Relax at this remodeled home & casita w/ private pool & spa - 2 dogs OK

Freshly remodeled and redecorated in 2018, this four-bedroom property will bring comfort and ease to your next Palm Springs retreat. Step inside to find custom lighting, ceramic tile throughout the main living areas, bamboo floors in the bedrooms, and polished stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room is accented by a 55-inch Smart UHD TV with surround sound, a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker, and a cozy fireplace, while the adjacent game room features a custom eight-foot pool table. Spend your days swimming in the private pool, unwinding in the spillover spa, and napping in the sunshine on the cushioned lounge chairs. At night, you'll find three bedrooms in the main house - one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two double beds. The separate casita houses the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom, offering a king-size bed, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig.

WHAT'S NEARBY
You'll be ideally located close to downtown Palm Springs, with Palm Canyon Drive - home to wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, theaters, and all sorts of nightlife - just one mile west. Travel with ease to and from Palm Springs International Airport (less than two miles east), take a quick drive to reach a number of renowned golf courses within minutes, or spend your days hiking in Tahquitz Canyon (three miles southwest) and Indian Canyons (six miles south). One of the best views in the desert also awaits atop the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway seven miles west.

-The fourth bedroom and the third bathroom are located in the private casita
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Beautiful Home For A Getaway

Everything was amazing and as described in the listing. So close to everything and on a very quiet street. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely rent again for our next Palm Springs adventure.

Birthday get away!

The property was beautiful! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and close to stores and restaurants. The house fit our needs perfectly. We had some issues with getting the pool and bit tub to heat, but once that was resolved , everything was great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves.

Home was Awesome, but VRBO not so much

VRBO customer service was lacking. When we called to ask questions about the home they had no knowledge about it. We also felt like we were calling and offshore call center.

Nice large home, clean and fairly well appointed. Location is convenient to most everything. Casita seemed a little damp but it is next to the pool so that may be it. Blew a circuit breaker when two hair dryers were being used. Once I found the breaker cabinet, easy to reset. Would recommend that the toilet paper and paper towels be upgraded, they were pretty "budget" and we bought our own after one day. All in all, a very nice home and would recommend it.

Mom and Daughters Getaway

Our stay at Casa De Myah was just right. I came with my four daughters for a winter getaway. This property provided us with lots of space to move around and yet was cozy enough for relaxing and reminiscing both inside and outside. I had arranged for the pool and hot tub to be heated, but with the cold snap...the water was still too cold to use. I asked if the temperature could be raised. Someone came the next day to adjust the temperature and saved the day! We were able to enjoy some good time in both the pool and hot tub in spite of the cold weather. The property was in a very convenient location. I hope to go back sometime when we can spend more time sitting in the sun without our winter coats on! :)

The House With Everything

Fun girls weekend

Overall this was a great house for a girls weekend. It was super hot and the pool was very nice. Both the pool and house had enough space for all 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals and enjoy at home. The downsides were: the AC can only be set at 76 (no lower) which some guests were not pleased with. The alarm went off every time a door opened, which meant I woke everyone up daily when I went out for an early morning run. Early check in is decided on the day of which is tough when you're buying food in 105 degree heat (and we couldn't get it). And the check in process was via phone and was fairly inconvenient and stressful. The good definitely outweighed the bad.

This house is really nice so spacious. I loved that it had a detached master bedroom with bathroom for the in-laws. The pool is big and beautiful. I will definitely book a stay at this home again. Thank you for hosting my family and I.

Loved this home!

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful stay. This was our first time to Palm Springs and we would definitely come back and would stay here. The house was close to resturants, shopping, and nightlife. The house was a great size for a family of 6. The pool was and outside area was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy and plenty of TV's. The landscape was also superb. All in all a 5 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful Palm Springs Home

This home had everything we needed for our family of 6 adults, a baby and a dog. We spent a lot of time in the fenced-in backyard, with lots of seating in the shade, great pool and hot tub, and stunning views.

Large and very comfortable!

Great location with direct shot to downtown Palm Springs. Beautiful landscaping that was well maintained. The space was very large! The house itself is a little dated, but still very high end. All the seating and beds were incredibly comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with every conceivable gadget. Pool was a great size and cleaned twice a week. Downsides: For us, the filter pump was making a terrible whining noise while running (the neighbours complained), so we couldn't use it. This meant no heat. However, the weather was hot enough that it was okay and we were refunded for that. The house also had no cleaning supplies, or kitchen stuff like saran wrap or tin foil, which I would have expected to find. But otherwise, we really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home.

Very happy with our experience. House is beautiful, spacious and clean. Kitchen is generously equipped. Outside living space including pool is inviting and well maintained. Palm trees around the pool are stunning lit up in the evening. Short drive to all activities in the area. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property

Since this was our first visit to PS, we had lots to see and do on the itinerary. Loved the property so much, that we didn’t do most of what we planned. Both work in healthcare and needed a relaxing vacation. The pool, house, outside living area all provided all the incentive that we needed to simply stay and veg. We usually head to a beach destination to relax. We have never experienced the ability to relax to this degree from such a property. Thank you for a surprisingly relaxing stay. We will definitely remember this place in the future.
