La propiedad cuenta con hermosos acabados personalizados y una cocina gourmet actualizada con electrodomésticos de calidad profesional (Wolf Range, SubZero Fridge) y encimeras de granito. Techos abovedados, una sala de estar abierta, una chimenea de leña kiva en la sala de estar y 2 chimeneas decorativas en los 2 dormitorios principales king, puertas antiguas, pisos de madera y concreto junto con duchas de piedra nativas completan el encanto. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, perfectly located and stocked rental home. It is 5-7 minute walkable to everything central, and just yards from the galleries on Canyon Rd. At the same time you have quiet and can walk out and see the stars at night. Everything in the interior is high quality, nothing is cheap. This thankfully includes high quality sheets and towels— nothing scratchy here. The rental service itself was first rate all the way, from inquiries pre-rental and throughout. Worked well for us but I also note the third bedroom has a separate entrance down a small flight of steps (it’s bright and lovely but not internally connected.)

The kitchen is very well outfitted with all items a true cook would desire. We had a dog with us and at the end of the driveway into the compound is a river trail high in wild flowers.

Our Favorite House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three of us stayed in the house for our second time. It’s beautiful, centrally located and so comfortable. We had a few issues but they could be easily addressed. The light at the bottom of the outside stairs was out, so it was pretty dark going down at night, but not a major problem. The latch on the gate was a bit tricky to open, especially with arms full, but again, easy to remedy! And, in all honesty, we didn’t call for help with these issues because they were minor. I’m sure management would’ve helped had we called.

The perfect getaway

It is a beautiful house, beautifully furnished, and is equipped with just about anything you might need during your vacation. It has a lovely outdoor space that was peaceful and private, as was the neighborhood.The location was perfect for us, very convenient to downtown, Canyon Road, Museum Hill, etc. The house was sparkling clean. We found Santa Fe Vacation Rentals very professional and nice to deal with. We would definitely use them again, and rent this house again. It is great.We did not have an issue with this, but some people might. The entrance to the third bedroom is down a steep staircase outside the main house. It would be so much nicer if access to the third bedroom was from the inside. The bedroom and bathroom themselves were very nice.

The space is very well appointed and very comfortable. It's obvious the owners appreciate the finer things and take care of the space. The rental company is FANTASTIC to work with. We had some special circumstances and they bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Pretty much perfect stay

We really enjoyed this well appointed house. Kitchen with top quality appliances including a small dishwasher which I believe most properties don’t have Excellent location for walking to Canyon road and old Santa Fe. Be aware it is on a gravel/dirt road but not a problem. For walking you have a nice path along the river Larger families need to be aware that the third very nice bedroom is outside and downstairs which might be a small problem for some. Overall excellent experience. 5 stars!

Wonderful family Thanksgiving in Santa Fe

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was furnished beautifully inside and out. The location was walkable to most everything in town and easily accessible by car to everything else. The only glitch was the home was not ready for our first night, so we had to book a hotel in town for all four of us. Highly recommend this property! Jennifer

Beautiful house and wonderful location

We loved our stay. The house is wonderfully decorated, very comfortable and super clean. It is perfect for two couples. And it is very walkable to town and is next to Canyon Road. Our only disappointment was that it was too chilly to use the beautiful outdoor patio.

Wow! WE loved this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home in May--then Hurricane Ian. We were 90% sure we could not go--but in the end we did--and we are SO GLAD. This is a beautiful home, well-maintained, and with those special touches that made us feel so welcomed. The neighborhood was beautiful, and I so appreciated the beautiful flowers and plants all around. Oh, those bed sheets and duvets and pillows--so comfy! And thank you to the property management--Donna--for helping me to navigate the hurricane issues. Due to the weather, we did not see even one balloon launch --but, who cares? We had a wonderful time with family. Oh....the kitchen was so well equipped...virtually anything we would need to have a nice family meal. AND--that fountain outside with the bird feeder...everything was just perfect. THANK YOU!!

Little Things

1. The bed in the Master Bedroom was not comfortable because of the foam pad, and the fitted sheet did not fit right. 2. The thermostat is programmed and did not stay where we wanted as far as temperature settings. 3. should have more directions on the TV remotes. 4. Not enough large towels in bathrooms. OTHERWISE ...The location is perfect! We loved that it was tucked away in a quiet, little neighborhood, close to galleries and eateries. The home is quaint and nicely decorated. We hope to return!

95 degrees in the house

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I would like to leave a good review,I cannot. The house and location are super. But the air-conditioning worked for less than 24 hours during our 5 day stay. We could not enjoy the house or sleep. The rental company did respond and sent someone to repair the unit. It didn't last and we were never offered any sort of renumeration or even an apology. I expect more from a higher-end vacation rental company. Make sure the air-conditioning is working if you visit in the summer!

Charming home on Historic Eastside: Authentic Sante Fe!!!

We loved this property! We came in Memorial Day week for our daughter’s wedding and stayed here. It was so charming! Loved the old beautiful doors and authentic feel of a Santa Fe Adobe! Wonderful taste in decor! We had family and guests over and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beautiful flowers. It was perfect for early morning coffee and cocktails in the evening! Highly recommend!

Lovely Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay. This property is perfect for a base for exploring Santa Fe. It is a short walk to Canyon Road, the Plaza and many shops, galleries and restaurants. With two master bedrooms is was perfect for two couples.
