Lagoon 736D in Frisco, Colorado is ideally located near Lake Dillon and the Summit County bike path, offering convenient access to year-round outdoor recreation. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped, this townhome provides a relaxing retreat after a day of skiing or snowboarding at nearby resorts.

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome features a spacious three-level floor plan, giving family and friends plenty of room to spread out. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, and two Twin Aero beds for additional flexibility.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, complimentary WiFi, gas grill, and a gas fireplace for cozy mountain evenings. A private garage keeps your vehicle warm and protected from snow during the winter months.

Guests also enjoy access to Lagoon’s clubhouse, which features an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a tennis court available during the summer season.

Great Spot in Frisco

Great townhouse with easy access to Breckenridge and Keystone! Kitchen was well equipped with nearly everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Plus there is an attached garage with additional outside spots as needed. Garage is described as 2 spot tandem however there is really only room for one car with the front half being used for storage. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenience in FRISCO

Fully furnished kitchen with many extras. Comfortable living quarters. Many options for home entertainment. Having a garage for parking the car made us feel at home. Only draw back (but manageable) was 14 steps of stairs from garage to living quarters, and another 14 steps of stairs to sleeping quarters. Overall, great accommodations.

Nice views

Very easy process to pick up keys and return. Nice location ,kitchen fully stocked, Mattresses were a little hard but it didn’t bother me.

Hi Ahmad, Thank you so much for your review. Are you saying the property was dirty because there was no hand soap and no hand sanitizer? We would really like to know some details about your stay but we only have your one sentence review to go on. We gave you a condition inspection form when you checked it to let us know about any problems, but you did not fill it out. Our staff asked you how the property was when you checked out but you walked out without a word. The property is not new, it was built in the 90's, but it has been remodeled recently. The pictures give an accurate representation of the state of the property. Everything is in good working condition but it is not the Ritz and it is also not priced like the Ritz. I wish we knew something about "dirty" that we could pass along to our housekeepers and our inspectors as we inspect before each arrival. We do supply hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner as well as kitchen soaps, a variety of paper and trash bags. Please let us know if something isn't right and we will do our best to make sure your stay is first rate. Thanks, John Forest Bighorn Rentals
