Ubicada en el área muy deseada, Punta Sur, a solo unos pasos del Garrafón de Castilla Beach Club, esta lujosa casa personalizada es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de todos los diferentes tonos de aguas azul turquesa del Océano Caribe, impresionantes puestas de sol desde el en la azotea y vistas del horizonte de Cancún. Ya sea que disfrute de su café matutino, una margarita por la tarde o una copa de vino al atardecer, las vistas son espectaculares y las mejores de la isla.

Isla Mujeres tiene solo 4 millas de largo y es fácilmente accesible alquilando un carrito de golf. Hay un pequeño club de playa, Garrafón de Castilla, sale por la puerta principal y un sendero local para bucear en el agua preciosa en cualquier momento que desee.

Con bares y restaurantes en el extremo sur, realmente no hay muchas razones para ir a la ciudad que no sea el ajetreo y el bullicio de la vida nocturna, ir de compras y mezclarse con otros turistas y lugareños.

Nuestra casa ha sido recientemente renovada y remodelada con hermosos muebles personalizados y ofrece servicio de limpieza diario (excepto domingos y feriados) y servicios de conserjería disponibles para usted.

Casa del Sol Naciente se sienta al lado de nuestra otra residencia, Casa Mar Azul, que tiene el mismo plano de planta. Puede ver Casa Mar Azul directamente a través de / Homeaway e ingresar 3785397 en el campo de búsqueda y ver los calendarios de disponibilidad de la casa y las tarifas actuales de alquiler. Si elige reservar ambas casas ... ofrecemos una tarifa reducida, por supuesto. Cada casa tiene su propia piscina PRIVADA con las mismas comodidades que Casa Mar Azul. Recién terminado de construir áreas de entretenimiento en la azotea con sky bar con refrigerador, fregadero, etc. El lugar perfecto para grandes vacaciones familiares, retiros corporativos, bodas, viajes grupales, etc. Propiedad y operación familiar (NO una compañía de administración de propiedades) Siempre tratará directamente conmigo mismo, el propietario. Se pueden combinar para dormir de 20 a 22 personas cómodamente. Ambas casas siempre se mantienen meticulosamente y están amuebladas con mucho gusto. Se pueden alquilar juntos o por separado.

Ideal para retiros / talleres de yoga, vacaciones familiares grandes, retiros corporativos, bodas, etc.

Great place! Pictures were not accurate. In the pictures, the rooftop area had pads on the couches. In reality there were no pads and the couches were concrete, so we didn’t spend time up there at all. The beds are quite hard. The listing makes it sound like you have access to a washer/dryer, however you don’t. The maid will do your laundry for you.Great location. Walked to The Joint for breakfast and ate at the other restaurants on the road. We also took the bus into the North end. Taxis are easily available on the road.Went to the beach club in front of the house. Cheap and accessible, can come and go throughout the day.. Club Garrafon De Castillo.

Great Vacation Home

This is a very nice home with functional amenities. We have stayed at other properties on the island and the simple things such as Air conditioning, toilets, clean pool have been a problem. Not with this house. Everything worked exceptionally well.

Great Location and Nice Views

This is a great location on the south end!House layout is good--master suite a few steps up from main living room/kitchen/pool level (no view of water). Upper level has master suite (water view) and 2nd bedroom with double beds. Rooftop with water views and added benefit of hearing music from the Joint makes that a perfect place to hang out in the afternoon. We liked having the multiple levels to spread out...felt like home. This means many steps so it might not be ideal for elderly or less mobile people.As noted, this property is attached to another property and the the two pool are separated with some bushes.We have stayed at all the properties next to Punta Sur park...the newer homes are 5 star. I did not rate this as 5 start because it is an older property.We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break

The lead up to the vacation was met eith prompt responses from the property owner with various directions to give cab drivers information on how to find the house. When we arrived at the house, Stacy, the property manager was extremely helpful with the information about the house. She gave us her cell number if anything was needed during the stay. The fresh guac and pico wad a nice touwell. e. The accomodations were as advertised and the host was very responsive throughout the enetire stay. Id recomend over and over again.

