Nuestra hermosa casa está disponible para alquileres semanales solo para familias. Esta es una casa de rancho con mucho espacio para hasta 10 personas. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable actualizados y nuevos. 4 - televisores de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. Todos los utensilios de cocina y utensilios de cocina. Nueva parrilla de propano Weber. Large house that easily accommodated my family. The house included all the necessities for comfort, was clean and tidy. The area was quiet and was exactly as expected. Tim was communicative and nice to rent from.

Awesome weekend with family

My grandsons graduation was held at the park around the corner from the house, awesome location. We had family staying with us and visiting, such an outstanding location and great house to have family gather together. Will definitely be back !!!

Christmas family gathering

My family and my brother’s family stayed in this beautiful home for our Christmas family gathering. The home was comfortable and inviting. It was spacious enough for the Christmas gathering 11 people. It was the perfect home for us to have our short vacation to celebrate with family. I would definitely recommend this home.

Family Reunion

This awesome home is 4 miles from my parent’s house and was the perfect place for my family and my brother’s family (5 adults, 2 college kids, and 2 teenagers) to stay! The layout was heat for family meals, watching football, playing games, and sleeping comfortably!! The house was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! We were there during a snowstorm and Tim was great about having someone come plow the driveway! We can’t wait to stay at this perfect vacation home again! It was great in the winter, but I bet it’s even better in the summer since it’s so close to the lake!

This property was beautiful just like the listing said it was. My family and I loved the space, the location was close to stores and our favorite coffee shop, Tim Hortons!! The beach area and lighthouse were bonuses. Tim is an excellent host and was very informative. We will use this property again!!

Very nice neighborhood close to the lake shore and a nice park. This comfortable home has lots of space and anything you might need. We enjoyed our stay. The owner promptly and kindly responded when asked for information. This was an off season stay. This place is perfect for the summer.

Great getaway spot during winter

Our stay at Tim's place was very relaxed and enjoyable. There was more than enough space for the whole family to enjoy both together and apart. Tim made sure everything we would need was stocked in the pantry and we did not have any wants or needs during our stay. A+, will stay here again!

Wonderful Property

This is the third year in a row that I have stayed at this home with my friends...girl getaway weekend. I highly recommend it! The house is always spotless when we arrive. Everything is in great shape; there seems to be something new and improved every year. Great restaurants nearby and the lake is within walking distance. Best of all is the host, Tim. He is quick to respond to emails and always friendly, kind and courteous. You won't be disappointed if you stay there. Just leave a September weekend for my annual getaway!

Friend’s trip

We wanted a place close to Lake Erie and not too far from Niagara Falls. A beach for Lake Erie is only a few houses away which you can either walk or drive to the park. A great place to watch the sunset. Enjoyed one day at Niagara Falls and another day in Buffalo. House was very comfortable, clean, and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. Tim is very quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend this house either for just adults or family with children.

A Wonderful Stay

Our family with adult children had a wonderful stay at Tim’s. It was large enough that we all had space, but cozy enough to feel like home. Everything was clean and well organized. The lake close by was icing on the cake. We would definitely stay next time we visit the area.

House near Lake Erie

This house was lovely. The owner did tell the cleaners we were expected the next day so they were still cleaning when we arrived which delayed us getting settled until after 6pm. Enjoyed the house. Recommend it for large families.

My husband and I have two sons that were born over Father’s Day weekend 28 and 30 years ago. We wanted to celebrate birthdays all together with them, our daughter and their significant others. Owner was willing to rent us the house Thursday to Tuesday for a long weekend, which made it perfect for us. The whole time was great. House was beautiful and perfect the eight adults and 2 grandbabirs around 2 years old.

Great house!

An excellent house had everything (and more) that we needed for my extended family to have a great weekend. We had a large group and there was plenty of space, bathrooms, beds, etc. for us. The property was very well maintained and the location is excellent for a quick walk to the beach and near a bunch of local attractions. Would absolutely look to stay here again next time.

Great place for a family vacation

We traveled in April, so it was very rainy and we spent a lot of time inside the house. We were all comfortable gathering in the living room/kitchen area, and there was still enough room for my toddler to play freely. It was nice to be so close to the lake and it was wonderful that there was a playground there for my daughter to play. We didn't feel comfortable walking over there with her since there aren't any sidewalks, but if it had just been adults, we would have happily walked over, as it is a quick jaunt to the lake. The kitchen was well-stocked and very nice. The yard was a great size for our small and medium sized dogs to run around. We all had a great time and felt right at home!

Still in love with this property!

This was our second time staying at this property. We were hit with the winter storm and the property owner made sure the property was plowed. Checked in to make sure everything was okay. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an amazing Christmas gathering. This home has become the new place for our large family to get together for Christmas and make amazing memories. We will be staying again! As often as possible! I can't begin to describe how in love we are with this home. It's our new home away from home.

This house was built by my grandparents and my mother and her siblings grew up in it. Actually, me and my siblings kind of did too as we lived just down the street. My Grandmother was forced to sell the house in 1998 as she relocated down south. I always told her I would get it back in the family one day. Twenty years later it came back to the market and I bought it back. It is a beautiful house with so many wonderful memories!!!
