Esta propiedad dúplex se encuentra en una de las mejores ubicaciones de la Riviera. Antibes es una ciudad costera vibrante durante todo el año, famosa por su casco antiguo y su mercado provenzal. Es una base ideal para explorar la Riviera, ubicada entre Niza y Cannes, a solo 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Niza.

La propiedad se encuentra en una residencia exclusiva y tranquila de solo 11 apartamentos ubicados en el área de Ilette / Salis, entre el casco antiguo de Antibes y el Cap d'Antibes. La playa de arena está a 350 my el centro de Antibes y Juan les Pins están a 1 km.

Esta propiedad de 2 pisos ha sido recientemente decorada en un estilo contemporáneo y está ubicada en un edificio con vista a la piscina y al hermoso edificio principal de estilo art deco. En la planta baja, la sala de estar de planta abierta consta de una cocina moderna con barra de desayuno, comedor y sala de estar que da a la terraza privada en la parte trasera. También hay un baño en la planta baja. Arriba hay dos dormitorios grandes y un cuarto de baño recién equipado. Ambas habitaciones tienen muebles nuevos y modernos y grandes armarios empotrados. El dormitorio delantero tiene dos camas individuales y vistas a la piscina y al edificio principal de la residencia. El dormitorio en la parte trasera tiene una cama king-size y vistas a jardines privados.

Las características incluyen: piscina compartida, garaje privado subterráneo, terraza / jardín privado, WiFi, TV (160 canales) y reproductor de DVD con una selección de DVD, aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, radio, reproductor de CD y cable para MP3 / iPod, cuna, trona.

La ropa de cama y las toallas no están incluidas, pero se pueden proporcionar por un cargo adicional a pagar localmente (solicite un precio ya que hay un cargo por artículo). Las llaves se pueden recoger antes de las 8 p.m. de lunes a sábado. El día de cambio es un sábado de junio a septiembre, pero es posible que haya otros días, así que infórmese.

We stayed at this lovely place for 7 nights. Very comfortable, but our suite was not in the main building (photo depicted in the ad), but in another building out back. There is a great little boulangerie at the foot of the street , and a small store for light grocery shopping. The picturesque old town is a mere 20 min walk away , with the Provencal Marche and so many good restaurants and sidewalk cafe’s all over. We went to the boat harbour with all the fancy yachts, walked the stunning Sentier Littoral seaside trail around the Cap (some 200 steps carved into the cliffs). Many good beaches , Garoupe, Ponteil, Salis and our favourite Plage Gravette near the harbour. Main groceries are best obtained at Monoprix , with underground parking around the back. Our local host Sandrine was excellent , with a good command of English.Definitely can recommend this lodging, Very good all around. Frank from BC, Canada , April 2026

Lovely property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, old Antibes, and Juan-les-Pins. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms were quite large, and the AC worked really well (important during the summer in the south of France). We have two children so the pool was a major plus. Merci for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Everything was just as expected and the location is brilliant just 300 metres from the beach. Only problem is that there are people who live in properties in the same area that are very rude and have no manners. But dont let this put you off as we really loved it.

Fabulous place and stay

We stayed here last October and had an amazing time. The apartment is lovely and has everything you require for a self catering stay. It is a 15 minute walk into Antibes (I am a slow walker) and only a couple of minutes from the nearest beach, bakery and supermarket. Can not recommend it highly enough....

Perfect location close to everything

Communications with owners and local real estate agent were clear and quick. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, easy walk to shops and beaches as well as old town Antibes, and the apartment pool is a plus if you want to change it up from the sandy beaches. Highly recommend for all travellers and families wanting to explore Antibes and neighbouring towns.

Pleasant and useful accommodation, good location

The property worked very well for our small family, good air conditioning, secure and well equipped, nice outside space. The pool is not shared with many other apartments so was generally open to our exclusive use. Good access to the beach. We found it helpful to have bikes to access the old town (and maybe also Juan-les-Pins) - it's quite a long walk if very hot! We enjoyed a relaxing holiday here.

Ideal location

We enjoyed two weeks holiday in this comfortable apartment during the June heatwave, so we were very glad of the aircon & the pool! The apartment was clean, bright & airy and it was lovely to have our private garden space - a real sun-trap! We were ideally situated to explore Antibes & Juan les Pins & we found it very easy to go further afield on the train. Communication with Clare & her local agent Nathalie was very good & Nathalie was very friendly & helpful

Perfect holiday location

Close to beach and amenities plus Antibes old town but quiet and comfortable location. The pool and surroundings gave a great ambience to the apartment and we had a very enjoyable time there. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great and we were able to eat in or out at the many restaurants within walking distance. Garage parking was perfect for our small hire car (a VW Polo) but anything larger would not fit. However there was free road parking outside the apartment block. There was a convenient sheltered south facing garden for sunbathing or al fresco dining. In summary, a very good holiday location.

Ruhige Anlage

Wir waren vom 10.09.bis 17.09.2022 fast ganz alleine in der Anlage. Am Pool waren wir immer alleine. Hatten diesen also ganz für uns. Der Außenbereich klein aber fein. Tiefgaragenparkplatz innerhalb der Anlage (in Verbindung mit diesem Objekt) vorhanden. Ziemlich eng mit einem Espace, aber es geht. Direkt auf der Strasse auch Parkplätze, aber in begrenzter Anzahl. Die Anlage und das Objekt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ruhige und schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im August 2018 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und strandnah. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Wohnung war mit allen Notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der 1. Etage. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit anschließender Terrasse. Zu Fuß kommt man sehr gut in die Altstadt, in denen sich viele Restaurant befinden ( Reservierung im Sommer notwenig). Danke an Clare.

Great location

A lovely clean house. One huge double bedroom and a good size twin plus a comfy sofa bed downstairs. Lots of kitchen equipment and even a box of toys for the kids. It is on a nice secure gated complex very close to the lovely town of Antibes. The pool is small but very safely fenced and only a one minute walk from the front door. It was too cold to swim in in early May but lovely for dipping hot feet into. There is also a small private patio garden which is a real sun trap. I really recommend this house for a family holiday.

A Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too short stay in this lovely property. It is well equipped with all the usual appliances plus wifi and tv. As our stay was during January we very much appreciated the heating which kept the property very comfortable. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cook ware. The property is situated in a really attractive residence with remote control gated entry and the property has a private individual garage. The location is superb with a nearby sandy beach and a useful range of shops and restaurants. The old town of Antibes is within easy walking distance. There is a attractive private patio at the rear and side of the property. As this was early January we were not brave enough to enjoy the swimming pool! We can thoroughly recommend this property and shall definitely be returning

Nice holiday apartment in great location.

What a great find, we had a lovely holiday over the New Year. The appartment was so clean and well furnished with the added benefit of parking. The property location was close to the beach, shops and reataurants making for a perfect stay. We will definitely return as the apartment was so suited to our young family.

Comfortable stay in clean modern duplex apartment with private patio and shared pool. Well located for the sandy beaches and local amenities; plus walking distance to centres of both Juan Le Pins and Antibes.
