Este bungalow de lujo de 2 dormitorios impecablemente limpio y amueblado con buen gusto se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, gran parcela de esquina con vistas a la piscina comunitaria bien cuidado tiene todo lo que necesita un hogar de casa de vacaciones en el sol.

El bungalow se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial cerca de todos los servicios. Con capacidad para un máximo de 6 personas, en una habitación doble con baño, doble tamaño completo camas segundo dormitorio, cuarto de baño, cocina integrada, comedor y sala de estar.

El salón y los dormitorios tienen frío y caliente de aire acondicionado para su mayor comodidad, más calentadores eléctricos de pared. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos esenciales, incluyendo una lavadora y lavavajillas y el salón tiene un sofá cama grande, pantalla Flat- LED TV con TDT, DVD y soporte para iPod y conexión Wi-Fi.

Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de la opción de relajarse en la gran terraza delantera o tomar el sol en el amplio solarium en la azotea que tiene balaustradas que dan privacidad y seguridad adicional con plena visibilidad de la piscina para su tranquilidad para los padres.

El bungalow está situado directamente frente al jardín comunitario y una gran piscina con zona poco profunda para los niños más pequeños. Toldos son características permanentes en la zona común para dar sombra cuando sea necesario.

Justine y Ian han sido los orgullosos propietarios desde nueva, e invertir en tasa interanual en mejorar el alto nivel de la propiedad ya excepcional.

Excellent place

A modern comfortable and well maintained house with all the facilities you might need, overlooking the urbanisation pool. Excellent communication with both the owner and property manager, friendly and helpful ( including an early check-in. Would happily stay here again

We had a wonderful holiday The house is immaculate with everything you could possibly need and lots of space. The pool area is great and all the neighbours are really friendly. Communication with Ian the owner was good. Lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. We will definitely be booking again!!

Great bungalow

We had a great weeks stay here. The bungalow has everything you need for self catering (even though we didn’t cook). Location is less than a 10 min walk to the nearest restaurants & bars in either direction. Pool area was lovely - always clean & plenty of room to grab a spot even if you came in the afternoon. The chairs provided were a great addition to the bungalow & the front patio was perfect for chilling Would definitely come back 😀

Fantastic!

Had a great time at this bungalow with my family of 5! It is lovely inside and out and has absolutely everything already there so feels like a home from home. Situated in a nice and quiet gated community and is a short walk from plenty of places to shop, eat or drink. The owner Justine is also the most personable and pleasent owner we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely property in a quiet complex

We were very lucky to find this property at short notice. It is very clean and well equipped. The best aspect on the complex as it gets the sun all day. The owner and property manager were easy to contact and quick to respond to queries. We hope to return in the future.

The house

We had a great time in this nice apartment. well located and good communication with the owners and manager. The only thing I can complain about is the bed in the master bedroom is quite worn and could be bigger. Is it really time to replace it. Best regards Guðrún and Unnar

I was really surprised by the quality of the bungalow's surroundings and pool area the pictures dont do it any justice, there was a couple of hiccups but nothing major Hayden dealt with them swiftly. It would help if you drove, i dont so downloaded the supermarket app and had all my shopping delivered during my 2 week stay 🙃, there is a couple of good bars and restaurants less than 20mins away just ask the ex pats that live there it will save so much time. And the actual bungalow is just lovely could have stayed for another 2 weeks 😊

The bungalow was lovely. Lots of outside space and the pool literally seconds sway

We had a lovely stay. We know the area well having been many times. We hired a car as we were going travelling but you really wouldn’t need it. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bungalow itself was clean with everything you need including lots of sun beds and inflatables for the kids. We loved that the pool was outside the front door. It was big and clean with little umbrellas for those who like a bit of shade. The apartment is fully air conditioned too which is great. Booking was made easy with Justine and the neighbours Andy and Jan were really helpful. The only thing I’d say is four people is plenty in the apartment as the sofa bed isn’t suitable for more than a night or so. Overall I’d definitely recommend staying here, it’s a lovely area and very safe. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Justine

Hidden and annoying deficiencies

In principle, the house looks very good, but it only looks good. The place is very nice and has many possibilities, it should be better maintained. The dishes and some appliances are very dirty. The coexistence with the neighbors has been in general the most pleasant, very friendly and welcoming people, polite and easy to deal with. In the house they have an infestation of ants, and my wife was attacked by tiger mosquitoes that curiously only attack in the house never to people who are in the pool, I do not know why. The refrigerator cools very little, although the freezer works well. The air conditioners barely have any power and cool very little. The beds are terribly soft, the sofa is uncomfortable and you sink to the bottom, the garden furniture is very broken and uncomfortable to use, it needs to be changed urgently. When you leave the property they require you to pay for a final cleaning. Apparently the previous tenants should not have paid it because we did not find the property excessively clean. In any case it is shameful that they pretend to charge you in black and without providing any ticket. I had to insistently demand the ticket and all I got was some scribbles written on a piece of paper. Very unprofessional. I understand that the house is focused on a mostly foreign clientele, but it is shameful that being in Spain the manager does not speak a word of Spanish.

