The space is a brand new completely renovated king bedroom with eat in kitchen and completely remodeled bathroom. Beautiful peaceful deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Small creek on the property along with groomed walking trails. 1 mile from your first winery, many restaurants and about 10 miles from the heart of Watkins glen. Peaceful and private. 1 mile from finger lakes national forest. Perfect for hiking and bird watching. Kayaking and boating within 10 miles.

The space
First floor of a completely renovated barn. King master suite with eat in kitchen, private bath and deck off the back. Use of your own gas grill, fire pit and table and chairs.

We just stayed for a quick 4 day/3 night getaway. Place was perfect.Clean and comfortable. Exactly as listed. My husband and I both say the bed was the most comfortable of all the places we have ever stayed including very pricey hotels. House was very close to our friends winery so that made it even better. We will be staying here again for sure.

Clean and close to many attractions. You can hear people staying upstairs if that is an issue for someone. We would stay here again.

Outlets didn't work, frig wasn't cold when we got there. My husband checked it out GFCI outlets needed reset. Driveway to property full of potholes. We had bottom unit. You could hear every footstep and noise from upper unit. Bottom level has a laundry room for owner. Heard this noise. Location was good, unit looked nice but had issues.

November stay

Enjoyed our weekend. Nice little room. It had snowed so we did not enjoy any outside amenities but the room was warm and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect for two people.

Cute and cozy spot

We took a weekend trip up to the finger lakes and this was the perfect spot! It was right in the middle of everything we were looking for. Tamara was great and super helpful. The place was super clean and cozy and just the right size for a couples getaway! We had a great time! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Hidden Gem

This property is a hidden gem! We weren’t sure that we were in the right place initially as there weren’t any signs directing us where to go on the property, which has multiple buildings. Once we realized that we were indeed in the right spot, we had a wonderful stay. The property was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s close to the wineries and all that the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Getaway!

A weekend away! Great location to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and the lakes. Nice and quiet property. Comfy bed. Only area of improvement would be their AC unit. A mini split may have worked better to keep the unit cooler. I would also say the property needs to be sprayed for insects. We saw a few large spiders during our stay. Overall great weekend away. Tammy was so hospitable and easy to work with!

Love this place!

We've come here 3 years in a row for our annual wine trip. It's a lovely, quiet apartment close to many of our favorite wineries on Seneca Lake.

Quiet getaway

This place is perfect for a quiet getaway in the finger lakes area. Convenient to all the wineries and lake activities as well as the finger lakes trail and hiking. The host is very responsive and the place was super cute. We would stay here again.

This is a quaint little hideaway not far from Seneca Lake, wineries, Watkins Glen, hiking, and waterfalls. We were visiting the area for Cornell graduation and our anniversary. It’s about 30 minutes to Ithaca, and about 15 minutes to Watkins Glen. The property is very secluded. We weren’t sure we were at the right place at first! Even though there is also an upstairs apartment, it felt very private. We enjoyed coffee on the covered back deck and walked on the mowed trails through the property. So many lovely birds were singing and wildflowers were blooming. A great escape from busy work life!

Perfect location for my nephew’s wedding. Comfortable king size bed and nice hot shower. Keurig ready to go with creamer. Missing hair dryer but quickly remedied. Thx!
