Del Pinatar

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans la maison de Peter à San Pedro Del Pinatar en famille avec nos trois enfants. La maison est très agréable à vivre et très propre. La description sur le site est tout à fait conforme avec la réalité. La literie est très bonne et ce fut, pour nous, très important pour y dormir durant un mois. La région est superbe. Nous avons adoré nous promener dans les salines pour admirer les flamants et autres multitude d'oiseaux. Le remblais près de la plage est aussi très sympathique. Les plages de la Mar Menor sont très agréables. On peut aussi se rendre à pieds (1/2 heure de marche tranquille avec les enfants) à la plage située derrière les salines. La promenade, le long de la Mar Menor, jusqu'au moulin est fabuleuse. Les paysages sont sublimes. Nous avons aussi visité les villes de Murcie et de Carthagène qui offrent de nombreuses visites (musées, théatre romain, cathédrale, églises, monuments...) et de très belles architectures. Le parc situé près de la maison est aussi très agréable. Nous y avons fait de nombreuses parties de boules avec les enfants. Nous y avons aussi régulièrement diner. Le restaurant du parc offre une cuisine très simple mais très abordable. Le patron du restaurant, fan de football, est charmant et parle français. Toute notre famille a passé de merveilleuses vacances. Nous sommes tous d'accord, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir passer nos vacances dans la location de Peter. A nouveau, nous vous remercions Peter de nous avoir permis de passer un si bon séjour.

Golf Break staying in San Pedro Del Pinatar

Property was very clean, tidy with all the comfort and facilities expected of a quality holiday home. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful both in terms of the house facilities, but also the area for things to do. They left us contact details in case of need which was a further comfort. Great holiday and fully recommend to other travellers.

Wonderful location and a fabulous holiday house !

We had a great break in a really impressive holiday home , located on the beautiful Mar Menor. The area is great , hired a couple of bikes, its flat and a bike ride every day was ideal. The beaches are lovely and spacious, the Mar Menor lagoon is so worth exploring. its a perfect location for any kind of holiday , beachside, bike riding, exploring. Public transport is amazing (compared to the UK !) cheap and top quality buses. Plenty of beach bars , restaurants , amazing fun fair for the kids. This is the best area in Spain we have visited ! As for the house , what can i say . Its immaculate , spacious (certainly for 2 or 4 ) , everything you need is there for a home from home holiday . The arrival and departure process was simple and the lady who looks after the house for Peter the owner (Julie) was so helpful and gave us some great local tips . No car hire needed - as all is nearby ! It was perfect break for us in every way . We plan to book the same house again next year as really loved the area and the immaculate house ! The nearby park and its cafeteria were also great (1,20euro coffee , 1,50 euro a pint !!) . I hope Brexit doesnt change all of that !! 5 out of 5 and fully recommended !!

Holiday San Pecro Del Pinatar

Great location, close to all amenities including landscaped botanical gardens within 100 yards of the property. The house is spacious, well equiped with modern appliances and provides a very comfortable place to stay. It was very clean. Whilst we played golf we also visited the harbours, beaches and nature reserve all within walking distance of the house, as are many eateries. We were met on arrival by we presume the owner who showed us round the property and how all the equipment worked. They also provided us with contact details in case of unforeseen circumstances which was not needed. All our party really enjoyed their stay in the house and intend returning in 2019 to play more golf courses.

Golf holiday in San Pedro Del Pinatar Murcia

A fantastic holiday, a great location to stay as a base and fully recommend the accomodation to others. The property was very clean and provided all the facilities you would expect of your own home. We could not fault it. The host met us on arrival, explained all we needed to know to enjoy our stay and also provided contact details in case of any unforeseen events, which we did not need. We intend returning next year.........

Excellent property with all amenities working.

Very good property and location. Lovely walk along the side of the salt lake down into San Pedro. Peter the owner is a great bloke to do business with. He is honest and truthful returned our deposit after inspection very promptly. House is well equipped and there was nothing we couldn't find we needed. Spare bedding and towels, plenty of hot water and a great shower downstairs. Bought the TV and internet package which worked well. Car is recommended if self catering as all the BIG supermarkets are a reasonable distance away. If eating out car not necessary as local bars,restaurants within walking distance. San Pedro itself is a great place for a holiday, big beach area, safe swimming and nice town to walk around. Be careful if you go to the market on Monday's there ARE pickpockets there. Suggest you just take small amount of cash in your pocket, no wallet or credit cards. Common sense really.

Nice house in interesting area

We had an interesting winter break of a month here. The house is well-placed for walks to the beaches & lagoon (just under a mile away), plus the salt flats were close at hand. Plenty of bird life, including flamingoes! We also visited the towns of Murcia & Cartagena, the latter has a wealth of Roman remains including an amphitheatre. We managed these trips from the local bus station, as we hadn't hired a car. We managed food shopping in the local Mercadona & Dia supermarkets, using the trusty shopping trolley provided (both about 15 mins walk away). We had nice meals in local Indian & Italian restaurants just round the corner from the house. All bars & cafes roundabout were friendly & reasonably priced. Peter, the owner was very helpful and gave us a guided tour when he picked us up from the airport. He also arranged for the return transfer to Murcia airport. The house is very well-equipped, in a quiet side road. The several neighbours we met were pleasant & would greet us in the street.