Spring Break

We have been traveling with a group of our high school friends with all of our kids for Spring Break for over 25 years. What started out as a group of 18 is now down to 10. This house was perfect for 3 couples and a teen. Beautiful house with amazing views! One of our favorite trips so far. Communication with property owner was very good and our house keeper was AMAZING! She made us delicious Salsa and Guacamole to welcome us! We will hopefully be back and would definitely rent this house again.

This was our second stay at casa del sol naciente. We had a great time and everything was very clean. Great pool with gorgeous sunsets. Music from the joint is a great addition.

Property had everything we needed. We loved the location - really nice having the Joint right behind the property. We had a great vacation and found Stacy and Monica to be responsive and friendly. We would definitely choose to stay here again and would recommend this property to friends. Views and amenities were great!We also truly loved Isla Mujeres there were a few minor things that I am sure was just timing and will be resolved soon.*refrigerator in the kitchen was not working - so a smaller refrigerator was placed in the living room for our use while they were waiting to have the main refrigerator repaired. worked out ok, but a little inconvenient. *TV in master bedroom didn't work, *Took us a while to figure out how to get water in the showers - they would start and then completely stop - had to get out leaving the shower on and run the sink faucet until the shower started again. once we figured out how to make it work it wasn't a problem. Might be good to show future tenants how to do this.Again, the items I mentioned are minor and did not detract from a fantastic vacation - and we absolutely loved our stay and the property and recommend it to others.Thanks for a great time and for sharing your home.

Lovely Getaway

We loved the house. It had everything we needed. The Southend of the island was such a beautiful place to stay. We had amazing restaurants nearby and could walk to beach clubs, restaurants and coffee!

Great location

We loved most everything about our stay! Being right across from the joint was awesome! We didn't have one bad meal/experience at the joint for meals, drinks or entertainment. The only thing that would have been helpful to plan for is it is advertised as having a washer and dryer but you a actually can't use it. The housekeeper Monica has to do it for you. She did a lovely job, it just wasn't what I was expecting. But I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property

We had the pleasure of spending 9 days at this property, and we truly loved every moment of our stay. The house is stunning—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities were exactly as described, with a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and convenient maid and laundry services. We even submitted a grocery list before our arrival, and it was waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice touch. Although The Joint is located just across the road, the live music didn't bother us at all, and they wrapped up each night early. We had an amazing time here and would definitely love to return!

50th Birthday Family Celebration

The property was beautiful. The home had everything we needed for everyone to be comfortable for five days. The view was spectacular just as described. The water pressure was amazing, which can sometimes be very hard to find on the island.The only issue we truly had was a precious little kitty that we all fell in love with, but sat at the back door, crying nonstop for food. Don’t get me wrong, he was a sweet little guy and we absolutely adored him, but he was a little messy and very hungry. Besides that, the stay was perfect, and we would definitely revisit again.

Lovely Stay!

The home is in an ideal location, housekeeper made us guacamole and chips on our arrival and manager gave us a thorough tour. Sunset views are incredible! The home is laid out very well and we enjoyed the space and roof top deck so very much! Also, the owner is extremely responsive and supportive through all of our 7 night stay. Cant wait to return!

Beautiful place

This was our first time to Isla and we absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6! Gorgeous views of the water, especially from the pool and had fun watching the iguanas. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart since it is on the south side, but we loved the location as it was away from all the hustle! Thank you for sharing your perfect house and appreciate Stacy, the property manager for always being available when needed!

Relaxation and Celebration

Absolutely Amazing!! Everything about the house was perfect with amble space for groups to spread out. It was a quiet area even when bands were playing across the street at The Joint. Staying poolside and looking out over the beautiful blue water was perfect!! The housekeeper Monica made the stay even better and we appreciated all the small touches she did during our stay!

Great Stay

Beautiful home. Loved the pool overlooking the bay. Golf cart rental a must to get around this part of the island. Enjoyed the water at Kin Ha and breakfast at Ranchero de Capricho.
