Located at the base of Mount Royal and about 5 blocks from downtown Frisco (easily walkable on a warm summer’s night), it’s also a short drive from three of Colorado’s most famous ski resorts. You’ll love the rooftop deck with a gas fireplace, two living areas with flat-screen TVs, and gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.

The main living area features a floor to ceiling rock gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The comfortable sofas provide an excellent place to unwind and enjoy a movie or the game on the large flat-screen TV. The den offers an additional living space that’s a perfect place for the kids to enjoy their favorite show or play a board game (a nice selection of games can be found in the closet).

Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, a chef’s delight! The large island makes for a perfect place to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out the door for the day or to place out some hours devours before you hit the town for the night. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to create a memorable mountain meal. The dining room table that is just off the kitchen seats 8 and there are 3 stools at the island.
