Cuando haga su reserva, donaré el diez por ciento de su tarifa de alquiler (excluyendo impuestos y tarifas) al Santuario Marino Nacional de las Ballenas Jorobadas de las Islas Hawaianas. Queremos ayudar a salvar la vida marina alrededor de las islas hawaianas. El condominio es un hermoso condominio de un dormitorio, un baño, a pasos de una playa popular. Diseñador de la pintura y la decoración con una cómoda isla seleccionada, sensación de playa. Laminado de pisos de madera de haya y baldosas en toda la unidad. Situado en la planta baja, en el edificio D, con una gran terraza y zona de césped perfecto para descansar o comer. La propiedad cuenta con dos piscinas, barbacoas y canchas de tenis; todo disponible sin costo adicional. El condominio se mantiene fresco durante los veranos con un potente acondicionador de aire en la sala de estar y ventiladores de techo tanto en la sala como en el dormitorio. Nuestro encantador condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente remodelada, área de comedor, lavadora / secadora más nueva, una sala de estar con muebles nuevos y una nueva cama tamaño king en el dormitorio y un nuevo sofá cama tamaño queen de foarm en la sala de estar.

No es necesario coche; se puede caminar a dos de las más bellas playas en el sur de Maui: playas Kam Kam II y III. Gran ubicación para el descanso, días de campo, surf, buceo, marismas, la observación de ballenas en temporada, y ver puestas de sol.

También puede caminar a muchos restaurantes que tienen vistas al mar. Al lado del complejo es de Fred, uno de los restaurantes mexicanos más populares de la isla. También hay, Moose McGullicuddy's, y Cafe O'lei en las tiendas cercanas. La compra está también a poca distancia.

Fantastic property

Check-in was a breeze. Access to the unit was easy peasy. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen accessories, to every beach item imaginable. The only thing we needed to provide was snorkeling gear. The property owners were a dream to work with, very responsive to a couple issues that we encountered. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location

Everything from checkin, location, amenities, and checkout were fantastic. Property was very clean and offered plenty of amenities that I don’t think I can go back to starting at hotels/resorts while staying in Hawaii. In room laundry, kitchen, and beach gear (chairs, cart, sand toys) were very helpful and welcomed.

Can't beat the location

Wonderful unit on a great property. Right across from Kam ll beach, and next to shopping and restaurants. Unit was steps from the upper pool, which made it very convenient. Beautifully decorated and felt like home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It was an excellent place to rest and relax. The condo was clean and in great condition. The grounds and pools were well taken care of. It was easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants and to shopping areas.

Great location!

Location was excellent with only a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Ground level location made the pool easily accessible and quick for the kids. Another great stay.

This was our second time staying in this wonderful condo. This trip was even better than the last. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything we could need, although most of our time was spent on the beach. The owner responded to my emails very promptly regarding questions or concerns. We had a great trip and will most certainly return.

It felt like home

This unit is smack in the middle of everything great in Kihei! It's comfortable, clean, fully equipped, nothing missing! I love it and will be renting here every time I'm back, which is every 3-4 months. Terri is our new best friend!!

Gary and I love Hawaii. We return there every year to relax. Before we do relax, we always shop for new linens, kitchen supplies, and decor. Gary is retired from teaching at a public school, but still supervises student teachers. I am retired from teaching health and life science at the public schools. I now spend my days helping to watch my grandsons, traveling, cooking, or reading in our garden. We call Southern California our home, for now. We have four, rescue dogs and a bird. Yes, we love animals and miss them all terribly when we are in Hawaii. We have traveled extensively through out the world, but nothing beats Hawaii for beauty and relaxation. Please come, and enjoy Hawaii. We will help you plan your trip and make sure you enjoy every minute.

Kihei Akahi is across from one of the best beaches in Hawaii, and definitely on Maui. Here, you can relax, enjoy the tide pools, watch the whales play from the shore, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and walk in the sand to your hearts content. Our condo makes for easy access to the pool, the beach, to restaurants, and to evening walks. What more could we ask for!

Our home in Hawaii is quiet and peaceful. Close enough to the ocean to walk to every evening to watch the sunset. We enjoy the safety of the island, too. The people are friendly and there are plenty of dogs on the beach to watch play and romp in the water. We love to go in the winter to watch the whales. Sitting on the beach, or driving the coast, we can see whales breach, show off their flukes, or spy hop without going out on a boat. Snorkeling and scuba are easy to do from shore, so the price doesn't get expensive for these activities. Maui is joy to us, and one day we hope to make it a year round home. Come and enjoy!
