Esta propiedad cuenta con tres habitaciones de estilo casita con baños privados agrupados alrededor de la gran piscina, terraza y patio.
El elegante dormitorio principal se encuentra dentro de la casa principal con otras habitaciones que incluyen sala de estar, comedor, cocina, sala con sofá cama y un baño (al que también se puede acceder desde el patio exterior)

Fantastic Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house in Palm Springs. The house had everything we needed, and Gregg was the best host! We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Wow - amazing property and host!

I've stayed in a lot of vrbo's and this was by far the best experience from start to finish I have had. Gregg met us at the property and showed us around. The bedrooms are all separate with bathrooms so everyone in our extended family had some privacy. The outdoor space was lovely - lots of spaces to sit in and out of the sun. Loved the pool and hot tub. Especially loved the outdoor grill and tv area. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings comfy and well curated. Gregg was super responsive when we had questions. All in all, the best stay ever. We will be back!

Great Trip

Six of us enjoyed a great New Year’s Eve trip to this lovely property. We loved the privacy of the 4 ensuite bedrooms. The house was very clean and has a large tv for watching movies on a comfy couch. Big table for game playing and gathering for meals. Very comfortable living areas and a beautiful pool area. Gregg could not have been more gracious and helpful.

Simply the Best

This is the BEST stay in Palm Springs! The house, art, books, location, VRBO Host Gregg, pool, firepit, multiple seating and lounge areas, private bedrooms, etc.!!!! I can't say enough good things about the great long weekend we had with seven girlfriends, celebrating two 60th birthdays! Gregg is the absolutely best host I've ever had in renting VRBO!!! We loved everything about this wonderful oasis in PS... We will be back!

Fabulous family Christmas getaway

We spent a week here with our three adult children and their spouses for Christmas. Gregg even put up a Christmas tree for us and left boxes of ornaments so we could have our own little tree-trimming party! Such a great setup of space for our group. Each of the young couples had their own casita/private bath. We stayed in the main house. So much outdoor space - tables/chairs, lounge chairs, fire pit, rooftop deck, etc. We spent nearly all our time outside! Great view of the mountains. Everything we needed. And a liquor store is only 250 feet away! We walked to Taquitz Canyon twice for hiking. Beautiful! We walked or Ubered everywhere, thanks to Gregg's advice. We only rented a car the day we went to Joshua Tree. Gregg was fun and helpful. Thank you, Gregg, for our memorable week and sharing your home with us.

Great location and amenities!

Gregg is an amazing host…was quick to respond to any questions and providing an easy checkin/checkout to accommodate our travel times. The 4BR/4BA house layout worked extremely well for our family of 6 and we had a blast relaxing by the pool and hot tub after hiking. Looking forward to staying with Gregg again for our next trip to Palm Springs!

Group of Friends Holiday

Great location! Each room was clean and quiet from the other rooms. The central location, the pool and patio area, were excellent for a large group. We were 7 guests, but held a birthday dinner party for 11 and all enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to relax

We had a party of 8 and plenty of room to spread out, relax and just unwind! The house was very clean and Gregg was very communicative and responsive. There was amazing shade and cover for the warmer part of the stay and plenty of sun spots for those who just couldn't get enough. We also really loved that each room had their own bathroom as well as the extra one outside so we could all essentially unpack everything. We all would recommend this home and hope to get back someday!

Great stay

Gregg was very easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to any questions. Property is as shown/described. Perfect setup for a girls trip - we all had our own room and bathroom. Walkable for some exercise to downtown Palm Springs. Indoor and outdoor kitchen well appointed with everything we needed.

Paradise in Palm Springs!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, beautiful home in PS. The setup is absolutely fantastic for a group of friends, couples, a family with adults, etc. to stay. You have ultimate privacy with private rooms and bathrooms but plenty of incredible, common areas to hang in. The place is stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay, and the backyard, pool, spa, roof deck, etc. were a dream. We never wanted to leave! The house is in a great location, and you have privacy from your neighbors with beautiful trees, flowers, etc. surrounding the perimeter in the backyard. ABOVE ALL, Gregg was the absolute best host. He let us check-in early since some of us arrived much earlier than 4pm. He also let us check-out late since many of us left much later than 10am. He was responsive and available via text for anything we needed. We will 100% be back and can't wait to stay here again and again and again. Thanks for everything, Gregg!! <3

Family Thanksgiving.

It was a perfect place to get together with our adult children. The layout of the house allows for the “togetherness” we wanted and the space and privacy we needed. The house is very well equipped and functional. The outdoor space was a dream. Sitting by the fire pit with morning coffee was delightful, as the Mountain View was spectacular. The pool and the hot tub were paradise. The location allowed for access to hikes and easy walks to the downtown. One of the best parts about the house was the owner Gregg, he was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Family get-away

This is a fun property for the group to stay. Each bedroom is a suite and has its own entrance off of the backyard / pool area. The common areas are so comfortable and people can spread out to relax. Gregg is a wonderful host and did everything to make sure we were well taken care of. Any concerns I had were addressed graciously and quickly....he wants you to love the house as much as he does. It is close to downtown for a quick drive (there is plenty of parking) or a nice walk on a beautiful day. A great stay for sure!

