Lovely, spacious home. Ideal for our family with kids ranging from infant to teens. Nice yard for games. We rented 3 kayaks and had a lot of fun on the water as well

74th Birthday Celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and had great views of the lake. We definitely would stay at the house again.The only minor issue we had was that the beds are very high and we are all short, 5'-1" to 5'-8" so most of us had difficulty getting onto the bed...a stool would've helped.

Family Vacation

Property was great for family time together. The kitchen was well appointed with a table large enough to enjoy meals and games together, clever layout with two rooms for groups to gather and relax, the entertainment of the game room, well designed fire pit, large yard, and easy access to the lake and dock.

A week with family

We had a great week on Upper Scott lake in this rental. There were 12 of us - 6 adults and 6 kids, and felt the rental was plenty spacious, offered things to do and there wasn’t anything we felt wasn’t provided that we needed. Renting the kayaks and paddle board gave us additional things to do beside the canoe. Would consider staying here again.

Hawks Haven

Excellent maintainence team, was there each morning cleaning up after the geese. Cleaning crew had the Cabin in tip top shape for our arrival. Yard had plenty of space for yard games and fishing for bluegills from the dock was a hoot, caught one on every cast and returned it to the lake. Very happy with our stay.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this home because it was only about 10-12 minutes from the wedding venue for our daughter, Black Sheep Shelter. We had family from PA and MI there, 15 adults in total and it never felt as if we were on top of each other. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool table got much action over the weekend. Elizabeth communicated very well with me and all in all we had a great weekend.

AMAZING! Scott Creek Lodge #2586360

We actually stayed at property 2586360 - Scott Creek Lodge - What a great property! This house was perfect for our group of 12. Adult bachelorette party. Kitchen and living room were perfect. Dining room easily fit all of us. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Would love to come back when the weather is warm. So close to so much and yet away from others. Kim the property manager was quick to respond with any questions I had. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Winter weekend

Overall very nice. Spacious enough for whole family. Very weak internet. Family room TV went off abd couldn’t get it back on. This didn’t interfere with our great time, just a little aggravating.

Extended Family Vacay

I loved the privacy and how quiet it was! The house was very spacious and had most of what you would need! It would have been nice to have a baby gate available at the property to put at the beginning of the hallway to contain the young kids in the living area so if I were to return I would definitely bring one if one couldn’t be made available! The windows looking out onto the lake make for beautiful views but also warms the house up very quickly. Shades would be a great addition! Lastly the rooms are already pretty small so removing some of the bulky furniture would be helpful. Some of the furniture has seen it’s better days that’s for sure. I don’t mean to be too critical those are just things I would suggest. Otherwise the home is nearly perfect and I had a wonderful week with my family. Would definitely return again. Almost forgot to mention an earlier check in time would be great! By 5pm you’ve already lost an entire day!

Pullman Lake House

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had been cleaned, but it certainly was not Covid clean. We were told that the lake was swimmable, and our kids did swim in it. However, there was a lot of weeds and at times the smell was pretty bad. The area/neighborhood around the house was questionable. There was a sign for a Meth Watch group along the side of the road when entering Pullman. That was a bit concerning. We did need to call Jill to get two top sheets that were missing from beds. She told me that she didn’t put top sheets on the top hunks because she was 58 and that was hard for her. She did come to the house and got two top sheets out of a locked closet for us (she was not wearing a mask). Honestly, we really did have a nice time and the house was beautiful! I just wish it had been cleaner with all that is going on with the pandemic and I wish the lake had been treated more recently for weeds. Each time I spoke to Elizabeth with questions before we arrived, she was great about getting back to me and helping!!

Fantastic Find!

The property was impressive in every way. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and cozy despite being so large. We spent the weekend for a family wedding that was in the area. It was the perfect gathering spot for 14 adults. We will book again!

Great Rental but needs a few tweaks

Overall the property was great and the managers Elizabeth and Jill were very helpful and responsive. We had 12 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-8) and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other in the house. The lake was warm, sandy and shallow which was perfect for the kiddos! Having the crew come every day to pick up after all the geese was especially nice since there were a ton of geese out there, however the geese kept coming back through out the day so you still have to watch your step. A few of the bedrooms are quite small and don’t have 2 nightstands or a closet so having some hooks to keep stuff off the floor would be helpful. More hooks in the bathroom would be great too since you can’t leave your swim stuff out overnight without the sprinklers getting it wet. Also, there is only one fridge/freezer so we had to make multiple trips to the grocery store since we had so many people. Overall it was our best rental experience to date and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

This home was the perfect set up for our large family. There was a sandy beach area for the kids to play in and they could walk out to the end of the dock without us worrying about them. Plenty of seating inside. The Game Tables were a hit! Every day the yard and was raked (for goose poop) and the shoreline cleaned of seaweed. Nice place to stay

Nicely kept house on a small lake that has plenty of space. I was unsure what to expect as there were many messages and rules sent to us as we approached our vacation stay. And many of them SEEMED TO BE YELLING. I can only guess that the manager has been burned in the past and is being extra careful. Turned out to be no problem at all. Lots of space for our group of 8 and enough extra room for even more. Great that they had a crew come every day to clean up after the Canadian geese and to rake the beach area. Made use of the bbq, bonfire, and canoe. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having the pool table and air hockey. Very responsive to an ant problem. Couldn't get a repairman to fix the firewall slider while we were there, but we managed just fine. South Haven is 20 minutes away and Saugatuck is 25 minutes.

Comfortable lake view house

Our family stayed over Easter weekend and celebrated my nephew’s 16th birthday. The kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. We also made s’mores in the fire pit. The house is close to Saugatuck, which was fun to explore and go hiking down to Oval beach. I’m sure this house would be even more fun with warmer weather, so we may be back another time!

Holiday Getaway

We chose this cabin to get away with family and celebrate the holiday. The cottage was beautiful! The kids LOVED the game room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms meant everyone had their own space. The living area was perfect for hanging out and playing games. Only 20 minutes from South Haven. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Wonderful Stay!

House and lake were amazing. It was a perfect location for a family get together like ours. The lake and area were beautiful. Couldn't ask for anything else here. Will definitely be looking to book again next year!

I just love being near the water, so any chance I get to be near a lake is a perfect opportunity for me to relax and unwind.
