Powder Paradise, Clean-Quiet-Trail Side Studio Condo-Hot Tub-Pool-King Bed

Decoración contemporánea fresca de la montaña, condominio tranquilo, limpio, junto al sendero en la comunidad con piscina filtrada con solución salina y bañera de hidromasaje junto al gimnasio comunitario y a pasos de la parada de autobús a las estaciones de esquí. El restaurante Grub Steak está al otro lado de la calle, así como otros bares, restaurantes y tiendas minoristas. El autobús de traslado gratuito para justo al lado de la entrada de mi condominio y puede llevarlo a Main Street y a los Resorts en 5 minutos. Durante Sundance, hay un teatro de proyección en el lugar y varios, (incluido el Teatro Eccles) están a poca distancia. El centro de arte Kimball también está a poca distancia (a unos 5 a 10 minutos a pie).

Great Location in Town

Stayed for a few days of skiing. Great location for going to town and close to Park City and Deer Valley. The free bus/shuttle stop is right in front of the property so you can just leave your car at home.

Great Condo!

This condo was a perfect spot for us. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Easy access to the free town shuttle allowed us to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Park City or Deer Valley. Would highly recommend this location.

Prospector Stay

This condo at Prospector is a very good option. It is a great price for a great location. Minutes from the slopes and great restaurants. Amenities are very nice and high includes a hot tub and gym. We arrived and it was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect location

Great little condo close to downtown Park City and free bus routes. Was perfect for my wife and I to explore Park City and all it has to offer. Highly recommended!!

Terrible bed poor listing description do not recommend

This property is not work the money. The bed is awful. Lumpy. Sags into the middle. Squeaks any time someone moves. This might not be an issue for everyone but the kitchen is poorly stocked. We cook a lot and without simple things like l arger mixing / serving bowls, a spatula, a strainer, it’s really annoying. Again might not be an issue for some travelers but the listing description lacks the fact that a) the hot tub is three buildings over / a 5 min walk away down a busy street and b) the laundry facilities are three buildings over and you need coins, there’s no app so you can pay by credit card.

Great Cozy and Quiet

Great little studio! My stay was very comfortable and quiet. There are lots and lots of restaurants and shops very close. Everything was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

This condo worked out very nicely for our trip to Park City. It was a great location, the bus to mainstreet worked really well. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean and quiet

We stayed two nights and the room was clean. It was quiet- off season I know but very quiet. The location was an easy drive to the downtown Park City. For the money, this is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful surroundings

We wish it had been more than just an overnight stay, but the short time we were, there was perfect, very quiet and waking up to the snow was lovely.

Great stay close to everything!

Nice studio condo walking distance to bike trails, walking trails, restaurants, and Main Street. The owner was very attentive. Would stay here again.

Couples ski/snowboard trip

Our stay was wonderful the location was perfect to access the bus system and ski/ enjoy park city. I would 100 percent recommend this place and the host was very responsive and accommodating!

Sundance and Skiing

Very nice studio condo in a great location, especially for skiiing at Park City Village. The busses are free to get around town and Prospector is a main stop for the bus system. Definetly will look to return!

Convenient to all Park City has to offer

Great little condo! Small glitch when arriving. Karen and her co-host were very responsive and pleasant. No complaints at all! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay

Clean, cozy and convenient. There are many restaurants close by which was nice. The only complaints were the bed wasn't very comfortable and the small fridge wouldn't work for longer than a day or two if you plan to bring food. The price was reasonable and more then made up for anything negative. I'd stay again for sure.

Great location and comfortable

Had a great few days at the property- had difficulty getting into the parking lot due to a huge amount of snow that day (Sunday and a holiday). Was able to park the next day in the right parking lot met a friendly neighbor that helped us. Very easy to take bus to downtown and the mountain. Condo is stocked with everything for a comfortable stay. Definitely want to go back.

Small but cozy - contact was unprofessional

This unit was just the right size for our party of three friends for a quick overnight stay. Our host failed to send us check-in instructions but answered our phone call promptly and made arrangements with the front office. In the evening we could not find sheets for the pull-out bed. We called the host and she was very upset with her cleaning person who was supposed to have made arrangements for our party of 3. The host rambled about how this wasn’t her fault and threw in a few obscenities. She called me back later and gave me the number for the cleaning lady so I could call her and she could explain where the sheets were to me directly. This is really NOT my responsibility as a guest to call the cleaning person. The extra sheets were in the unit after all - (we didn’t recognize them because they were nubby cotton flannel - not ideal sleeping sheets IMO.) Just a couple other small problems to note with the unit: the hair dryer did not work and the refrigerator was not plugged in. We walked around park city with wet hair the next day (not a huge deal but it would have been nice to get ready the way we wanted to) and the refrigerator had not been plugged in previous to our visit. For some visitors I’m sure this would be important if they use the kitchenette for eating.

I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, thought I had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home.

My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office.

I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest is yet to come.

The Trail Side Location is Spectacular and My Property is on the Park City Free Transit System Bus Route. Historic Main Street and the Ski Areas are just a 5 Minute Bus Ride. It is Truly More Convenient than Driving and Much for Cost Efficient. The Property has a Beautiful Pool, Hot Tub, Conference Center and is a Sundance Venue.

My Fantastic Studio Offers the Flexibility of a King Murphy Bed and Love Seat Twin Sofa Sleeper. The linens are Quality and the Fluffy Pillows have Pillow protectors as well as Quality Cases. The Home is Upgraded and Remodeled. I Personally Deep Clean the Condo Bi- Annually so Housekeeping has a fantastically Clean Condo to start with. I can assure You that My Condo is Super Clean and Well Appointed. The Pots and Pans are of High End Quality and I also Supply Cooking Oil, Salt and Pepper and some Spices. I want my condo to feel Like a Home Away from Home. Even though my rates are cheap, nothing else in the condo is. You will be thrilled.
