Las suites son de diseño moderno y están equipadas con hermosos muebles de ratán en un elegante y sencillo estilo caribeño.

Ubicada en la playa de Long Bay, un tramo de 3 millas de arena blanca pura y agua turquesa brillante, la villa se encuentra en una gran propiedad frente al mar ajardinada con cocoteros, exuberantes jardines, piscinas, sombra y una cálida brisa suave.

Esta unidad de jardín de 1 dormitorio se encuentra en el 1er piso, tiene un gran balcón amueblado con cómodos sillones y un área para comer, una parrilla para barbacoa y está a pasos de una amplia piscina y ducha exterior.
La playa está a solo 1 minuto a pie a través de un camino en nuestra propiedad.

El rico e intenso color turquesa del mar te sorprenderá. El calor y la suavidad del agua te aplacarán. Puede pasar horas en el agua muy cómodamente y es poco profundo y seguro para los niños. A menudo verá solo un puñado de personas en toda la playa y jinetes ocasionales.

Casi siempre hay una suave brisa que te refrescará. La dirección del viento es propicia para el gran kiteboarding, pero peinarse en la playa, caminar, remar y tomar el sol también se encuentran entre las actividades preferidas. Amaneceres energizantes y hermosos y coloridos cielos al atardecer son un espectáculo diario.

Premier Stay

Very happy we booked the premier room as it has an ideal location very near the beach. The private pool and palapa are great places for a group to hang out, eat relax ect.

Ideal Location

The Wyakha villas are very modern spacious and well furnished. They are expertly designed to maintain privacy and solitude. Many excellent restaurants are 10 minutes away but you the kitchen has everything you would need . Also if you do wind-sports or water sports this is a an ideal location as the beach is clean and free of obstacles and they have tons of equipment for free use. There is also an air conditioned Gym that is surprisingly well equipped.

First TCI trip

We enjoyed our first trip to TCI. You definitely need a car if you stay on on Long Bay Beach. The villa was clean but showed it’s age. The biggest complaint I had was the bed was so hard as to be painful. I had to sleep on the couch a few nights when I was sore from the mattress. Also, the phone was not working in the unit for local calls. On our second day we were told it would be replaced but it never happened.

Great experience

We came to kiteboard and dive. The location on Long Bay is perfect. Quiet location, and beautiful property. The owners are wonderful people who have put a lot of love and care into this small resort. Very welcoming. We will be back!

Peaceful and Tranquil

This is a beautiful property and very private. However, I'd have to caution anyone that may not be really physically fit; they may find it difficult getting down to the beach. Units are available closer to the beach and should be requested, if possible. We also found our beach unfortunately filled with seaweed caused by Hurricane Dorian but the Grace Bay side of the island beaches were beautiful. All in all, a very relaxing visit and well worth it if you're looking for peaceful getaway!

Long Bay Hills

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners were very welcoming and have a unique property that gives their guests privacy while having access to the beautiful beach. Everything is clean and convenient and very close to the main area of Grace Bay and a nice grocery store if needed. We hope to return again soon.

Karana Luxury Penthouse

We were originally booked to stay in the Wyakha Villa but we had some flight problems and were a day late getting to Turks so Ritama upgraded us to the Karana Luxury Penthouse Loft. It was amazing!! And so very nice of her to do that. She didn't have to. I can't say enough good things about her or the property. The Loft was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. The beach was by far the best beach we have ever been to. It was like a huge swimming pool. You could walk out for as far as you wanted and it only got about chest high. The water was clear and pretty calm. There were times that we were the only ones on the beach. And we always felt safe. If you want away from the crowds and an awesome beach this is the place to go!

Well kept property with nice owners

Ritima and Kabeer were great! Very welcoming and take pride in their property. Post hurricane, you wouldn't even know the place was in the path. Pros: -Very nice welcome from the owners. Different feeling than you get form checking into a hotel. -The complex is right on Long Bay and full of action for kite boarding or just sun bathing with a nice breeze. - Water is pretty shallow in the bay as far as the eye could see. Great playground for water sports but not for snorkeling. -Accommodations in the apartment were adequate. We had all the amenities you would expect with washer/dryer, pots/pans, stove, coffee maker, etc.. Cons: -No maid service during the week we were there. Might have been nice to have this offered mid week into a one week stay. -1 bedroom we rented had a garden view although we thought we were renting something with a water view. This could have been a little clearer on the website. -A little bit of signage would be great. This way to "check in" or this way to "the beach"... At the end of the day, we'd stay here again. The pros far outweigh any cons...

A quiet oasis of total relaxation. Beautiful view on a serene beach.

