The house was very comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The house manager was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again!

I would highly recommend this place for its location, views, interior spaciousness and layout, along with very responsive hosts. Direct, unobstructed views of Mount Washington with nice deck and plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and large open concept living space downstairs. Also a bonus loft type area on 2nd floor with couch. Will definitely look to stay here whenever I am in the White Mountains.

We enjoyed our stay with family. Cananda smoke stole some of the view of the presidential mountains but the hikin was still great. Can't beat the crystal-clear waters of NH rivers.

Great location with a view

The location of this condo was perfect as we wanted to ski all the nearby mountains. The view was breathtaking. We had to bring our own towels which was a little annoying. Could have used some more dishes (plates/bowls) as we had to run the dishwasher after ever meal to have enough clean dishes.

Great property, Friendly neighbors. No AC though it was a little hot. The fridge gave out after 1 day. Otherwise a great stay.

Just what we needed

We arrived late (830pm) and couldn’t find the place. Text the owner and he called me right away and FaceTime me to make sure we found the apartment. It was just what we needed, nothing fancy. The internet and the dishwasher did not work. Luckily we had cooler weather so with the windows open and fans we were fine. I do agree with a previous review that the downstairs bathroom needs some updating. Perfect location for Storyland.

No mention that unit did NOT have air conditioning. Inside temperature was 90 degrees and fans were not sufficient. Smoke detectors and CO detectors inoperative ( no batteries). Down stair bathroom ceiling severely stained and water damaged. Other than that the unit was acceptable and convenient.

Storyland Nostalgia night

We went to celebrate a 21 birthday at storyland nostalgia night. The location could not have been better. The view was spectacular. The unit had ample room for our party of 10 to sleep, gather and relax. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing home. Would certainly stay again

Winter ski week

We came for cross country skiing in the area - Jackson, Bear Notch, Bretton Woods ... this is an excellent location. The condo is up a mountain and that made travel difficult as the neighborhood streets were plowed last after snowfall. One person could not get up the mountain the night she arrived. On another day of great snow we were not able to get out because the roads were not plowed. We watched the snow plow coming to plow our parking lot get stuck on the unplowed road. Two other plows came to help him... and it took over an hour. By the time the parking lot was finished and the road plowed, it was 4:00 pm and we missed a great day of skiing. The condo was spacious with an open kitchen, dining room and living room. The large dining room table was excellent for meals and evening games. The condo is older and there were signs of wear (like the bathroom fan sounded like an airplane taking off). But the price was excellent!

Spacious condo with awesome view.

Just a note to future renters, you habe to climb up fairly narrow stairs to the first level and another fight to 3 of the bedrooms. You also need to bring your own bath towels, even though it says linens provided in the listing. We had a nice stay otherwise.

fast response from the owner/property manager. need some upgrade (appliance, carpet, bathroom fan...) we had to turn on the water and water heater after calling the manager.

Great space for a group

We were a friend group of 7 and this place was plenty spacious. Kitchen well equipped. And place was super clean!! We all really enjoyed our stay.

Best view in Bartlett

The communication with the hosts was correct, with a clear document sent, but the response was delayed for several days. The kitchen was functional, although a bottle opener was missing. The living room is large, comfortable and friendly. The condo is quiet despite the proximity of the neighbors. The front terrace lacks comfortable chairs to enjoy the landscape. The back terrace lacks maintenance (railing). The rooms on the 3rd floor lack ventilation despite the fans provided and some mattresses are not comfortable. The dishwasher is not attached to the counter and it can tip over, letting the water run out. Overall, all my friends en you their stay at this house.

Great Condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! Spacious enough for a family of 5 and another couple to share. Beautiful, clean, quiet. Val was great and checked in with us before we arrived, and after we got settled in to make sure we were liking the place. Will definitely rent again! Thank you!!

Nice Spot !!

Great Spot !! It was a couple warm days for May. Both days in the high 80’s. We had the fans blowing and it was still tough to sleep in the heat. Overall we had a great experience

Great location for cross country skiing

The views from the condo were amazing. We were very disappointed that the washing machine did not work, the dishwasher was tricky to load and unload because it is not attached securely. The stairs going into the unit are extremely challenging with the plastic covering and small tread depth. You have to walk sideways up and down. Kitchen is minimally stocked and coffee pot looks to be on it’s “last leg”. The details indicate to bring your own towels but luckily there were some there. Seems unacceptable to travel via air with towels. The bathroom sinks don’t drain well and upstairs toilet rocks.

Great View.

The overriding advantage of this property is the expansive view. There is a full 140 degree panoramic vista of the central White Mountains extending from Mt Carrigain on the left to Carter Dome on the right. Of course, Mt Washington, Pinkham Notch, and Carter Notch are featured at the center of this view.

Beautiful View

Very spacious and can accommodate multiple families. Only concern was there was no air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable sleeping, even with fans. Would not return in the summertime unless air conditioning became available.
