Súper cómoda y completamente renovada, esta casa de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños es una delicia. En el tranquilo norte de Seaside, estarás a solo una cuadra de la playa para ver las fabulosas puestas de sol. La sala tiene una gran televisión de pantalla plana. Área de comedor con puertas corredizas al patio con asientos cubiertos para cenar en interiores / exteriores. Hermoso patio trasero con chimenea de gas, sillones y mesa de picnic. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, la habitación con literas tiene dos camas individuales en la parte superior, completa en la parte inferior y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen. El dormitorio Queen tiene acceso al baño desde la habitación, así como acceso al pasillo. La sala de literas y el dormitorio principal tienen acceso privado dentro de las habitaciones al baño principal. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y hay cubiertos y cubiertos para 8 Estacionamientos para 3 vehículos, uno dentro del garaje y 2 vehículos en la plataforma de estacionamiento. This home was perfect for our family! They have thought of everything that you would need for a fun stress free vacation with a family. There were games, toys and movies for the kids as well as beach supplies. It was clean, well maintained and so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, nice house

We stayed a week (7/10/25-7/17/25), 5 adults and 1 toddler. The location of this house is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but only blocks from the shops and the Promenade! The path to the ocean beach is only a block and a half from the house (and the walk to the beach is probably another two-blocks length on a sand path). We used the supplied wagon (which was a nice surprise) to haul the supplied beach equipment (towels/umbrella/sun shade, cooler, toys, etc.) to the beach, and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. All of the beds were very comfortable.The backyard area was delightful with a furnished covered patio area just outside the sliding glass door and then a large picnic table and 2 lounge chairs just past the covered patio. There is also a propane fire pit, but we didn’t use it.This house also has a washing machine and dryer in one of the 2 bathrooms! When we had an issue or question, we received a timely response. We brought a pack-n-play and booster seat, although we discovered a high chair in the garage and a pack-n-play in one of the closets.The weather during the day was in the mid 60s to low 70s, but in Portland, it was in the 80s and 90s. We were happy to be in the cooler weather! It was a perfect fit for us! And the only reason I gave “Cleanliness” 4 stars is because I noticed the tops of my grandson’s feet were black after crawling around on the floors.

We were very satisfied with the house and its amenities. There were lots of items provided to use the beach that was just down at the end of the street. This was our families first time to stay in Oregon, and it was a good place to go. We had no issues with this place or the neighborhood.

By far one of the best places to stay in Seaside. Close to the beach. Comfiest beds ever! The amenities provided are awesome and will come in handy for your beach excursions. Great for kids and adults alike. Super clean!

Clean & great location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the proximity to the ocean, the extras in the garage we’re allowed to use, the simplicity of the house and the comfort of the beds! Next time we come back we’ll be booking this place again!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation to the coast. The house was recently repainted gray and is actually so much cuter than the pictures (also no fence out front now). House was adorable, lots of books and toys for kids, beds were all super comfy. Location was awesome - quick walk down the road to the beach and just a few minutes drive to town.

Great location!

This was our groups third time staying at this location. We love it! The addition of the trundle bed mattress in the bunk room was wonderful this year! All of the kids were ecstatic to be able to sleep in the bunk room together. The outdoor area is lovely and everything we need is in the house. We would love if there was a gate separating the back yard from the front for safety reasons with little kids. Overall we love this cute house (and the new paint color)!

Perfect in every way

This house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were all very comfortable and the layout worked perfectly for 3 adults. The backyard and patio area is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The house and backyard were very nice. Didn't care for the house shades. Not much privacy. Lots of games and things to do. Would be great for families. Dryer vent outside needs some cleaning. Overall nice place and clean.

Lovely property and amenities

This property was located a short walk from the beach, and just a slightly longer walk/drive to town. The property was better than pictured, and included ample space for our family of five. Two sizeable full bathrooms, three great bedrooms, a lovely and private outdoor space! The owners thought of everything. The kitchen is well labeled and includes all conveniences, same with bathrooms. The garage included ping pong, foosball, and beach items to borrow. There were also beach towels available. One alert depending on when you travel: This property does not have air conditioning. It was warm when we arrived, however opening windows plus cooler temps in evening helped cool it down. It was a really great place to stay, I highly recommend.

Comfy Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. Beautiful Vacation Home throughout in nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the Nice Outdoor Seating and Gas Fire Pit, which is a super plus! To get to the beach is 2 blocks straight walk on street from the Vacation Home, but then plan on walking quite a way through Sand Dunes to reach the Ocean Beach. Only regret is there needs to be more Bath Towels in both Bathrooms for Showers. Plan on coming back next year! We absolutely loved our stay!

A Great Place To Stay

This was my first time renting a vacation property. I was totally surprised and pleased by the amenities the host provided for our use. There was a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen and comfortable spacious beds in all 3 bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was close enough to walk to. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the ample supply of board games and videos that were provided. Everything was clean and easily maintained. The only reason I took off one star for the accuracy of the online listing was that the house had recently been painted, so when we arrived at the destination we passed on by because we were looking for the white house shown in the photo instead of the gray one that was there. There were also a couple of window shades that couldn't be opened or closed due to faulty cords. I definitely would recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a good, quiet, family oriented place to stay.

Beach vacation

Property is well thought out on amenities you might need. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful yard. We had dirty dishes and flatware in cupboards and hair still in a bathroom rug. We know maid cleaned so maybe previous renters could have put dity sishes in cupboards. Also hair in rug looked like someone cut hair. Locks for garage were hard to unlock.

Great place to stay!

Have stayed at this location two times now. It is perfect! We went with 4 adults and 5 children under 8 years old and it’s the perfect size for us all. So many amenities in the house and a short walk to the beach and town. We will be back next year!
