This is such a clean cool quiet place to come back to. It’s a lovely house, a great location in a very quiet family neighborhood. Host is great with communication. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect long weekend

The property was perfect for our vacation with our friends. It was a short walk to the beach and not far from all the fun attractions of OCMD. We really appreciated how responsive the property owners were and the board games and small house supplies that were provided were a nice touch as well (dishwasher packs, laundry pods, soaps, etc). Overall would absolutely recommend.

Fabulous place to stay! Quite neighborhood but not too far away from all attractions. Very comfortable surroundings with beautiful beach decor, outside fire pit. Lovely place to stay for a quick getaway or long family vacation. Will do it again! Thank you Erica for sharing your beautiful home!

GREAT spot, loved it!

Wonderful house. Super clean, obviously recently renovated. Great location. Was perfect for our needs. Only recommendation, was thought it was a little weird their cleaning company wouldn't put sheets on the beds, so we had to do it ourselves. It was no problem, I had just never seen that before!

Ocean City Reunion

Very nice cozy spacious 3 bedroom home . Family reunion was in Ocean City this year. Me my two brothers with there wives stayed here. The house smells freash everything was clean and neat. After the reunion and a night on the town went back to the house and cooked up a storm. Thus is definitely a gem Thanx for having us 30th Street

Amazing Place to Vacation

My friends and I (group of six) stayed here for a summer vacation. Throughout the process, the host was very communicative and gave clear instructions about the details of the property. Everything about the house was in exceptional condition when we got there including everything from fresh linens to a list of things to do in the area. The property itself is in a great location and is within a few minutes of walking from the beach, as well as other points of interest (restaurants, mini golf, etc.). I think we would definitely consider renting this property again in the future!

Fabulous place

Erica is absolutely wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The place is absolutely immaculate. The decor is bright and welcoming. Everything is modernized and clean. The location is a nice quiet neighborhood. Great for biking around and at a more quiet area of town. The beach is nice in the area and not as crowded as other parts. We went during the week and had no problem finding parking, but you really could walk to the beach as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again

If you were looking for a family-oriented and clean place . Look no further, this is the place to be

I must say, not only was this house super clean and cute! The location was awesome. As stated the beach was within minutes of property, shopping was within minutes and if you wanted to enjoy Ocean City boardwalk it was 20 minutes one way if you wanted to enjoy Rehoboth boardwalk it was approximately 20 to 30 minutes the other way.. Very quaint and quiet neighborhood for a family vacation. My family and I would highly recommend this vacation property. And to top it off the host Erica was super nice by leaving us detailed information on whereabouts of surrounding emergency care facilities, dining and fun activities, etc. If I had a question she emailed me back promptly as she could. BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK!! Thanks again!

Good Experience

This was a great location. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Everybody that walked by or drove by spoke. It was great! The owner was very nice. 🙂. I would definitely stay again

I grew up vacationing in Ocean City and it was always a dream of mine to own a place at the beach that I could share with my friends, family, and others in the community. I have created a space that is welcoming, clean, and enjoyable for all my guests. I branded the house Tunnel Vision because I want to provide my guests with a chance to come on vacation and enjoy a space that allows a Tunnel Vision on vacation, leaving the stress of work and life at home during your stay.

This recently renovated house has everything you want! Top of the line luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint with great updates that you will enjoy!

The kitchen offers updated white cabinetry and brand-new quartz counters with stainless steel appliances.

In the living room you will be able to kick back and relax on large, comfortable brand-new section sofa.

A bonus room that offers a sleek fireplace. A large sofa with a queen pull out is on order.

The primary bathroom has a fresh updated look with a tub shower.

Each spare bedroom has a brand-new queen bed that will make sleeping a dream! Each bedroom has a large closet and a rustic 5 drawer dresser that will be perfect for storing your belongings.

The master bedroom has a brand-new large king bed that makes sleeping enjoyable after a long day in the sun. Two large rustic dressers and a closet for storing all your belongings.

The master bathroom has a fresh updated look with a nice size stall shower.

Outside you will enjoy a 20x15 deck. A large yard with plenty of space for the kids to play or any other fun outdoor game. You will find a brand-new fire pit located central in the yard (wood not provided). There are two off street parking spaces, with additional street parking available.
