Bienvenido a la cabaña más acogedora en el lado oeste de Séneca. Completamente remodelado en octubre de 2018, por dentro y por fuera. Esta cabaña se encuentra en un entorno muy privado y tranquilo. Todos los pisos, techo, porche y techo de cobertizo nuevos en otoño de 2018. Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas desde la bañera de hidromasaje con vistas al lago. Hay una gran pantalla de televisión por cable e Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. El frente de la cabaña tiene una vista impresionante del lago a través de una pared en su mayoría de vidrio. Esa vista es accesible desde la mayor parte de la cabaña. La cena con la familia o el desayuno al amanecer se pueden disfrutar en una gran terraza cubierta con vistas al lago o en el muelle. Tiene parrilla de carbón y pozo de fuego junto al agua. Habitaciones muy grandes, incluido un rey maestro. Electrodomésticos nuevos y modernos en la cocina: baño nuevo con azulejos de cerámica. Muy bien decorado y excepcionalmente limpio. 2 canchas de tenis cercanas. 3 campos de golf en 15 minutos. Masajes en la cabaña y limusinas en la puerta disponibles. Hay solo unas pocas escaleras hasta el lago e incluso una pequeña playa para niños. Estamos en una ubicación MUY céntrica que nos sitúa cerca de la mayoría de las principales bodegas de la región y pueblos cercanos. Estamos a 6 millas de tiendas, supermercados, gas, restaurantes y cines. A 8 millas de la lancha estatal y alquiler de embarcaciones. Carretera abierta todo el año y de fácil acceso en invierno. A poca distancia del Outlet Trail para practicar senderismo y ciclismo entre los lagos Seneca y Keuka. Camina hasta las canchas de tenis y el nuevo Tot Lot. Cottage es moderno y excepcionalmente limpio. Premio a la excelencia todos los años. Excelente alquiler para aquellos con mascotas [patio cercado]. De fácil acceso todo el año, incluido el invierno.

Property worked out perfectly for 3 adults and 2 dogs. We appreciated the fenced in yard and access to the water. Hot tub was a nice bonus and the temp was just right.

Nuce but a little updating needed

The queen bed mattess was very squeeky and the room got hot. A new matress and ceiling fan would help. Super quiet location and peaceful. Spotted Deck creamery was super close and delicious. I would definitely come back.

Finger Lakes getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice - comfortable for four adults. The weather could have been better, but it was relaxing. Steps to the lake were more than we thought - a lot of them and kind of steep. Overall, it was a nice time away.

Rental House right on Lake Senwca

Very quiet peaceful getaway right on Lake Seneca. The property was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the water were wonderful ways to relax after exploring Watkins Glen and the local wineries!

Awesome getaway on the lake

House was perfect for a family getaway on the lake. House has two large size bed rooms and a large family room. Great view of the lake with a deck overlooking the dock and lake. Hottub was excellent to relax in as well.

Convenient location and very clean

We really enjoyed our lake get-a-way. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The street was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The location was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. For those traveling with kids- the tot area mentioned in the description is a 15 minute walk, so driving there is more realistic with kids. Also there really isn’t a beach area for the kids to swim as listed. We brought life jackets so our kids jumped off the dock to swim and climbed the loosely attached ladder to get out.

Great Stay

We had a great week at the property. Early June so the weather was still cool and the lake COLD! We wanted a week of relaxed time to read and be together. It was perfect. The cottage was well equipped. We loved the covered deck where we could hang out even in the rain looking over the lake. The only negative was a soft King bed, and no instructions as to where the washer and dryer were located. We hunted around and finally found it in the basement which was only accessible from outside. Once we found it, we were pleased with the full size washer and dryer. We would definitely come back to this cottage.

Great weekend getaway

Had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to the wineries & only a 20 min drive to Watkins Glen! Enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the covered porch & relaxing evenings in the hot tub! The only thing I had a problem with was the large gaps in the fence that my dogs could easily get through & the fact they needed to be on the leash while in the yard. Not a huge problem but not what I expected

Week end getaway

A friend and I decided to go for a little wine tasting. Not exactly the best weather or time of year for it, but hey….. the place was cozy, the beds were comfy and the place was available. Hopefully we will make another trip for the summer and it will be available.

Cozy, pet-friendly retreat

Cozy cottage right on the lake. We loved starting our day soaking in the hot tub while watching the sunrise. We brought our two dogs, and they enjoyed the fenced in yard and swimming at the public beach which is just down the road.

Amazing lake view on a quiet street

We loved our stay at this cozy cottage on the lake. The location was perfect, close enough to local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and still a quiet, secluded cottage to come back to at night. We enjoyed the hot tub with the phenomenal view of the lake. The check in and check out process was easy with communication from the property manager. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Our family has had a cottage nearby since 1930, and since has added 4 more in the same vicinity. When these latter cottages were purchased, we knew from years of experience that this location is one of the most desireable on any of the Finger Lakes. Our cottage is very accessible year around, has ease of access to the water, enjoys peace and solitude, as well as privacy, and has beautiful views of the lake. The area behind the cottage is lawn and woods, which is also very scenic. We found the cottage to have a real, quaint lake front cottage feeling. It is cozy with lots of windows and light. We also liked the fact that the bedrooms were very large for a cottage, unlike many cottages we had seen. There are no big drop offs at the water, so our children and our grandchildren can enjoy playing in the water without fear. It was the nicest of all the cottages we looked at, and our family loves it.
