¡Simplemente pon el PARAÍSO! Swaying Palms es un NUEVO conjunto de (9) lujosos bungalows románticos de una habitación frente al mar ubicados en la hermosa playa de Long Bay. ¡Cuando sales de tu patio trasero, tus dedos están en la arena! ¡No encontrará un lugar de vacaciones más cerca de las hermosas aguas turquesas de toda la isla! Los nueve bungalows frente a la playa comparten unos generosos 554 pies lineales de playa, lo que lo convierte en el complejo de menor densidad de la isla. Cada uno de los nueve tiene una habitación individual con cama King Size, cocina, sala de estar, patio al aire libre, gran palapa de paja con sofá cama, piscina de borde infinito, ducha al aire libre, fogata, parrilla de barbacoa, sombrilla de playa y tumbonas. También está disponible para nuestros huéspedes un gimnasio completamente equipado con impresionantes vistas del océano.

Swaying Palms se encuentra en la ubicación PERFECTA. Con arena blanca en polvo suave y turquesa cristalina hasta donde puedes ver, nunca querrás irte. Ubicado en el Caicos Bank, no hay olas y puedes caminar, practicar kayak o remo varios cientos de metros y el agua solo llegará hasta tu pecho. Además de la ubicación perfecta, mientras se encuentra en un lugar muy tranquilo y romántico, está a solo 2-3 minutos en coche de Grace Bay y de todos los restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas de regalos, campos de golf, casino y otras actividades. Si prefiere no conducir una caminata de 2 minutos en la playa (o carretera), lo llevará al cercano Shore Club con sus restaurantes y spa.

El servicio completo de conserjería está disponible para nuestros huéspedes. Podemos recomendar y reservar todos sus restaurantes, deportes acuáticos (pesca, buceo, jet ski, snorkel, cruceros en barco, etc.), masajes, chefs y otras actividades. Perfect Spot In Paradise For Couples

The Swaying Palms property has lush tropical foliage and is well maintained. The bungalows have unimpeded ocean views as well as a wonderful level of privacy you can’t get in a resort. The on site property manager, Jen, is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property very much.

Absolute relaxation!

Our bungalow #7 was perfect! Very relaxing stay. Originally we planned to venture out more than we did but this place was so relaxing we did not want to leave! So convenient to relax by the pool, or in our lawn chairs on the beach. Amazing views, I cant wait to reprint my photos on canvas. I especially loved the botanical garden feel of the grounds with tropical flowers, plants, shrubs, coconut trees and palm trees. The greenery provided optimal privacy between the villas. Most importantly, the villa had everything we needed. I forgot bug repellant & Jen the property manager brought us some. Jen was so helpful and friendly, checked on us and made us feel very welcome. The groundskeeper offered us a fresh coconut he cut from the tree it was great! Terry the owner helped us with the lock on the safe in the villa and provided helpful tips about the island and recommended places to go see and eat. Everyone made our stay very memorable. We felt very safe on this property with gated access and the villa had an alarm system. We did venture out to a few restaurants and the grocery store. Grace bay was too busy for us but we did venture out to Taylor Bay beach which was a beautiful pristine beach with calm water and great for families and privacy. Not far from Taylor Bay beach was Saphadilla Bay beach beautiful but too many people. Definitely recommend to rent a car to be able to venture out for food, siteseeing, and beach hopping. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Perfect vacation stay

Our stay was great; the service was outstanding and the staff very attentive to our requests. The pictures honestly don’t do the place justice, the bungalows are much more spacious than they appear. When we had an issue with the people staying next to us, the property manager and owners went above and beyond by moving us into a large villa further up the beach. It really saved the last few days of our holiday. Thanks so much for everything!

Best kept secret. Swaying Palms is wonderful!

The pictures don’t capture the full beauty of the property. From the immaculate landscaping and exceptional crew, Emily who was efficient and friendly, clean and smartly decorated bungalow, wonderful amenities, and exceptional view and beach experience, Swaying Palms leaves nothing unturned. Book it! If you don’t it leaves more opportunities for me!

Peaceful & Lovely Bungalow

Terry, the property owner/manager, was wonderful to work with and very timely in replying to messages. The property itself and location were unreal. I could not have asked for more for our honeymoon. The beach is right out from the bungalow. We went snorkeling there before we went to any of the reefs, and we saw fish, crabs, octopus -- right out from our own bungalow! The water and sand are as beautiful as they appear in the photos. The infinity pool was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed it while stargazing at night. My partner and I will be coming back to this sweet, beautiful bungalow ourselves as well as returning to the island with our two boys. I loved that it was couples-oriented for those occasions when you like a little more privacy, and we enjoyed all of the gorgeous vegetation and flowers surrounding the cluster of bungalows which gave that feeling of solitude. We would highly recommend this bungalow to solo travelers and couples!

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

The house was beautiful, clean, well equiped. The pool, patio, beach, loungers, kayaks, paddle boards....all were excellent and exactly as described. The property had all the essentials to cook. There was a Kuerig with pods, and a washer and dryer. With the doors opened, there was always a wonderful breeze that kept everything cool. The AC unit in the bedroom kept it very cool for sleeping. All in all, I couldn't recommend the property enough! It was perfect!

Incredible Stay in Paradise

Minutes away from the busy Grace Bay Beach, we enjoyed the serene setting while still having access to all restaurants, shops, and bars. The space itself is extremely clean and updated. The private pool was a huge plus! Terry was so accommodating with great recommendations and always available. Right on the beach, it doesn't matter which bungalow you are in. The view is unobstructed and feels like paradise. Thanks for all the memories here! Recommendation: Hire a masseuse to the bungalow for a message on the beach! One of our favorite experiences.

Can’t wait to come back

Property is exactly like the pictures- maybe even better. Very quiet and private setting on a beautiful turquoise ocean. This beach is windy- Watching the kite surfers was big fun but I was grateful for the two days when the wind slowed and we had a more serene beach day. Property is perfection and we are eager to return.

Swaying Palms is a hidden gem!

If you are seeking a real getaway from it all on the beach, this is the place. The property is very well taken care of by a friendly staff. Property managers (Terry, Natalie, and Dale) are readily available and willing to help with any need including refilling ice and providing restaurant recommendations. After dark there is security walking the property. Renting a car is a must so you can procure provisions (you can have your bungalow stocked in advance) as there is no on-site dining. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware including, most importantly, a blender! However, you can take a quick walk down the beach to the Shore Club for a bite or beverage. There is a handy stackable washer/dryer and detergent pods provided. The king size bed is extremely comfortable with luxury linens. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower, especially at night when the stars are out. We had many leisurely mornings with the doors open to the ocean breeze, and watched kite surfers set up for the day. There is a nicely appointed gym which we had to ourselves on several occasions. At night we kicked back on the sectional and watched TV and Netflix. We will definitely be back!

Ringing in the new year

This is a brand new property consisting of 9 bungalows each with a pool and right on the beach. It’s beautiful! Terry, the owner, was on site and made sure everything was taken care of It was a great way to ring in 2020! Highly recommend Swaying Palms for a great Turks and Caicos vacation.

We enjoyed so much we purchased additional land and just completed Swaying Palms. We are very knowledgeable about the Island and can help you with most anything you might need.

Absolutely perfect location. Very low density with world class beach yet only 5 minutes from the heart of Grace Bay and all the restaurants, gambling and shopping.
