Welcome to our 3BR - 2BTH home steps away from Vanderbilt Beach in Naples! This coastal oasis offers a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Bask in the warmth of the fire pit as you watch mesmerizing sunsets, or swing lazily on the hammock beneath swaying palms. Inside, you`ll find a comfortable living space with coastal-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, & cozy bedrooms that ensure a restful stay. Kick back & relax here at the Seaside Serenity!

The space:

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located near Vanderbilt Beach.

LIVING AREA: Clean and comfy. Expect to have all the essentials: Smart TV with Netflix, a comfortable couch, and plenty of space to relax.

OFFICE AREA: Part of the living room space. There`s a white desk with a very comfortable chair to utilize if you need to get some work done during your stay!

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Etc.

DINING AREA: Off of the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 6 people.

WASHER & DRYER: Private washer and dryer room if you need to utilize during your stay, detergent provided.

SLEEPING: 3 Bedrooms

MASTER: King Size Bed, foldable doors for closet space, has its own flat screen TV, standing mirror, ceiling fan and plenty of lighting.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, foldable doors for closet space, private flat screen smart TV and plenty of lighting.

2 Bathrooms - MASTER BATHROOM: Tub and Shower combo, single sink, toiletries provided.

Lanai: Seating and a small table to enjoy the fresh Naples Air.

Backyard: Fun filled backyard! Hammock, Corn hole, and a fire pit. Plenty of activities to do in the backyard with your friends or family!

Up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway.

You can access every part of the space. We have nothing blocked off or locked up within the home that you do not have access to.

We recommend having a car while you`re in Naples. A lot of things are spread out here. We are close to the Naples Airport where you can rent a car easily if you need. We are a 30 minute drive from Fort Myers International Airport.

There`s also Uber and Lyft that will pick you up right in front of the property.

With how centrally located our home is, you can even bike anywhere you want to go and get there in no time!

Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is from 4:00-1:00am. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check in must be approved in advance and in writing by any of Kathy`s team members and if only available upon availability. *Early check in is not always available*

Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking out between 10am and 1pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 1:00 p.m. Late check out must be approved in advance and in writing by any Kathy`s team members and if only available upon availability. *Early check out is not always available*
