Particularly, we are not sure what part of the property are you referring to in your review..... I would like to list all the major upgrades and improvements made so that it is clear for all future guests and to avoid any confusion: Brand New Refrigerator, Brand New Electric Range, Brand New Dishwashers, Brand New Microwave, Brand New Washer & Dryer, New Water Heater, New Roof, New Pool Pump, Fresh Exterior and Interior Painting, Fully stocked and fully equipped house, 6 Extra Pool Chairs and 6 Extra Brand New Patio Chairs (never used), Brand New TV, Brand New Mattresses. On the inside of the house we address anything that is needed immediately to the smallest detail possible. We wished you communicated with us sooner, while you arrived to allow us the opportunity to assist in any way we could have assisted, as that is our practice.

Mike, we are sorry we could not meet your expectations to the fullest! This is a 3Br/2Ba home and the square footage of the house is included in the listing.​ During your stay you and your wife were 2 people staying there and the house accommodates 6 people. Also the listing does not say anywhere that the pool will be heated as we rent it all year long for the 6th year now. ​I​n addition the listing​ description,​ the house rules and lease agreement clearly state that for any special TV services ​that you would like, you need to use your own subscription.​During your stay we changed the entire TV to a Roku TV with the purpose of making it easier for you to navigate. We also informed you multiple times that if you want to watch specific TV shows, you need to log in with your own TV channel subscription.​ Thank you

Gail, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay the house. And the cleaning lady also says Thank you for the tip you left for her. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, it is a quiet and safe are, next to the police station and the City Hall. I am not sure what might have happened in the area while you were there.... I wish I could do something about it as a homeowner of this property......

Just a quick clarification: You are right that the 3rd bedroom in this house does not have a wall. That is shown in pictures 18/40, 19/40 and 20/40 in the property VRBO post. I also have included that information in the post description stating "and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and is also transitioning directly to the kitchen with an open wall". In any case, taking under consideration your feedback, I will look into adding a wall there in the near future. Thank you once again for everything!

Also I am sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with certain aspects of your visit. - In term of the yard fence- the fence is shown in a number of pictures on the booking platform so that visitors can take under consideration what to expect before booking. The typical use of the fence at this house has been when a guest has a pet and the fence helps keep their pet nearby. We actually had a number of compliments and some great reviews because of this fence. So sorry for any misunderstanding! - In terms of the condition and maintenance of other properties in the area- I really wish that all neighbors were created equal, but they never are, are they? I am not sure how I can address that matter as I only own and rent this house - In terms of the pricing- the booking platforms typically have options and I am grateful for anyone who chooses my house for their stay. The platform would show a detailed breakdown of the pricing to the guest before they can complete a booking. March is the highest month of the season and availability of homes like this is super limited. We strive to always offer the most competitive prices and are booked backed to back , especially during high season. We will continue to make sure we offer the most competitive prices to our guests in the area in the future as well We wish you had let us know about your concerns before or during your stay, as we would have been happy to address them. If there is ever a concern before or during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can take care of it right away and make sure your stay is great!
