LAGO MICHIGAN 213 PIES DE FRENTE AL MAR: NUEVA RENOVACIÓN 2017

¡NUEVA RENOVACIÓN COMPLETA 2017! La casa tiene 213 PIES DE LA FRONTERA DE AGUA DEL LAGO MICHIGAN en la desembocadura de la Bahía Grand Traverse. El nuevo techo abovedado Great Room es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de toda la belleza de la naturaleza con una vista de 180 grados de la bahía. Puestas de sol todas las noches del año! La casa tiene vistas a la península de Leelanau y las islas Fox. Por la noche, puedes ver la casa de la luz en el Parque Estatal Leelanau parpadeando en la distancia. La chimenea de piedra Petoskey es un toque de encanto "Up North" para que lo examines en caso de que no encuentres ninguno en nuestro tramo de playa.

La nueva cocina tiene estufa de gas, refrigerador de profundidad de mostrador, mezclador Kitchen Aid, encimeras de cuarzo y mucho espacio para preparar alimentos. Tiene un área de taburete de cuatro plazas y domina el comedor y la Gran Sala.

Las habitaciones tienen sábanas, edredones y armarios nuevos. Cada habitación tiene una vista del lago para que pueda despertarse y su mente pueda comenzar a vagar afuera.

La casa está ubicada en el pintoresco pueblo de Norwood, a solo 8 millas al sur de Charlevoix y 45 minutos al norte de Traverse City. ¡Puedes llegar a la isla Mackinac, una gran cantidad de campos de golf, puestos de frutas, bodegas, dunas del oso dormido, Castle Farms en una hora en coche!

¡Solo un tramo de escaleras y estás en la playa! Nuestra playa de 213 pies tiene principalmente arena y algunas rocas y es muy privada. El agua es de cristal azul y la naturaleza está en su mejor momento. La casa está ubicada en una calle sin salida aislada que ofrece algunas de las mejores vistas para caminatas casuales y observación de vida silvestre. ¡A diario se ven águilas calvas, bribones, cisnes y halcones! Hay un parque del condado a media milla al norte que se conecta con el Parque Estatal Fisherman's Island. Hay un lote arbolado (que también poseemos) al norte de la casa que se suma a su privacidad y protege a sus vecinos. Si es un navegante, puede dejarse caer en su bote en varios sitios de lanzamiento en el lago Charlevoix, el lago Torch o 1/4 de milla por el camino en el parque Norwood (para navegar en el lago Michigan).

La casa tiene cuatro habitaciones queen, altillo con dos camas individuales y sótano terminado también con dos camas individuales. Hay un baño principal de gran tamaño en el piso principal y también un baño grande nuevo en el sótano.

Hay una mesa de picnic de pino macizo y un juego de terraza, 4 sillas antigravedad, parrilla de carbón para exteriores y una mesa de futbolín en la sala de recreación del sótano. También Cornhole y Ladderball para juegos externos.

DUCHA DE AGUA CALIENTE AL AIRE LIBRE en la playa hace que el enjuague de la playa (o tomar una ducha por la mañana!) Muy conveniente y único! Numerosos inquilinos (y nosotros mismos) se han duchado y visto a las águilas calvas locales volando para su comida de la mañana. ¡Una experiencia pacífica e increíble!

Hay muchas cosas que hacer cerca: ir de compras, pasear en bote, muchos excelentes campos de golf, o simplemente relajarse en la hamaca y escuchar el agua en la orilla. Ven y disfruta del norte de Michigan en su máxima expresión.

Family Vacation

This was exactly what we were looking for: lovely, updated home; surrounded by trees; sitting on the lake with a lovely beach; and on a quiet, secluded street. Owner was helpful and responsive to any queries. But mostly, our family (two adults and three teenagers) had a relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful stay! Lovely home

We enjoyed a long weekend stay at the home which was perfect in size and space for our family of 9, comfThe sunsets all nights we were there were amazing. The beach is lovely, though rocky in the water. Bring water shoes if you want to swim It was private, relaxing and the kitchen was well appointed. (The dishwasher was broken so that made for a lot of dishwashing as we ate our meals at home. She apologized, but I specifically rented a place with a dishwasher Couple irritating things. Detached garage was full of trash from previous guests. No beach towels at the beach house. Luckily, we brought some. TV was old and tiny. Not what one would expect for such a lovely and expensive rental.