This house is a home from home.

This house is the best possible base for your holiday. We stayed last year and we will be back next year. Extremely well looked after, everything you could possibly need down to a pencil sharpener. Thanks to Peter for personally collecting us from the airport. Fabulous area. Wonderful beach 15 mins away. If you want to walk it is flat. Hire a bike, go jogging or just chill in the sun.

+ The location of the house is good; It's great and clean. + You dispose of a lot of towels. + You have all you need to cook - The mattresses are bad ( poor quality) - it is unbelievable that such furniture is still used, not at all attractive . - The parasol sticks in the middle of a table so it doesn't give us the shadow when necessary. - Normally the cost of wifi is included in het price, which was not the case here. - strange smell in the cellar. Tip: please refresh the furniture and the mattresses!

PERFECT - IN EVERY WAY

Yes this property is immaculate and extremely well maintained. It is quite simply - perfect. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and there is absolutely everything you would need - and I mean EVERYTHING. We were so relaxed at the house- it was home from home. The whole booking process with Peter was first class and he met us at the airport - giving us a tour of the area and lots of very useful tips and information. He also kept in touch throughout our stay in June and took us back to the airport via the scenic route - a nice touch. The house is in a great location - 15min walk to the beaches of Lo Pagan ; 10mins gets you to the Nature Reserve/Salinas ; 10/15 minutes to the town and its supermarkets (Dia and Mercadona) ; 2 or 3 bars/cafes very close by ; as well as an Italian Restaurant ; and the Botanical gardens are at the end of the street - good cafe/bar there too. The Bus Station is close by and buses run regularly throughout the area - Cartagena / Murcia / Torrevieja etc... It really doesn't get much better than this - we just had the best time ever. Staying in a beautiful property and getting first class customer service was what we hoped for and it was most certainly what we got - and more. I would highly recommend this property and I am sure that all Peter's properties are of the same very very high standard .

A "Home from Home" in the sun

We stayed here for a month in April. Peter picked us up from airport, showed us around the area and even offered to take us shopping. The house was very comfortable and straightaway felt like home. House is well equipped and very clean and is a great base for exploring the area. Even has English tv. Cannot recommend house highly enough or Peter, who went the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. Chris & Phil

Great townhouse, good location.

Everything you need is there, perfect for a 15 minutes stroll to Lo Pogan for a beer on the beach. Local bar and minimart 5 minutes walk. Great cafe in the Bottanical gardens 1 minute away. Always found a parking spot near property.

Clean, Spacious, We set up, Friendly

We booked this apartment for a half term break and needed 3 bedrooms. From the outset Peter provided the best owner operated customer service we have ever had. From travel directions and arrival reception through to mid stay enquiries and follow-up. We stayed in Mar Menor and easily parked on the street outside the apartment. Shops conveniently nearby and an easy apartment to find. The provision of extra towels was a nice touch. Highly recommend and when time permits we will happily book the place again. Certainly have been recommending.

The house is exactly as described.

We found everything we needed even a pair of nail clippers!!! Perfect position for getting out and about. The local area has everything to help you enjoy your stay. The beaches in both directions are fabulous and especially the beach Mar Menor which has everything you need for a fabulous day at the beach including coffee shops, restaurants, bike hire, wheelchairs and walking aids for the people of limited mobility. This is an ideal property for a family of all ages. Thank you Peter for letting us use your house and making wonderful holiday memories.

Perfect holiday base, in a lovely area

Great location for the Mar Menor, Mediterranean beaches, San Pedro town and Lo Pagan - also motorway for other destinations (Cartagena recommended). Comfortable house with everything you'll need, nice to come back to after a day in the sun! Peter very friendly and helpful. Nice cafe in the park, 30 seconds walk away - morning coffee, afternoon cerveza, and tapas in the evening.

Spring Holiday on the Mar Menor

The 3 bedroom town house was extremely comfortable, well equipped and in an ideal location for us. We had a choice of a stroll down to the Mar Menor or into San pedro. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Peter was brilliant to deal with and nothing was to much trouble. He provided us with a home away from home.

Fabulous House and Area - Recommended !

This house is fabulous and spacious , with everything you could need. The area too is relaxing , sunny and warm (even in Feb !). booking from start to finish straight forward and everything as advertised. A true Home from home and the nearby botanical gardens are great , with the cafe bar and its excellent value for money menu . Beaches and nearby Lo Pagan promenade is truly lovely. Walks through the national park were invigorating ... hire bikes and ride for miles ! Recommended and we will re-visit soon !
