Guests please read the other reviews we have had. You had a bad experience but there is no deception here. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. It was unfortunate the refrigerator door broke the day before you arrived. I did not think that I should have canceled your reservation with a days notice. The other door worked and we were going to fix it. You were were very nice when you said you knew how to fix it if I wanted to just go buy some metal glue. I thanked for such an easy fix. When you arrived I mentioned that we had a problem with a previous guest who stayed just a week I did not ask you to lie that you were our guest for the week. The pictures and description you described in your complaint were not our pictures or description. Never had a picture of washer dryer in unit. In our description it says steps to the beach, and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The photo of the path to the beach is just a block away from the condo. You can see from the main photo how close the beach is, the first set of buildings. There is no fee to get to the beach, The state park charges a fee but the public beach walk way is right before you enter the state park with no fee. It is just a block from the condo, if you pay to go through the park then it's a farther walk, your choice. The cable is basic and worked and if you you had any problems with the internet you never told me, I had 2 different wifi's. Most importantly when you said there were bugs that bit you in the chairs, I said that it was likely the no see-um bugs at the beach which were very bad because of the rain. They don't itch right away and you don't even know when they bite. We have never had bugs bite complaints so I stayed in the condo for 2 nights after you left and sat in the chairs you mentioned, there were no bugs. No other complaints about our unit. You wanted a refund but we saw no reason for it.
