wonderful, improvable, terrible
The bed was like a cloud, so soft and luxurious. The TV was easy to use and had many choices. It was awesome having a fridge and microwave, dishes and toaster- except, where was I supposed to plug in the coffee maker, pod coffee machine or toaster? Their cords did not reach from any solid surface. The directions said to go up the LEFT stairwell, when the studio unit was actually on the RIGHT. Which was especially terrible because of the stairs. They are so steep and narrow, this should have been in the description. Finally, I was most dissapointed by the window/patio. I told Jaunt that I was coming to get some peace and quiet, to get away from a stressful life. I saw the propery with pictures of many windows and a golf course behind the units. Unfortunately, the only window my unit had faced Park Avenue. The traffic noise was constant and it was stressful to me. The Jaunt staff was available round the clock for questions, which was very nice, but they could not change the stairs or the location of my window. I wish someone would have been more clear about this, and I would have chosen another place to stay.
