Vivir en la costa en su mejor momento: alquilar 4 dormitorios 3. 5 baños 2200 pies cuadrados casa individual en la playa de Miramar para sus próximas vacaciones. ¡A solo 2 minutos a pie / una cuadra de toda la diversión frente al océano, además de cafetería, restaurante y galería de arte!

Sala formal, cocina abierta adjunta con comedor y sala familiar más 1. 5 baños y 1 habitación completan el 1er piso. Espacio adicional para actividades familiares más 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el 2 ° piso. También hay un diente de niño tipo Harry Porter para dormir en el segundo piso. Una de las habitaciones en el segundo piso tiene una vista al mar.

Total de 3 camas queen, 2 camas individuales, 1 camas matrimoniales están disponibles en la casa regularmente. También instalaremos 2 sofás cama y 1 cama supletoria bajo petición. 6 - 8 adultos más niños pueden vivir cómodamente en esta casa.

Excellent location, walking distance from the beach. The house is a perfect set-up for multiple families. Only suggestions: Heater for 1 of the 2 upstairs bedrooms, and supply Kleenex.

Anniversary Celebration

We were a group of 8 adults with a 3 year old. Everyone had many good nights rests in just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. We played family games and enjoyed both inside and out. There were a number of gathering spots. Thank you for sharing your house.

Perfect multi-families vacation home.

We loved everything about the house. It was the perfect distance from the beach and super cozy. Host provided so much amenities and accommodations to large families with various age ranges. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful house for a small family reunion

The house was big enough for everyone to get together in one room and also have space for some quiet if needed. The house is located close to the beach and places to gather for coffee. Our family enjoyed a very comfortable stay!

Will return

I have family in the area so we need a large house when we visit. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and everyone loves it. It's within walking distance to the beach and resturants. Most of the time we do our own cooking, but when we arrive late would rather not do dishes ( there is a dishwasher). We will go back there the next time we go.

Great place to stay

Our group had a lovely time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located one block from the beach. Jennifer was a very friendly host and responsive to my questions. The last night of our stay the power went out due to local PG&E blackouts. We were aware of this possibility before we arrived, and when it actually happened we had to go home early. As a result, Jennifer offered to refund one nights stay to us in order to accommodate the inconvenience. This was unexpected, but much appreciated, and suggests that she is the type of host who cares more about the quality of her guest’s stay than making money.

Potential but not a repeat

The owner was very nice and responsive, and can tell she cares and once her guests to have a good stay. However, the is advertised to sleep 14 but that is not correct unless you include the couches. The “Harry Potter” “room” with no door can sleep 1 child only, and even then they need to be careful to not hit their head on ceiling. It claimed to have a full size bed so we had planned on 2 adults sleeping there. They ended up using the pull out couch downstairs which meant they had no privacy and got woken up when anymore walked downstairs in the morning. The worker part for them was the mattress was so thin my sister had indent on her shin from the metal frame digging into her leg while she slept. Which brings me to cleanliness. When we arrived I sat on main dining table and realized sand all over the tabletop. The stairwell was sticky, but might be their cleaner didn’t work with type of paint. The railing is also loose. Back in the Harry Potter room. The top comforter had a stain that looked like blood, and the second blanket underneath had white crusty stains and more dried blood. It was pretty obvious a man or couple somehow used that bed for something besides sleeping and the cleaners did not wash the blankets. My daughter slept in one of the twin beds in another room upstairs and said there was sand in sheets. Mind you we did not go to the beach on Day 1. I booked the house stating 14 people, but were only 10 bath towels, so we did a lot of laundry every day to make it work. Also could not find any wash clothes to do dishes, only 3 used sponges under the sink (gross). I contacted the owner and she did offer to bring more towels in the morning, but that seemed awkward. The location was 2 blocks from the beach, however it would have been nice to know there’s no beach access from that section of the beach and have to walk far down. Also, the side street to the house is not paved! This would also have been good to know in advance, as I was recovering from ankle surgery and using a wheelchair and crutches, so made everything a bit more difficult. All in all for the price charged a night I expected the bare essentials to be provided and the house to be properly cleaned.

Great location!

My family and I came down to celebrate the life of my husband who had passed a year ago . Our family enjoyed our stay here sharing special memories we’ve had over the years in Halfmoon Bay . This place accommodated all of us comfortably. It was so close to the beach. Walking to the beach was defiantly a huge plus .

My new favorite northern California beach rental

Host is very friendly and has house set up for all to enjoy. We were a family of 11 ages 4-60 Great location. Miramar Beach Restaurant ( with wonderful chowder) very walkable. 10-12 Concrete steps just past restaurant takes you to down to soft sandy beach. . Please take caution during high tide as rock barrier wall could be dangerous. We had plenty of space to play catch and picnic on sandy beach "The Barn" ( burger place ) also walkable from the house. We had grandparents at Cypress Inn just 1/2 block away to babysit while we went to wedding at Ritz down the road. We only found 2 beach towels but perhaps we didn't search enough. Because of COVID the host doesn't leave behind spices, oils & misc. dry pantry items. Refrigerator is empty so one may want to pick up a bag of ice or wait and create your own ice cubes . Plenty of cooking supplies and ample dishes and serving pieces. Plenty bath towels and blankets found everywhere. Stocked with TP, shampoo and hand dryers. I always bring napkins, paper dishes and paper towels but some were at site already. Love to rebook same house again someday

Half Moon Bay Trip

Beautiful home with everything you need. We stayed here with 6 adults and 6 children. Had room for everyone and was within walking distance to the beach. Nice local restaurant two blocks away. Near the made highway to jump on a explore the area. Spent a day at Great America which was only 45 min drive. Would recommend this house for any family.

Great stay in a convenient location

The property was well maintained, clean, and has plenty of space for a larger family to stay in. House is very close to the beach and our family took walks every day we were at the property. The neighborhood is very quiet - even though the main road was close by, we had no trouble getting the sleep we needed. The house was close to town, so we had no trouble driving the few minutes to grab supplies.

Great house, great location

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The three master en suites worked beautifully for the adult couples and the other spaces worked great for the teenagers and younger child. Thankfully there was a pack n play for the 18 month old. The location was great —only one block from the beach. The area is fantastic with so much to do: great walks alone the beach, wonderful hikes in the redwood forests nearby, surf lessons, horseback riding and a short distance to San Francisco. The host was attentive and gracious. The house was fully stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen equipment etc. We’d highly recommend it to any family wanted to experience north California.
