Located on the historic east side on several lush acres within 10 minute walking distance to the Teahouse and Galleries on Canyon Rd. Set behind a private gate on a private road there are beautiful gardens and flowing fountains. Fully renovated with all the modern amenities. Diamond plaster walls, high ceilings with beams, radiant heat floors, an abundance of skylights and fireplaces. Contemporary finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms with wolf range and sub zero fridge. This is a large home with two living areas and lots of separation between the bedrooms for comfort and privacy making it ideal for couples traveling together, families or anyone who appreciates an abundance of space.
The back porch is ideal for entertaining with a hot tub, gas fireplace and BBQ grill area. Putting green with putters and balls. Large table and seating area.
To experience living at Casa Valle Grande is to fully understand what Santa Fe has to offer, peace and tranquility in the center of everything downtown.

One of the better rentals we have ever stayed in! Photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious and high end. Lovely to be tucked away privately, yet so close to downtown Santa Fe!!! Our 5 year old LOVED the playground and exploring the grounds :) highly recommend

Absolutely fabulous place! The architecture, the floor plan, the finishes, the gas outdoor fireplace, the outdoor spaces, the kitchen, literally everything "exceeds expectations". Great communication. Location wonderful, too, and the privacy is unparalleled.

This was an absolutely beautiful and spacious property! It was the perfect location within walking distance to Canyon Road and also easy access to downtown Santa Fe. The four of us enjoyed a peaceful week with morning coffees outside on the back patio where we were visited every couple of days by a local trio of mule deer. Excellent stay! Thanks very much!
The local muleys visited frequently.

The pictures don't give this estate enough credit. The property was exquisite; rose and lavender and running water fountains. We couldn't have been more impressed. The property had all the amenities and the decoration was like coming out of a magazine. Would 100% stay at this property again .

We had a fantastic time staying at this property! The home is beautiful, even nicer than the photos. We had 3 kids, a very active dog and grandparents. Everyone was very comfortable and happy. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked even for those who cook a lot. The yard and play area kept us entertained. The location is also fantastic. It’s a short drive to the best running/biking trails and a short walk to the museums and restaurants. You would be hard pressed to find something better.

Perfect family retreat!

The home and grounds were fabulous. Easy walk to Canyon Road and lots of space for kids to play. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this property and look forward to returning. Note on layout - the secondary bedrooms have access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The third full bath is off of the family room / den on the opposite side of the house. Highly recommend.

Family fun in Santa Fe

We had a great stay in Santa Fe, the host went above and beyond to meet our needs. This house is great for family gatherings, outdoor fun, and relaxation. We were able to have multiple dinners with extended family coming to visit with plenty of room both inside and outside. My brother and I were able to get some mountain biking in on the nearby Dale Ball trail system easily accessible in a 10 min by bike. My sister enjoyed her early morning walks to the Plaza to a delicious bakery. This place is also great for our aging parents as it was single level with beautiful scenery.

I moved to from the DC area to Santa Fe for college and fell in love with The City of Holy Faith. It is such a special place: the culture, the nature, the art, the food! with out all the traffic. The historic district has an old world charm as if we were in Europe!

I love being in the center of everything and yet surrounded by nature. Strolling by the river and walking to dinner or the art galleries.

There is no other houses comparable to this in the area due to the private acreage of the estate. It is also newly built and real adobe. It has extensive landscaping and putting green, plus hot tub for evening stargazing.
