Absolutely fantastic. Check-in was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice - good water pressure and nice, hot water for the shower. Location was perfect.

Ski trip

We had a wonderful ski trip to Deer Valley for spring break with our teenage boys. We had everything we needed at our Ridgepoint condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

My family of 6 had a great stay at this condo. It was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, and communication was great. Ski in was a little tough for my little one but. its less than a 1 minute drive to pick up from mountain if needed. Would stay again!

Great location and home!

We went with our family (my wife and son, 7yrs old) and loved every minute of our stay! It’s an easy walk to a couple restaurants and close to the Stein Erickson Lodge. The place was perfect for our family though we could have easily fit more people given there are 3 bedrooms, one with bunk beds! Our son loved it and after a long day of skiing the private hot tub was a big plus to relax and recover! It’s very easy to ski out of this place, you just have to walk about 30yrs to the drop-in spot. We always met our son after his ski school to ski with him a couple times before the lifts closed so we just took uber back home. So we never tried the ski-in route back to the townhome. The host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. They have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks and loved enjoying coffee in the early morning as we watched the moon set over the mountain peaks. A great spot to stay and everything was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend this place for others!

I stayed at this property with two friends for a little ski getaway. The location was perfect, the home was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again! Adam was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home in the mountains with us!

Amazing unit and great location

My family really enjoyed our stay. For our first time skiing Deer Valley, this was the perfect rental. A fun warm-up run to ski down to the lifts to start the day. Some walking on the return, but very easy. The condo is very nice with every amenity we could have wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Deer Valley!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Adam is very responsive and communicative and his home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable and a perfect location to skiing at Deer Valley resort. We look forward to hopefully staying here again on a future family ski trip.

Beautiful condo, great skiing and fantastic host/owner

We really enjoyed our 18-day stay in this beautiful and very relaxing condo. The owner did a remarkable job remodeling this very comfortable unit with so many exceptional features, such as a stunning gas fireplace, wonderful art, gorgeous bathrooms, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for our enjoyment. We absolutely loved that the condo had the most splendid views of Deer Valley. The hot tub was fantastic and beautifully managed on a regular basis. The skiing was exceptional during our stay - a lot of snow! The owner, Adam, was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to make our stay as wonderful as possible We highly recommend this condo.

Perfect stay in Deer Valley

We had a great stay. The best were very comfortable. The unit was really nice. We could easily get to the slopes and home to the unit with just a little walking. The was coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the unit. Lots of spices and other kitchen essentials. There were plenty of games. Everything was modern and updated. Would recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks so much.

Fun family ski trip

Comfortable and cozy recently updated townhome. Came with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy and clean bedrooms. Private hot tub. Ski in/ski out to Deer Valley. We’d come back in a second! Homeowner is friendly and responsive. Easy walk to the free bus into town or a quick drive to Park City and The Canyons if you have a car.

Ridgepoint 108 Spring Skiing

The unit was clean and served our purposes well. It wasn't quite as bright in person as it appeared in the VRBO photos. It also looked more "tired" / worn-in, in person. But, the king bed was comfortable, the water pressure good, it was clean and has basic supplies that other rentals surprisingly don't have - like shampoos, soap, toiler paper for the week, spices, olive oil, etc.. The ski in and out wasn't bad, but it takes you to Snowpark Lodge, not Silverlake, which was a bit disappointing. Also, on the way back, you ski to an intersection on Royal Street and a small side street, have to take your skis off and walk on the road for 5 minutes, then put your skis back on to ski back to the condo. Once at the condo complex, you have to carry your skis for 2-5 minutes again. But, the hot tub was great!

Excellent!!

This property and Owner are first class. We have stayed in multiple properties around Park City and this was the best one hands down. Property is very clean and nicely furnished, with plenty of room. Perfect for families with small kids. Great amenities in the kitchen as well! Excellent location to Silver Lake and ski in and out. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend !

Our family enjoys spending time out doors. My wife (Gina) and I (Adam) manage the property. We also have two active boys. Our family fell in love with Deer Valley/Park City. almost ten years ago. Gina grew ups skiing in Tahoe and cherishes her family time there. We wanted to create similar experience for our boys. As it turns out we not only get the skiing trips, but have found our summer trips to be equally as rewarding. Our family also Mountain Bikes. Gina often comments the one place our family truly relaxes is at Ridgepoint Retreat.

Our goal with Ridgepoint Retreat is to create a comfortable relaxing environment. We remodeled and redecorated almost everything since 2019 when we purchased the home. We also have found that no-one can care for our guests like an owner. We want every guest to enjoy Ridgepoint Retreat as much as we do. During your stay we (Adam and Gina the owners) will serve as your primary contacts. We have built a team of specialized professionals who can respond if anything is needed. While this team is available during your stay we strive to plan in advance so that you will not need them. However, Deer Valley is in the Mountains and things do happen. When they do, we work quickly to address them. Finally, we have remodeled and furnished Ridgepoint Retreat with the help of a designer and all furniture is less than three years old.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The unique benefit of Ridgepoint Retreat is guests will get to enjoy a modern updated condo. We have not shipped out an old furntature from another house. We worked with a contractor and designer to make Ridgepoint Retreat a very nice place to stay while also getting the ski-out access. Ski-in access does require about 100 yard walk. Ridgepoint retreat is 0.4 miles from the Stein Eriksen Lodge.

Finally, we have team of people to help. If you need something during your stay you may meet Kelly, Kimber, Tim, or Paula during your stay but the Owner/Property Manager, Adam, will be you primary point of contact. We have found that no-one cares like we do. We tried outsourcing the property manager services but found both our guests and we were not satisfied with the care and services provided. You may also see Adam (Owner) while on the property, he serves on the HOA and has takes a regular interest in irrigation and landscaping of the community.
