We had a great stay. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice neighborhood. Cozy backyard. We were able to enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal Tempe Location with Pets

Very convenient location to our stay in Tempe (Angles game, Old Scottsdale, Papago Park, and Mesa). Heated pool was awesome for a March stay.

Great for families and dogs

This was our second time here. There is a heated pool and a dog door and a fenced backyard. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner! It is conveniently located and near some great restaurants.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect location for our family. We hiked the South Mountain every morning and then enjoyed checking out the local coffee shops. It had all of the amenities that you could ask for and more! The heated pool and backyard were fantastic! This house was great for our family!

Nice place

Nice place, property managed. 4th bed wasn't ready even though I indicated 4 people twice. Towels were a little damp, as though hurried in the drier. It's a good place, but with minimal personal touch.

Review

House was as advertised and well stocked with all needed items. Pool and yard were in good condition. Location was convenient to many activities in the area and the airport. Neighborhood was quiet but 1 adjacent area was less than ideal for a family. Go towards campus or to the south for shopping/dining. We enjoyed our stay and we’re comfortable in the house.

Spring training get away

House was a good fit for stay with total of 7 friends. Things could have been better if there was bedding for pull out couch/bed. Also only 1 hand towel per bathroom (2) was proved for 7 people for 5 days!!! When contacting phone number given there was no answer. Able to get response with VRBO app BUT did not receive any answer to get blankets or more hand towels! Could of been a better stay for us if those things taken care of!

Spring Training with a HS student

The house was as advertised and the backyard was fantastic. We are so glad we had access to a heated pool as the spring weather was on the 'cooler' side for AZ. The neighborhood appears to be in transition and there is not much directly around it; however we took full advantage of being a really easy 10 minute drive from ASU and the surrounding area. Easy on/off from the highway was a plus too given we were trying to get to a new location in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area every day. Net - I'd give the location 5 stars, but the neighborhood 3. We were delayed checking in as the cleaning team was still there. They were super nice, but after a long day we wanted some downtime and were disappointed that the house wasn't ready yet. The host is very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive.

Not like the photos… but nice!

House could have been a lot cleaner. Glasses in cupboard, silverware, bathrooms and floors were dirty. Needed items missing or didn’t work: coffee maker, no sugar, no throw blankets/extra blankets, no pool loungers (we bought some and left them there) master bathroom door not installed properly so it gave no privacy and didn’t close. Threatening notes regarding stealing makeup wash clothes and washing/ruining sheets, losing the garage remote, etc…resulting in fines were prominent and made us feel…well bad! To be fair: location was good. Close to everything. Okay neighborhood. We felt safe. Pool was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable. I definitely would not call this a “Rare and modern” home. With all of Vrbo choices, we will not be staying here again.

Good but attention to detail could have been better

Overall, this house did work out for our group but a few things did come up during our stay: -I was able to drop off my luggage before the check in time, however, when we arrived back at the house just after check-in time (4pm), the cleaners were still there for another hour and we weren’t able to enter the house. -On VRBO, it’s listed as an 11am check-out time but when we arrived, the paperwork and message from owner stated 10am check-out. -The water and air filter alerts on the fridge were on / needing to be replaced. -The pool was heated to 85 degrees which is great for night swimming but not as good for wanting to swim during the day when it’s also 85 degrees outside. -The bathroom in the master bath has a barn door but you can still see through easily so best with family members as opposed to friends. -Landscaping came to the house while we were there and came into the backyard which surprised us quite a bit as we were swimming. Wish we would have known prior to booking that this was going to take place. We still had a nice time despite the above things. The space was clean and in close proximity to so much in the area!

Great location for visiting friends and family all over the Phoenix area. The house is very comfortable, our favorite hangout spot was the patio. We grilled a lot because it was so easy.

Great house and location.

The house was very well equipped and well maintained. The house was in a great location. Perfect for pets as we travelled with our dogs. There is a dog door. The pool was heated and well maintained. They really thought of everything.

Family fun in Tempe

We really enjoyed the pool and backyard. We had a very short stay but would come back. It wasn’t very close to the grandkids we were coming to visit but since it was pet friendly it worked out great. Perfect if you are traveling with your fur babies.

Fab property, Excellent Location

Beautiful home, all the amenities you need, very comfy bed! The best part-the heated pool and outdoor seating area! Great location, close to Tempe Lake, hiking trails, and restaurants. Would totally stay here again.

Great friend trip

The house was well stocked, the backyard was beautiful and the pool was so warm even on a chillier January day! The house had everything we needed and the owners were fantastic at responding to questions and accommodating a few special requests. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Tempe

Perfect home for our Spring Break trip. The pool was heated and our boys spent most of each day enjoying it. House was very clean and just as pictured. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. Would stay again!

Perfect retreat

This was a great house with a good deal if space and a wonderful patio and pool area- perfect for a relaxing retreat! Great ammenities, quiet neighborhood and close to groceries, restaraunts and attractions. Our only complaint is that we arrived an hour after check in and the cleaner had just started cleaning- she told us previous guests had just left and they had held a party. The house was not thoroughly cleaned when cleaner left as she was in a hurry- which is why I gave a low cleanliness rating.

Amazing House

Our family stayed at this property and we loved it! The house is beautiful and clean and the beds are soft and comfortable. The pool was so much fun for all of us. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Great Spot!

Perfect little getaway to north Tempe! Property was as advertised. Very clean, updated amenities, pool was warm. Comfy beds. Kitchen very well stocked with everything needed (and even good cookware). Highly recommended!!!