My wife and I totally enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The unit was clean and well equipped. We had a great view of Long Bay and the ocean breeze blowing through our unit was wonderful. We would definitely like to book again in the future.

The place of awesomeness!

My wife and I came to Villa Esencia for our 25th anniversary and stayed in the Studio for 8 days in Oct '16. It was wonderful all around. The different studios, cottages and villas are set up very privately and in such a way that you have your very own walkway to the beach and your own mostly private pool! We stayed at the Studio and it was perfect for us, very nicely furnished inside, almost new and very private with a large covered porch with grill and a full patio furniture set. The beach is just perfect, very quiet, tranquil, away from the busy tourist areas, but Grace Bay Beach is just a short drive away. You can walk 3 miles on the beach, 1 mile south and 2 miles north. There were just a few people on 'our' beach. The water was wonderful for the paddle boards and the kayaks, we used them every day. The owners are very nice and helpful, making you feel at home. The setting of Villa Esencia is awesome for a very relaxing vacation

Peaceful Paradise

Kelly and I spent 7 days here when we first got to Turks. It is a meticulous property, well maintained and with all the modern conveniences of home. We explored the Island from end to end, from beach to beach, and even learned to kite surf with Big Blue at The Shore Club, 1km up the beach. The beach and the amenities on the beach at this VRBO were fabulous, and the kite surfing is amazing. Long Bay beach is a great beach to walk or run up and down, and is much less tourist like than Grace bay. Very relaxing and still only a 5 min car ride to Grace bay area and shops. This place is perfect for people who want to get away from tourists, for Kite surfers, sun bathers and kids, the water is shallow and incredible. I swam up to Shore Club and back a couple of times when the Kiters were down. Snorkeling is better on the Leeward side of the island. It is the windward side of the Island and can get blustery at times, but that is why it is attractive to kiters. The owners were very friendly, and helpful with great recommendations for things to explore while on Provo. The roads are not all paved leading too and from Villa Escencia, but that keeps many people away. Thank you

Amazingly beautiful perfect beach getaway

Can't say enough good things about our stay. Ritama received us when we arrived to an immaculate garden unit just a short walk among palm trees to the beach. The pool and hot tub are right by the apartments and are a wonderful way to transition back to your "home" after the sand and breeze. As a 230lb kiteboarder, I had never used a "door" board like Kabir's, and I was impressed at the how well these work when the wind is lighter. I took a "cruise" by kiteboarding on it about 10 miles north to the next island with a 17m kite, it was like being on a living room chair, enjoying the scenery! I was able to take breaks during this ride and stand on the sand bottom, knee to chest deep the whole time! My wife and 10 year old started learning here too, I doubt there is more than a handful of comparable places like this to learn kiteboarding on the whole planet... You can come and stay here with no reservations that you will enjoy and have no worries about anything. Peter K.

Perfection in Paradise

We recently stayed at Villa Escencia this Feb. and absolutely loved it. Usually we stay at private homes, this was our first time staying in a shared area, so initially we were hesitant about privacy. But, it was never an issue! We had a garden level Villa and with the way the entries were set up you would have thought we were completely alone. Hardly anyone ever used the pool or the hot tub, so we almost always had them to ourselves. The grounds are clean, lush and beautiful! The photos of the beach do not do it justice!!! We walked out and were completely in awe that we were spending a week on beach. There was no need to leave. Even when we did travel to other beaches, we would inevitably come back to Villa Escencia. It was peaceful and relaxing, there never seemed to be anyone on the beach, except for the kite-boarders and other guests. (Which we loved meeting, always fun to meet and hear where everyone was from!) We would 100% recommend this Villa to anyone and hope to come back with friends sometime! We are already missing their sweet pups, Godji and Seven.

PARADISE!! Beautiful lush villa!

We stayed here for a week. I picked it cause it seemed very beautiful according to the pictures. Let say pictures dont do any justice for paradise. Upon arriving we buzzed in at the front security gate which was opened to let us in once we told them who we were. Ritama and Kabir came and greeted us at our villa and gave us a walk thru. They were very pleasant and thorough with everything we wanted to know and needed. The grounds were beautiful and clean. You were a short walk thru the lush pathway to paradise. Out on the beach you had many chairs with a cabana and a hammock for your use. They have paddle boards and kayaks included to use as well. The ocean was BEAUTIFUL!! Crystal clear water that is knee deep to waste deep depending on the tide for a LONG way out. You can see kite boarders out there all day long. When you came back in from the ocean there was a shower by the pool you can rinse off in. There are also bathrooms there as well to use. The salt water pool and hottub were both great! The villa was very clean and had all the amenities you really need. Outdoor propane grill(we used a lot), Fridge, coffee maker, blender, electric cooktop, microwave, convection oven, and dishwasher. Also had a stacked washer and dryer. Also have a safe for your important items. The bedroom is the only place that had AC and it works well. We only used it at night before bed. Electric here is very expensive so turn it off if your not using. Abuse it and leave it running all day long and you will probably have to pay. They have two dogs running around who at first will bark at you to alert the owners of strangers. Once they know you they are very friendly. The dogs were Seven and Gogi we loved the dogs cause they would just come and sit with us. Location is great and closeby to groceries and restaurant. We spoke to the owners several times as we ran in to them during their walks. Had great conversations with them. By the end of the trip we felt that they weren't only the landlords we rented from but also gained new friends. We hope to keep in contact with them and come back here again for sure. Amazing Vacation in Paradise