Dream vacation location!

This home was the getaway my friends and I had literally been dreaming about. The private rooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious back yard were all highlights of our trip. The pool and hot tub were the best I’ve experienced at a rental property. If you are looking for a space to laugh with friends and also feel like you’re staying at a luxury hotel, look no further-this is the spot!! (Gregg is also a dream host who truly cares that folks have everything they need to enjoy the space.)

Perfect Oasis Get Away

I can't say enough great things about our visit. There were 8 of us who decided to escape the Midwest winter to enjoy some California sunshine. The house couldn't have been any more ideal. The house layout not only allowed for fun in the shared spaces, but also allowed for privacy for each couple when needed. Each room was spacious with its own bathroom and uniquely decorated with eclectic art work. The main house had a comfortable TV room and the kitchen was great for cooking and hosting a sit down dinner. The best features of the house were the outside amenities. The pool, hot tub, fire pit and outside grille/kitchen were used every day and night. Even the little touches like the outside showers and the roof top deck were fun to use. It was the perfect set up. Gregg, our host, couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. He was very communicative before and during our stay, which put us all at ease. He takes great pride in his home, which he should.

Awesome Oasis in Palm Springs

This is overdue but we had an amazing time in Palm Springs at Gregg;'s beautiful home. While it was just my partner and I, the home is set up perfectly for a large group or family with a beautiful pool, hot tub and extensive outdoor area for relaxing, reading, cooking, eating or just chilling out. The home is well equipped and designed for eating in or ordering in, with multiple well appointed and private bedrooms and baths. Gregg was the perfect host - available and responsive and truly a nice guy. The location is very central to restaurants, shopping and groceries, We definitely will be back!

Gregg is amazing!

Gregg made the whole check in process very easy and kept communication fully open. We had a minor issue with the heat on the second day, and even though Gregg was out of town, he had someone come to the house and fix it within the hour. The place is just as described, if not better. I am definitely booking with Gregg again!

First trip since Covid

I was nervous to fly and go on vacation because of Covid-19. Our flight landed early, Gregg was very accommodating with us, let us check in early. He met us at the house, explained how everything worked, and let us be the rest of our time. The house is terrific for groups. The house was clean, the pool and back yard was perfect, because all we did was hang out in the back yard. There is a terrific area to watch tv, BBQ, hang out. Basically a kitchen and living room outside. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a relaxing, chill, vacation. I would defiantly stay here again. Gregg was terrific at communication. Also, the house was VERY well stocked with everything....

Perfect WFH getaway

We booked this property to get out of the smoke in the Bay Area due to the fires and work from home somewhere fun and exciting and this place delivered. Greg was waiting for us and gave us the tour and was very responsive throughout the whole visit. The place was spacious, perfectly suited for working from home (desks in every room) and solid WiFi even at the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor Kitchen/fridge came in very handy. Pool and Hot tub were amazing. Will certainly stay here in my next visit to Palm Springs. Thanks Greg for your warm hospitality.

Mini-Resort

Awesome house setup like a mini-resort. Amazing backyard, comfortable rooms, all the amenities. We had kids attending school virtually from different rooms during the morning and swimming and having fun in the afternoons.

Absolutely Amazing stay!

This was by far the best house we have rented! House over all was beautiful! Rooms all amazing not one bad one. House had so much personality. Backyard/pool was Amazing! Kitchen super well stocked, anything we needed to cook was available for our use. Owner Gregg was the best! If I had a question he responded right away. Couldn’t have chosen a better stay! Thank you Gregg!

Great House!

The house is gorgeous! Lots of hang out places inside or out. Lovely back yard. A great outdoor kitchen. All supplies well stocked in terms of baking dishes, pans, etc. There is even a projector screen outside for movies in the pool! Great location close to town! I would highly recommend! We would stay again!

I have created an amazing place that i live in part time and share with others through this site. You will enjoy my home as it has a history and is filled with things of interest and beauty. Everything is well done and appointed. There is something for everyone. You might be sitting in the living room w 8 people watching the 75" tv or grabbing a book from the shelves behind the couch. You might also be in anyone of the great bedrooms, looking at the art, watching tv, or being served breakfast in bed.
The outdoors is a whole another story. A large pool, the south end shaded under a tree, a spa, outdoor entertaining to the max with an outdoor kitchen, living, dining room and bar, upstairs deck, sitting arrangements all over the property, an outdoor shower, an outdoor theater in the making...
