Entrada privada a nuestra suite de sótano con luz natural. 2 habitaciones, un baño. Cocina llena. Den con una gran pantalla plana t. v, Dirctv, WiFi gratis y chimenea eléctrica. Sala de ejercicios con cinta comercial y pesas ajustables. Lavadora y secadora.
Piscina climatizada disponible en temporada. A minutos de las universidades I-81, VIrginia Tech y Radford. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca también.

Beautiful Stay!

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Virginia Tech! Extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great places to relax both inside and out. The pool was beautiful and just as advertised. We hope to return for a future visit!

First time we booked this fully furnished basement rental and overall we loved our 2-night stay. Great location. Though its winter and we couldn’t enjoy the pool and other outdoor amenities, we plan to book again sometime in Summer.

Wonderful property

We were very comfortable here; very spacious with everything we needed. The owner paid a lot of attention to detail, providing all of those "little" things that make a true difference in your stay. The home was very clean. We hope to stay again soon.

Great place for VT graduation!

This was a great place to stay near VT! It is very open and spacious. The hosts were great and very responsive. Busy graduation weekend, but having this house was perfect for a get together and to have a place to relax. The view and pool were wonderful. We hope to return!

Perfect for VT Game

We had a great quick stay here for a Virginia Tech game. The property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and living space. We would love to come back and stay when it's warmer so we could take advantage of the inviting outdoor space and pool. Definitely recommend!

Cozy place to stay!

Very nice basement area for my family of four. Place was clean and tidy with plenty of towels and nice kitchen. Check in was very easy. Communications with the host great. Only took 15 minutes to get to downtown Blacksburg. Would stay again!

Virginia Tech Visit

The property was clean, modern, and easily accessible. It provided easy access to visit Virginia Tech, but still allowed for a nice stay in a home like environment. Also, the location is located on a hill, so when we woke up in the morning, the view of the sunrise was a great way to start the day.

This property was cozy and comfortable. The owner thought of everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Location is close to town and all types of food delivery is available. This will be my go to rental when I spend extended time in Christiansburg!
