¡Ski-in, Walk to Town y Gondola! Perfecta ubicación!

Nuestro condominio es de 1076 pies cuadrados y cuenta con dos habitaciones, dos baños completos, sala de estar grande, comedor y cocina completa. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y la unidad está equipada con lo esencial para una estancia relajante. La unidad cuenta con 1 cama queen en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y 1 cama queen-pull-out en la sala de estar.

¡Nuestros huéspedes han comentado con frecuencia sobre la excelente ubicación! Este es un fabuloso complejo de condominios para esquiar y se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro histórico y la góndola de la estación de esquí. El centro de Breckenridge es un excelente lugar para ir de compras y comer.

Las comodidades de la unidad de condominio incluyen WiFi gratis, gran colección de DVD, juegos de mesa, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina, cocina completa con utensilios y mucho más.

Serene and clean

This condo had everything we needed for our summertime stay. It is spacious, and the layout of the bedrooms, kitchen and dining rooms had a nice flow. The art on the walls was lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots/pans and there were plenty of extra towels, laundry soap, card and board games and even flashlights to borrow. These are things I appreciate being there but not having to bring when packing for vacation. I'd suggest bringing DVDs if you want to watch movies not on cable -- there is a player there but no DVDs. Some of the local cable channels had spotty coverage but we worked with that. The pool and hot tubs are just steps away, and you are also within walking distance or a short drive to the gondola, grocery store and downtown. For those interested, the condo was fairly easy to navigate for a person using a walker as well. There are four steps up from the parking garage to the elevator so my family member could walk up the stairs and then use the walker the rest of the way. And the layout was conducive for someone with low mobility. We really enjoyed the condo!

Perfect place for us!

This was as close to a ski in/ski out property without the sky high price of resort! We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. Layout gave everyone room to space out. Full kitchen was a plus for cooking after a long day on the slopes. 1/4 mile walk to gondola in the morning and less than that taking "4oclock trail to town" back home. Condo was very clean. Only con would be the beds and pillows. A few mattress toppers and new pillows would go along way. Otherwise 5 star stay!

Location! Location!

The location of this unit was just perfect. Easy to walk to gondola and to downtown. Enjoyed having access to slopes and shopping so close.

Breckenridge stay Summer ‘19

Property had not been cleaned @ our check-in. Property owner was very responsive to get resolved. He commented this had never happened in 9 years of ownership. We were very impressed & appreciative of how it got resolved.

Great Location, Lovely Condo

We had a fantastic stay at Nick’s property. Nick was quick to respond to any queries we had prior to our visit. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The location was excellent, near the gondola, bus stop and town centre. If we return we would definitely stay at “Breckaway”.

Very nice and comfortable space with a good location, near the Breckenridge Gondola.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying at Nick’s condo. We skied Breckenridge and Keystone during our stay. At night it was an easy walk to nice restaurants. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place in town.

Amazing and perfect for this outdoor adventure family

This was our 8th or 9th visit to Breck, the first with our 2 children, ages 9 and 12. The condo exceeded our expectations! It’s literally in the perfect location. While we have stayed many times near Peak 9, this location by the gondola (access to Peak 7 and 8) with the ski in on the 4 o’Clock run was perfect. If you want to go right to Peak 9, the bus right by building comes every 15 minutes. And downtown, our favorite, is not even 2 blocks away! It’s perfect. The size and layout of the condo was amazing. Kids had their own bathroom and bedroom, master was huge, kitchen was an amazing size....and I didn’t even mention we walked to the grocery store and the bus stop at the gondola to visit Keystone one evening. I could go on and on. If you are in Breck to see and do it all, this is the place! We could live there! Thank you so much Nick and Shannon for sharing. We will be back!

Mmmm. . . When can we come back?

We loved the location as well as Breckenridge itself. The condo was roomy and well appointed. It's definitely set up to make a skier feel at home. It may be a small thing, but I really appreciated the humidifier that was tucked away in the closet. No need to worry about dry mountain air.

Nick, your condo was perfect for our family. Everything was in place, awesome layout and everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to put a TV in the master bedroom. I had to fight with my granddaughter over the remote!!:) Loved the place and will definitely be back

Beautiful property in the perfect location!

We are so sad to be back in Texas. Breckenridge is incredible and this location is THE BEST!!! The condo is nice and clean, easy to get to, beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are right by the room and are very clean (which is always important to me) I would stay here a million times over. We loved it and it really felt like home.

Great location!

The location was great! It was a short walk to everything in town. However, it was awfully noisy in the summer! We needed the windows open to stay cool and it was loud on the streets and in the complex. Overall, it was a great place and had everything we needed!

Loved it - as advertised

This condo was amazing! Everything we (family of 4) could ask for. Plenty of room for our 2 tweens and ourselves.We stayed for 4 days, and loved it! Came equipped with pretty much everything you'd need to get by (silverware, plates, extra blankets, pillows, games, dvd's for downtime, etc). When I had a couple questions, Nick was easily accessible and helpful. Location is perfect - 2 minute walk from downtown/Main street and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola's. If you do have to get groceries - it's about a 5 minute walk from a store or you can drive 10 minutes down to Frisco. The only possible knock is you could hear the person above showering, getting ready in the morning, or coming in at night. Everything else, amazing!

Convenient, updated kitchen & baths, comfortable for family of 4

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Breckenridge! The condo was perfect for our family - very comfortable and large enough so that we could spread out after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the games / puzzles / DVDs in the downtime. The location is convenient; Main Street / downtown is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stops to the slopes are a block away. The kitchen is updated and pleasant to cook in (we cooked for breakfast and a couple of suppers). We really appreciated the covered parking, especially during our last day when it snowed a very large amount. There are racks to hang skiis and jackets in the entrance, and a place for boots. The automatic fireplace was great because it was so low maintenance - it turns on and off with a button and warms up quickly. We would definitely recommend Nick & Shannon's condo, and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Great for Skiing

We enjoyed our stay here. It is close enough to walk to the Gondola and the town. Skiing down at night was convenient. Room was very clean and everything worked. Parking was easy. View was just OK and would like to see some TV's in the bedrooms but those are small things. We plan to book it again next year.

This historic town has a lot to offer, and the location of this condo is prime for you to take advantage of it.

The town center is located on Main St only one block from the condo. Main St is a great place for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife with old town character and the beauty of the Rocky Mountains surrounding you.

The people of Breckenridge are friendly and laid back and the visitors are up for fun and relaxation.

Breckenridge is located at an elevation of 9,600 feet, so if you’re accustomed to low altitudes, be sure to plan some time to get acclimated once you’re here and drink plenty of water.