Immediately as we arrive relaxation sets in as we are surrounded by all that nature has to offer. We are then greeted by the owners who are very inviting and give us a complete tour of the property with advice on the many great things to do on the island. As we get to the second floor unit we are amazed at the cleanliness and relaxing feel but not before stepping onto the balcony and taking in great views of the landscape and the oceans color. During our weeks stay we enjoyed the privacy of the secluded pool and hot tub, the cabanas with hammocks on the beach, testing out our skills with kayaks and stand up paddle boards which are just waiting to be used in the amazing waters while observing kites flying in the distance. The owners were extremely friendly and gladly offered assistance when asked information related to the island which was very useful considering it was our first trip to paradise. Thanks Turks and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great Week

We had a great week at Provo. I will just second all the previous excellent reviews. I would certainly pay extra for the upper floor units if they are available. We had a lower unit which suited our needs but a view of Long Bay beach would have been even nicer. We rented a car and spent 3 days on Grace Bay snorkeling, a day at Taylor Bay and a day at Chalk Sound kayaking. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub very much and all the nice seating and shaded palapas on Long Bay. Ritama and Kabir are perfect hosts-always there if you need them. They are both inspiring people and I enjoyed talking to them and also enjoyed their dogs, Seven and Gogi.

Amazing!

This was our first trip to TCI and it was EVERYTHING we hoped for. The ease of this property makes it so nice and feels like it is your home away from home. We spent the week exploring the island from one end to the other. Fishing, snorkeling, boating. What was most important to us is to feel comfortable and this place was the place to feel that. There were other people in the units, but the great thing about it was we never saw much of anyone. A pleasant greeting and and few get to know you questions and everybody went on about their vacation. The weather was perfect for the first week of October and the last day we were there the water was so calm it was surreal. This is a wonderful place and so easy. It was the most wonderful trip for us and will be very hard to top it...So we will just have to go back again. I would reccomend this place, the owners are very helpful, property is neat as a pin,and the pictures are spot on to what the property has to offer. The near by attractions are very easy, we used Fun and Sun for boating excursion, thank you Fredrick and Catch the Wave to go fishing, Christian is the man we caught barracuda, grouper, nurse shark, parrot fish. We then took the fish we caught to Hemingways for the chef to cook that same afternoon. We rented a car because we wanted to see all there was to see.

Private Paradise

Our stay at Villa Wyakha has been wonderful. We rented both floors of the townhouse -- my husband and I stayed in the upper apartment, and our two young-adult daughters stayed downstairs. The apartments adjoin, so we had privacy, but were still in the same house. It is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and comfortable in every way. We cooked several nights -- the kitchen is better than most rentals, with good quality pans, etc, and a gas grill. We realized we preferred sitting on our deck and dining by candlelight to any of the restaurants on the island, and we went to many of the best ones! It is so lovely. The beach is deserted -- it is like being on your own private island. The water is heavenly, and the wind which varied daily, didn't really bother us. The sand is soft and continues out into the water, it is very easy to walk in and out. The pool is very nice too, and was rarely used by anyone here. We sat in the hot tub at night and looked at the stars. The path down to the beach is easy and feels like a mini jungle. The grounds are naturally beautiful. I would prefer not to share this information, it is that great! but Ritama is an exceptional host, and deserves all the positive responses. We will be back!

Beautiful Setting

We really enjoyed our week stay at this property. We were on Provo more for business than pleasure but it was certainly pleasurable to come back to the garden condo. The condo was new, comfortable and very clean. The grounds are amazing. The owners took special care to keep as much natural vegetation as possible and it's like walking through a tropical garden when walking around the grounds. The pool was very nice. Having direct access to the beach was just a bonus on top of everything else. Ritama and Kabir were very nice and generous hosts. We hope to stay here again. The Long Bay area is nice and private away from the hustle and bustle but only 5-10 minutes away from most of the tourist hot spots and restaurants. We love Long Bay for the natural beauty and lack of people. It reminds you of how things “used to be”.
