Nice place

Nice place. Tried to make some food but the kitchen didn't have a ton of pans to choose from. Location was in a great neighborhood and perfect for our lacrosse tournament.

Great House and Location

We loved this rental....it was perfect for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog!! It was clean, close to the walking path/pond, quiet yet close to everything! The only issue we dealt with was a few ants! Otherwise great weekend escape!

Susan’s and Billy’s 2024 Vacation

Spacious area for family meals and game night get together. Pool is a short distance from the house. We drove up to the beach and finding parking was not difficult. Great neighborhood to take that morning walk or to watch sunsets on the bay side of the community. The area is quiet. You can watch the Sunday North Park evening fireworks from the front porch. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Great washer and dryer. We slept eight plus the dog comfortably. Very nice place for a vacation. Thanks

Location, cleanliness were ok. Clogging toilets and broken utensil drawer was not. We had to unclog the toilet 4 times. I informed the managers, and asked if there will be any compensation for us, since we let them know - radio silence.

Beautiful property with lots of space and amenities; however, cleanliness was lacking. Floors were sticky, living room carpet reeked of pet urine, couch full of dog hair, several dog toys found under furniture, and stains on master bedroom carpet (likely urine). If this issue is addressed, I’d highly recommend.

Spacious Home with Great Common Areas, Needs Some TLc

We stayed at this house for the Air Show weekend in Ocean City, Maryland, and had a pleasant stay overall. The house was spacious, providing plenty of room for our family, and we especially loved the high ceilings and open floor plan in the common area, which included the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The quiet and well-kept neighborhood added to our relaxation, and all the resort amenities were just a short walk away, making it very convenient. However, we did have to take a few points off due to some maintenance issues. The lamp in the master bedroom was broken, the first faucet in the master bathroom didn’t work, the towel rack in the hallway bathroom was loose, and unfortunately, none of the mattresses were very comfortable. With a little attention to these details, this house could easily be a top-notch vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay and the quiet neighborhood is wonderful and great for walks. The house is very nice and large enough for six visitors. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and we can recommend this house. Here’s what we think is needed to rate the house higher. More dinnerware. There are only 5 spoons. A thorough check of all facilities. The hot water faucet in the master bedroom sink would not turn off, the drawer in the kitchen Island was broken and a handle on the dresser was coming off. The carpet also needs a good cleaning to remove a few stains. We also found a lot of hair on our sheets so we promptly put those in the washer upon our arrival.

Sandyhill beach house

The Sandyhill house was good overall. We were slightly disappointed with the condition of the carpets although we are grateful this is a pet friendly rental. There are many stains on the bedroom carpets and the house had the smell of urine upon arrival. The kitchen was not adequately equipped with cookware for 6 people. The pans and cookie sheets had food residue from previous renters. Location was good but not walkable to beach with chairs, coolers, etc. I would recommend bringing bikes or parking a car by the beach with your beach items- just to make life easier. North side park was not a quick walk although the pictures made it seem very close. The location was peaceful with a nearby pond and walking trail.

Great location, just a few tweaks.

The property is in a great location. A nice, quiet neighborhood with good curb appeal. The house itself is older, but has been remodeled. Definitely could use a coat of paint. The openness and high ceilings was our selling point - good sunshine and airflow is key with rentals that may stay closed up for extended periods of time. The furniture definitely has a used look and feel, but overall it was generally clean. The only real concern that needs to be addressed is the main air vent and all the ceiling fans are covered in caked on dust. Makes you wonder if the air filters have been changed at all - so that is quite a concern for air quality. The house does have a mild musty smell and it may have been quite some time since the last cleaning crew was in - during non-peak time. Would have liked to have that "clean" smell more when we walked in. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were generally clean. The utensils and other items in the kitchen are quite old and there was coffee grounds all over the utensil drawer. We didn't cook while there, but the frig is large and very clean. One of the chairs on the front porch is broken - seat fabric is ripped. Otherwise a very nice front porch with a gate that is great for pets. Despite the few things I've mentioned, we really did enjoy the house and are excited to return several more times this summer.

Lacking essential amenities

We arrived and the house had been professionally cleaned. The house was nicely decorated, however; there were significant stains on the carpets and the carpets were very dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all which made getting a good night sleep difficult. There was one pot to cook with which made cooking dinner difficult. Overall, this house was lacking essential amenities. Considering that we spent much more to stay at this house, we did not feel it met basic expectations that you would find in a vacation house rental. Also, the dishwasher broke and was not repaired during our stay even after it was reported to Vacasa. Very disappointed in our experience with this house.

We loved having three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, and open concept kitchen/family room. Was such a nice quiet cozy place to go to after a day at the beach or softball games. The family room furniture needs to be possibly updated. The Vacasa management company was awesome.

Family Vacation

We had great time! The house was clean and just the right size for 7 of us plus our dog. Perfect neighborhood nice and quiet! We did a lot of walking in the morning and watched the sunset by the pier at night. We had a wonderful time and will book again for next year! The only thing we wished wasn’t locked was the grill that would have been nice to use. Other than that it was great!
