Newly-renovated apartment for short-term rental 1100 sf fully furnished 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has queen, Bedroom 2 has queen + 3 twin beds. There are two living areas, a kitchenette with washer/dryer, two Roku TV's, good cell service, fast internet and hot tub. On street parking and private entrance. Non-smoking and no pets. Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am. Minimum two-night stay and NOT AVAILABLE FOR VT FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, OR GRADUATIONS. THE WHOLE HOUSE CAN BE RENTED (here).

VT move out for the summer

I wish that there were more stars to add for 'Communication with the Property Manager'. Very Responsive!!I had to work from the location and the layout was spacious and appointed perfectly to do that and allow others in the party to be comfortable in the space.I look forward to staying there next time.

Great stay in Blacksburg

I would definitely recommend this attached apartment in Blacksburg. It's walking distance to town, very clean and organized. Beds comfortable and sheets provided. Owners were wonderful and thought of everything. When we arrived, there was cold, bottled water in fridge. Along with half and half. No oven but microwave and toaster over. Will definitely be back.

Blacksburg Stay was Awesome!

The property was convenient to our events on Virginia Tech campus. We were able to walk to main street and enjoy shopping and great restaurants. Apartment was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. All the details were well thought out. Owner was a great communicator. I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Blacksburg!

Such wonderful hosts

We visited my son at school and even had a picnic in the yard when the weather warmed. Jonathan and Robin were gracious hosts and helped to make our stay memorable.

Wonderful stay close to downtown

Wonderful two bedroom apartment off the main house. Extraordinary clean, very well stocked kitchen. Living room and den with modern television. Well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Main Street. Easy parking. Excellent communication with host. Cannot recommend enough!

Great place to stay!

This was a great, clean and comfortable place to stay. Great place for a family. Lots of room to hang out & play games and the hot tub was a great bonus. It is conveniently located close to downtown Blacksburg & Virginia Tech campus. Would absolutely recommend to stay here & we will be staying again sometime!

Great location and Kind Host!

We lucked into this place and the communication with the host was great! We have toddlers and Jonathan toddler proofed the bunk bed room for us. Even provided children’s books, stuffed animals and toys. The place itself is spacious, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The hot tub is great and the communication with Jonathan was great! If you have the opportunity to stay here, you will not be disappointed. Very close to VT, we were able to walk to Main st with ease. Thank you for hosting us, Jonathan! We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit the area!

The experience we had was fantastic. The host was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Made sure we were able to get hold of him if there was any problems (which there wasn't), If I come back to Blacksburg, I will certainly stay here again. Ultimately, a great experience!!!

Blacksburg family reunion

The apartment was very clean & had all the amenities one could imagine. My daughter & her gang got 1 room to themselves which left me the other side of apartment to myself. Directions left around, were very helpful. Never had time to enjoy the hot tub but it looked great. Downtown Blacksburg was within walking distance. Would recommend for a family. Will use again in the future
