White Mountains Year-Round Getaway - Mins from Attitash & Storyland

Recently renovated home that could be used as 2 units, upstairs & downstairs, or use as one unit for a large family or separate families.

Upper floor has high ceilings and a modern kitchen with newer appliances, quartz counter tops, a/c and fantastic fall/winter views. Ample space for entertaining friends and family in an open concept living area. Warm up by the fire pit after a day of skiing or hang out on the porch after a day of hiking.

Downstairs unit has many upgrades including granite counter tops & appliances in kitchen. NOTE - There is no a/c on the bottom floor but it does stay cool during the summer.

In the summer use the association beach on the Saco and in winter be @ Attitash in 5 minutes. Storyland in less than 10.

This property is close to everything in the White Mountains has to offer!! Reservation is for the entire house.

Lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of confusion on the house number as Google took us to the property next door. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

The house was beautiful and clean. Location was great in proximity to everything we wanted to do. We had two families and it was the perfect setup where each family had there own separate space but we could also be together.

The house was lovely. Beautiful views upstairs in the fall. The beds were super comfortable. The house was immaculately clean. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend away was provided. There was ample space for an extended family to spread out. The hosts were very quick at answering all questions we had. There was a discrepancy with the listing that unfortunately did impact our overall happiness with our stay. We had booked with the intention of using the fireplace but learned shortly before arrival that it is not for guest use. This information was not on the listing or the contract we signed. The host was responsive in giving us a small refund and has since updated the listing.

Ski Vacay

This property is amazing and well appointed. Very cozy spot with lots of thought put into family. We had so much fun on the slopes all day and relaxed in the comfy cottage every evening. Great spot- would return!!

Perfect weekend away

This was a great spot for my family and grandparents to stay for a weekend away. So close to all of the attractions, nice big bedrooms, and comfortable living areas. It has all you need for your stay!

Great stay!

Great location and very well maintained. We stayed here over the weekend to catch some hikes in the presidential range and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Very convenient to Conway that offers shopping and eating but still offers a pretty secluded feel. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a fantastic trip to New Hampshire. This home is so comfortable and the location is amazing. It’s close to all the action and tucked away so you get the best of both. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed a few home cooked meals. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Multi Family Getaway

The house was perfect for two families with kids. Each floor had two bedrooms and a full bath with kitchen area so it allowed both families to maintain our normal routines without disturbing each other. Location was perfect for Storyland - only a few minutes drive. Chris texted when we arrived and was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

Great Week Away!

We had a fantastic week staying here. The location is perfect, close to attractions and ski areas, quiet neighborhood. The house is perched on a hill which makes it seem more private. Very bright and plenty of space to accommodate our family. The owners were very pleasant and helpful in navigating a couple of very minor issues.

Peaceful home

We enjoyed a peaceful stay. The house had everything we needed, with a space for everyone as well as a nice living room space where our family hung out and played games. It was clean & cozy. The beds were comfortable & we had nice hot showers. The owners were very helpful and checked in on us to see if we needed anything.

Wonderful spot for a weekend away

We loved our stay in Bartlett! We were able to visit Storyland and the Mount Washington Cog Railway easily, and also enjoyed the private beach in the neighborhood too! The house was just as described, and we loved the split layout. A bit difficult with all the stairs for the grandparents, but workable for a long weekend. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, included kids toys and games too. Would definitely recommend, as long as stairs aren’t hard for your family!

Great spot for the mountains!

This house worked out perfectly for our group. Adults enjoyed the upstairs while the kids slept in the basement. Dual living spaces and two bedrooms on each floor made that really easy. Driveway is steep, but it’s NH… no problem.

Ski weekend getaway

Great location! Close to ski mountains and the Saco river. The house set up was perfect for us. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults could relax upstairs. Chris and Grace were excellent hosts. They sent detailed information on the house in advance and were quick to respond with recommendations in the area. Hope to stay there again!

Perfect for Two Families

We rented this property with another family and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for 9 of us and different floors for the kid to be while the adults could hang out too. Having 2 kitchens was great too. The location was great too - right near Attitiash and close to Bretton Woods, but far enough from ther traffic of North Conway. Chris and Grace were great to communicate with and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

We are originally from NH and PA but currently reside outside of Boston where we own a small business and also work in biotech.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

For many years, we have traveled to the Mount Washington Valley area for weekend ski trips. Once we got married we committed to finding a vacation home but never had the means or opportunity to do so. Once we had our son, we found a year-round reason to visit the White Mountains (Storyland and Echo Lake) and knew this was the area we wanted to vacation year-round. When the pandemic hit, we - like so many others - decided to make our vacation home dream a reality.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have a small immediate family but love to vacation with family and friends. We thought this property would be perfect for two families who really enjoy time together, but perhaps not every single minute. We love that you can open up the house for all or keep to your own space. We can't wait to enjoy the house once our son is older and have he and his friends hang out downstairs while we enjoy the upper living area.