Excellent apartment/bungalow with everything you could possibly need.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and had fans and air-con in the living room and bedrooms. Everything you could need is there, even laundry and dishwasher tablets (though we had brought our own anyway), as well as inflatables for the beach and pool etc. The shaded area of the roof terrace was a nice place to eat in the evenings. The pool was great, plenty deep enough and nice to swim in late at night when it's nice and quiet, though it's not too busy that you cant swim during the day as well if you wish. There are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance, the restaurant run by the Hungarian family was particularly nice, best to turn up early or book in advance though, their tapas offerings were very tasty. The huge La Zenia open-air shopping complex is just down the road, thousands of FREE parking spaces are available, it's well worth a visit, though it was very hot in late-August, so finding the shade was a priority. There are however plenty of small mist-jets blowing a fine water spray throughout though which is nice on the hot days. Some good places to visit are Terramitica for the kids, great theme park. Snorkeling at Santa Polar (about 30 mins drive), this was amazing and we all enjoyed it very much. La Zenia beach is just 5 mins away by car, and was very nice, the water stays quite shallow for a fair way out, so very safe for the kids, but go far enough and it obviously does get deeper. Supermarkets are just a few minutes away by car, you could probably walk to them, but then you'd have to carry everything back, quite heavy if you're buying drinking water! We had a great time. Thank you to Jan and Andy next door who helped out with any questions we had. It's quite reassuring to have someone English to call on if you need to, not that we did need to. I would recommend a hire car if you have kids so that you can go further afield and do more, but if all you want is to relax by the pool, you could do without. Complex was safe and secure, and quiet at night. All in all a very good holiday made even better by the great accommodation, a special mention is in order for the memory foam mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, very comfortable indeed.

Casa de Ian and Justine (Orihuela Costa)

La casa está muy bien, muy acogedora y con todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días de vacaciones. En la parte de arriba tiene una terraza magnífica con mobiliario de jardín y barbacoa de piedra. En la parte de abajo, además de la casa tiene también una terraza delantera y un buen trozo de terreno ajardinado. La urbanización es pequeña y tiene una piscina grande y bonita. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Hemos estado muy bien en la vivienda, lo mejor el sofa redondo de la terraza con toldo, camas comodas, terraza acogedora y la piscina delante genial, zona inglesa, lo que no me gusto que estando en la vivienda entraran a regar las macetas y podar sin avisar, pero el casero se disculpo,gran persona..

Hemos pasado una gran semana . El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Todo muy cuidado,y no echas nada en falta, es como estar en tu propia casa. La comunicación con los propietarios es excelente. La piscina de la urbanización es grande,y está nada más salir de la casa. La única pega son los mosquitos, nos han picado bastante. Aún así en el alojamiento había repelentes para poner en los enchufes, es de agradecer. Un alojamiento muy recomendable si buscas estar alejado de los núcleos urbanos,ya que todo son zonas residenciales. Necesitas coche para ir a la playa.

Vacaciones 2020

El Bungalow me ha parecido muy bonito y cómodo Ya conocíamos la zona de Costa de Orihuela y la verdad es que cada vez que voy me sorprendo, tiene unas playas preciosas y con aguas cristalinas: Punta Glea,, la Caleta, cala cerrada de la Zenia, Aguanarina ... La urbanización es muy tranquila y agradable. La piscina se encuentra justo enfrente del Bungalow con lo cual las vistas son espectaculares. Sin lugar a dudas repetiremos. Gracias

Strand leider zu Fuß zu weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Shopping auch durch einen längeren Spaziergang. Restaurant nicht all zu weit. Anlage ist sauber nur der Pool wurde nicht einmal gereinigt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Toplage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage direkt am Pool. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, von Küchenzubehör über Grill, Spiele, Liegenstühle für den Strand usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Not long back from our latest visit to Orihuela. The area has everything we need for a relaxing break with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. This bungalow however is by far the best property we have stayed at with an excellent layout and all the facilities you could want. Very clean with neighbours who are on hand to assist you if required but not overbearing. Would definitely recommend this property to anybody and if we come back to this area will be looking to stay here again.

Justine and Ian have been very proud owners of this villa since it was built in 2004. We both work hard all year round and look forward to spending our family holidays over in Spain, chilling round the pool, playing on the beaches or just going out in the car to discover more wonderful places to visit.
We both love socialising, eating and having a few cheeky beers with our friends at home and abroad.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We found this little haven back end of 2003 and fell in love with it's location, the privacy and the sheer size of the pool for such a small complex. We completed early 2004 and go out several times a year and have never once tired of the place or the people!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Like most people, we live a hundred miles an hour at home, but as soon as the taxi picks us up to go to the airport we both totally just switch off from the day to day stresses. We know that the villa will have been well looked after in our absence, we feel secure if our children are playing out as it's a gated complex, we have everything we need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday, or as relaxing as it can be with 2 children!!
Plus love the fact that most of the restaurants are now offering 2 courses for €10 and this usually includes a drink.