Beautiful house with a great view

The house if beautiful, close to the beach with direct access, well stocked with things like towels for showers, blankets on the beds, pillows. There were plenty of fans for the rooms since there is no air conditioning, we brought extra our own as well. The only down side was the fruit flies.

Lake Michigan cottage

Great location on a dead end road. Only saw the neighbors a few times. Interior was spacious with a kitchen table for 10. Loved sitting in the backyard reading and looking at Lake Michigan. Great rock collecting beach.

July 4th Family get away

We had an incredible time together as a family at this vacation home on Lake Michigan. Everything was great and all of us were able to just relax and enjoy the beach / views. The home and property were exactly as they were shown in the images.

Beautiful view

It is a beautiful house and the view. We really enjoyed staying there good location. Was pretty windy when we was there so didn’t get to enjoy sitting out by the lake. We went up there for my niece wedding at castle farm. But if we get a chance to go up there again, we would rent the house again. Can’t say enough about the view.

House and Lake Views are Breathtaking... The house is very well kept and CLEAN. The location is super quiet and great for relaxing. Our stay was 100% stress-free. We would love to return to this awesome home away from home on beautiful Lake Michigan.

Magical week!

We had the perfect family reunion (8 adults, 2 children) at this beautiful house. Work-horse of a kitchen, a living room with those amazing sunset views (!!!), comfy bedrooms, fun backyard, and the private beach! Truly can’t say enough. And Carrie is a perfect host — warm, responsive, just great. We would come back here in a heartbeat. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great stay

We booked this house as a last minute family vacation. Carrie, the owner, could not have been more helpful with suggestions and advice. She was always quick to respond to any of my emails and texts. The property was perfect for our small family of 4. Two boys, 5 and 3. We spent every morning and evening on the beach. The beach toys in the shed were perfect. We searched for Petosky stokes, make rock castles and watched the sunsets. The house is located in a darling little neighborhood, 15 mins to downtown Charlevoix, and 50 mins to Traverse City. We took advantage of the location and went on daily Michigan adventures. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I was worried about no air conditioning but the basement stayed cool so we slept down there. Had we slept upstairs we would have had to use the fans. Overall, I recommend this property to all ages. It’s like a secret slice of heaven.

Peaceful week away with amazing sunsets!

The location was perfect for our needs, quiet enough to be peaceful but close enough to easily explore the town and other activities. Property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Tons of nearby places to explore and enjoy. The sunsets over the lake were amazing!

Beautiful Views

We had a lovely stay at the house. The views are incredible - waves and sunsets. We spent lots of time looking for Petoskey stones and admiring the unusual rocks on the beach. There were plenty of rooms for our family gathering and lots of room in the common areas for us all to relax, play games and eat together. The street was fairly quiet and we were able to walk and bike to explore the area. But Charlevoix is so close for dining and shopping needs. We hope to stay here again.

Amazing location - Best Petoskey stone beach ever!

The highlight of this property is the view from the very comfortable living room (big table that fits everyone, nice couches and chairs, huge windows looking at Lake Michigan) and the yard and beach! We walked on the beach every morning, evening and a couple of times in between most days on successful hunts for cool rocks, especially Petoskey stones, which we found every time.

Exceeded our expectations!

My friends and I are so grateful to have found this home to stay at for a girls weekend away. The location was perfect for us, and we loved that the house was right on the water. The house was very clean and had so much space for all of us. The property manager was very helpful with the process and very friendly and quick to respond to any and all questions. I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a beautiful place to stay!

Such a cute and comfortable lake cottage!

Beautiful decor with large windows facing Lake Michigan, plenty of room for all 8 of us, peace and quiet. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property and area!

Beautiful stay for our 40th Wedding Anniversary! We had a problem with the hot water heater not working and Carrie (the owner) responded quickly, even on a Sunday! Overall, great experience!

We LOVE to spend time relaxing on the 'big lake' with family and friends. We have extensive family in the area and know it is the spot we want to be in when we retire. Nothing beats a sunset over Lake Michigan with your loved ones sitting beside you!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have a gorgeous view of the lake including a wooded lot so you won't encounter many neighbors. We have made our home unique and comfortable by having a grill, solid pine patio furniture, outdoor beach shower, wifi, finished basement, and a large renovated bathrooms for our guests. The close proximity to town is nice but also great to be away from it too.
