4 pisos aptos. eso es perfecto para alojar grandes grupos. Puede acomodar hasta 24 personas y tiene 13 arreglos para dormir separados. Nuestro apto. está en el corazón del casco antiguo y muy cerca de todos los bares, clubes de comedia, restaurantes y a un corto paseo de la ciudad. Tenemos un garaje para dos autos, por lo que no es necesario pagar los altos precios de estacionamiento que cobra el centro de Chicago.

EL ESPACIO
Este es un gran lugar para alojarse en grandes grupos, como despedidas de soltero / soltera, reuniones familiares / escolares, o simplemente un gran grupo de amigos a quienes les gustaría quedarse en el mismo lugar, ¡mientras están tan cerca del centro de Chicago!

Great stay

Nice property with plenty of room and outside space. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but within a short walking distance of food and entertainment. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating.

Week long Chicago vacay

Property management was very quick to answer any questions. Stocked well with toilet paper, kitchen utensils, pans, shampoo, etc. Loved the rooftop deck! Short walk to the train and Old Town. Short drive to major attractions. Lots of steps in this unique authentic Chicago home. We had a great time!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here in Chicago. It is a great location. As stated it has 4 stories, so be prepared to climb stairs. The bedrooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor. I can't wait to come back in warmer weather to use the rooftops. The 2 car garage was very convenient. There is only one tv in the living room on the second floor, and you do have to use your phone to cast to the tv. Overall, I was very pleased.

Location was great. Property was not well maintained.

The location was great and the number of beds fit our needs. However, this rental needs a good cleaning. The lights on the first floor were all burned out, the dishwasher was broken and there were only two dish towels in the kitchen. The powder room on the first floor didn’t have any towels and the coffee maker was a four cup, not the one pictured on VRBO. For the amount we paid for the unit, it was a disappointment. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the entire unit, it needs a major cleaning.

Hi Laura, thank you for bringing this to our attention as we have moved to a new cleaning team since this booking. As for price, this is a home that has 10 separate beds and sleeps 14 on Halloween weekend which for your reservation came to $50 a person! We are sorry this was the experience that you had. As for the first floor the 3 lights, you mention you have to flip the light switch by the garage not the front door, if we knew this was an issue we could of said something! Thank you.

Good with basic needs but the house needs repair

The house overall is similar as described as listing and my guests and I were able to enjoy our weekend; however there were several things broke in the house was e discovered upon arrival. This includes hand rail going up the stairs (really dangerous), a vent fell from the ceiling, the dishwasher tag was peeling off and could dangerous for smaller children. The property manager also forgot to send the door code. For there to have been so many guidelines prior and the cost, I expected a better experience. The location and two car garage were great features and super convenient for our stay!

Severely disappointed with the review, maintenance came right out to fix the stairway rail which was a very slight wiggle if you put all of your body weight on it. The door code was sent, as it is on an automated timer to send prior to check in time. We like to change the codes between guests so the new code is not automated until the proper time of arrival.

Christmas trip visit family

We had a group who stayed at the premises in Christmas Day And were extremely dissatisfied with the complete disrepair of the property. This caused aggravation for all guests and I contacted the management company to discuss this. To get this cleaned or get us another location. We were told there was not another location available as we were dissatisfied with the look of this place and asked them to get someone to clean this filthy mess. We were told someone would clean the next day and they would keep us posted as soon as the schedule was completed for the cleaning team. We never heard from thrm again We also rented this property because it had a two-car garage, and we were not informed that one of the doors was inoperable until after we contacted your offices to find out how to fix this. No one came out to do anything to make our stay pleasant. We couldn't open the blinds because upon trying one set, three of the vertical levers fell down; the ice dispenser was inoperable; the upstairs guest bathroom shower doors were virtually impossible to slide open. In the master bedroom, it was extremely unpleasant and dangerous for us to sleep beneath a window that has mold; therefore, we were forced to sleep on the opposite end of the bed. Dust and debris under master bedroom floor as well. Just disgusting Additionally, some of the guest beds did not have flat sheets, and I am sure the comforters had not been washed in some time There was urine steaks down the front of one of the toilets. The shower had mildew and shower door was coming apart. So many gross things it makes me wanna vomit. To say this place was nothing like the pictures is a massive under statement. I was extremely unhappy with this place. I had tried to contact the management company after I left to discuss further and no one has given an effort to chat with us about this situation ALERT TO ALL: THIS PLACE NEEDS A MASSIVE UPDATE TO BE ABLE TO RENT TO SOMEONE AGAIN. I believe mild abatement needs to take place in this home too.

RENTER'S BEWARE!!!!!

THIS UNIT IS GOD AWFUL VERY FILTHY LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES YOU GUYS SHOULDN'T RENT THIS UNIT TO ANYONE ELSE UNTIL YOU CLEAN IT UP AND MAKE DRASTIC CHANGES TO THE ENTIRE UNIT I AM APPALLED THAT I EVEN HAD TO STAY IN THIS PLACE FOR 3DAYS I WANTED TO LEAVE THE MOMENT I WALKED IN.

This property is great for large groups visiting the city of Chicago. We are two blocks off Wells St. (Downtown of Old Town) which has so many great restaurants and nightlife.

We can accomodate a total of 24 people. The first 12 people are included in the price, after guest #12 we do charge $20 a day per guest over 12. We have outdoor cameras, if you bring more people than what is booked for you may be evicted with zero refund. We can not have parties or smoking in the unit and do charge hefty fines if these rules are broken.
