Ubicación perfecta para explorar el área de Portsmouth / Seacoast. Cerca de todo, incluido el centro de Portsmouth, Hampton Beach, UNH, Maine, tiendas, restaurantes, etc., en un lugar muy seguro.

The location was perfect for what I came up to the New England area for. Water/Beaches within a 12 to 20 minute drive. Also wanted to visit Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Drive to locations in each state was only within a few hours drive or shorter. Easy access communication with the property managers.

We had a Wonderful stay here! The place is spotless! Very well equipped, plenty of towels, blankets, supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, great couch! Just all around comfortable. Also nice and Light! Lots of windows -service was great by our host.

We had a brief one night stay here and we enjoyed our time! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. We did note that there was a very overpowering air freshener scent throughout the apartment that was a little overwhelming. Nothing that negatively affected our stay, though!

Ladies getaway

Very clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable accommodations. Not what we expected for location/setting, but worked out well. Easy and close uber ride into downtown Portsmouth.

It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, easy to find, and parking was easy. I would recommend! I asked for an earlier check in and it was granted. That is greatly appreciated as my father's flight was earlier than i expected. Thank you!

Nice place

It’s a nice place to stay and very convenient. Unfortunately basically nothing worked. Microwave, all outlets on the back wall. Toilet bowl is busted. There is absolutely no ice and no way to get some, we didn’t have a car In this day and age why not have more access to television Are you that cheap that you can’t afford a bunch of plastic ice trays?

Newly renovated apartment

We arrived after our check-in time. The unit hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the owner and he offered us money for dinner and would send the complex manager over. We put our food in the refrigerator and our bags in our rooms. The manager came over and changed the beds, emptied the trash and threw out all of our food. We were given $70 and she said she was sorry. We went out for dinner (no other option). Returned back to unit and discovered the internet and cable were out. The owner explained that there had been a bad storm two days before and Comcast was coming on Monday.

Clean, well stocked apartment, responsive property manager

The purpose of our stay was to attend Family Weekend at University of New Hampshire. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and held our family (two parents, a teen and a grandparent) perfectly. Our son slept on the couch, which extends into a not-quite-flat lounger. I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, which was clean, roomy and decently decorated. Our one issue was that we came home late at night to find someone parked in our allotted space. There were no other unnumbered spaces available, so we parked in another numbered space thinking that must be what people do (since that's what someone did to us). Well, we got towed. Fortunately, the property manager was amazing and handled the whole situation beautifully. Found the tow company, drove us to get the car. Just handled everything. Unfortunately, we missed our last morning with our daughter, but it is what it is. So, my advice is to talk with the manager before you arrive about what to do if someone is in your space. Also, location is short drive to Portsmouth center, but not walkable. But super easy if you have a car. Otherwise -- great place for the family. I will definitely book again. Thanks, Jay!

We were a little confused on the check in but a nice lady (she must have been watching for us) came to help us without even having to call. The place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was nicely furnished and so comfortable. I’d definitely look to stay there again if in the area

Clean, safe, perfect location. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and snacks, nice bedding, hot water in shower, and strong AC - esp during the heat wave last week! The only suggestion I'd make is perhaps some new cotton bath towels would be nice. But that's nitpicking. Thank you, Jay... for a wonderful stay!

Upstairs Neighbors were Clods

First the positives: Jay was always responsive to our needs and questions. We are on a 24 day New England vacation. We stayed in 6 places in 6 states for 4 nights each. This was our 4th state and place to stay. None of the first 3 places had a washer and dryer. We were running out of clothes fast. Jay provided us with a laundry card to do our laundry. WHAT A BLESSING!!! Also, Jay provided a large supply of Keurig Coffee Pods with the best Keurig Coffee maker we have ever used. The place was roomy and clean, and would have been perfect, if not for the negatives. Now the negatives: The neighbors above us had kids and there was constant running and stomping. Even as late as 1:00 in the morning. I noticed in other reviews (of this particular unit) that people said the neighbors were not a problem. But Jay may own more than one property in this complex and changed us to a different unit. Because, although the pictures, shown up above, are close to what our unit looked like, everything in the unit we were in is reversed from the pictures shown. The point is that the Clods Upstairs prevented us from having what was otherwise an enjoyable stay at Jay's place.

Great New England place

The perfect place for a small group. The city will be 400 years soon. There is a lot of history and the place is very close to everything including beaches. It was the end of August but we still managed to swim a little bit. Great seafood places.
