The convenient laundry room is easily accessible, and the area`s main attractions, including an active volcano, the world-famous Punalu’u Bake Shop, Ka’u Coffee Mill, South Point Cliffs and a unique green sand beach, are just a short drive away. A short walk leads to the famous Punalu`u Black Sand Beach, and a fully stocked kitchen caters to your every culinary need.

STUDIO UNIT : 1 Queen size bed in bedroom alcove (open to living room--sliding door closure) There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit has large vaulted ceilings with no other condo above or below it. There are only 4 of this type of studio unit in the complex.

KITCHEN: Microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils

LAUNDRY: Coin & Credit Card Operated washing machines and dryers on-site, but not inside the unit.

Most guests rent vehicles at either Hilo or Kailua-Kona airports. Free parking on-site. The County of Hawaii has a public bus system with schedules, routes and fares available on the County Website.
