Amazing property

This place had an amazing view, it helped 11 of us and we never once felt crowded! All the beds were super comfortable, plenty of plates and cups to use. The outside patio was great for morning coffee, we definitely made use of the space. It was also very close to many of the attractions that we wanted to do. Tatiana was always checking in making sure that our stay was perfect. I’d definitely book again

Great place to stay for the weekend

We were a party of 8 adults + 1 kid. We loved the stay there. The view from the home was beautiful. We were sad that we could spend only one night there.

Best view in LA

Great communication from the hostess. Beautiful view of LA and straight across you can even spot the Hollywood sign. We had five of us , and there were a lot of extra beds! Hot shower! Kitchen had everything we needed!

Beautiful Home!

This Moroccan style townhome was very clean and able to accommodate my group of 6 with 3 extra beds. Everyone had their own bed which was nice. Views are perfect To wake up to!

Great house, Good location and Kind owner

My family, totally 6 including my kids and nephew and niece stayed for 10 days. Location was very safe and good for any places around LA such as Universal Studio, Disneyland, Hollywood, Santa Monica and others. Neighbors are very calm and kind as well, and the view at the house is wonderful. We could clearly see the Hollywood Sign, Griffiths Observation etc as well. Owner was very kind and very quickly answer on any of our contacts, and provides many of benefits for my family. Of course, we will stay at this house when we have a chance to visit to LA again.

Amazing Place To Stay

The townhome was very gorgeous with beautiful decor and an excellent view of LA. Tatiana was so kind and helpful, and made the trip, even with a large group, stress free!

Amazing Experience, Wonderful Place, Great Host!

Can’t say enough good things about this perfect home-away-from-home near downtown LA. Great location and the views are gorgeous. Plus, this is the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen. Beautiful space in a great area for quick access to several freeways. There's easy access to DTLA, short drive to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, LAX and the beach. All the furniture was really comfortable. Spent a peaceful morning on the front patio. The kitchen had all the appliances and spices we needed for a home cooked meal. Tatiana was a gracious host; she offered lots of information about the property and the surrounding area prior to check in and was readily available to answer any questions within minutes. Having free parking for several cars was so convenient and not easy to find in LA. 5 stars, a perfect stay! Lovely home, very well maintained, tastefully decorated and safe. We cant wait to come again...next time for longer!

I want to come back and stay here again!!

The host was really helpful and quick to respond regardless of the time of day it was. The house was really clean and perfectly in tact just as it looks on the photos. Nice view of LA city. The house has so many convenient and handy essentials from the kitchen to the bathroom. I admired the Architecture and design of the house interior, the use of warm white lighting really makes the house stand out and provide a warm home feeling. Overall, my group of 9 fit perfectly and really enjoyed our time at this house. Thank you Tatiana

Neighborhood Description:

Safe friendly family neighborhood with several supermarkets, Target, CVS Dollar Tree, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Fox Hills Mall and Baldwin Hills Mall with a wide-range of shopping and dining options within minutes drive. We are located at the foothill of Baldwin Hills Estates- multi-million dollar properties and gated communities. This part of Los Angeles is very quiet and green with three beautiful parks within a 1 mile radius. One is immediately below the townhouse with a putting green, jogging trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, BBQ grill stations and, of course, a children's playground with slides, climbing structure and swings. Kenneth Hahn Park, 400 acres natural life preserve, with hiking, fishing, running creeks and a lovely lotus pond, is less than a mile away. Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook offering fantastic views of the city is 3 min away.

The townhouse is on the hillside near the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac street that has properties on only one side and a very nice green tree lined hillside on the other that is accessible via a walking path. There is no one residing above or below the property, you will have your own private entrance. Free street parking available immediately outside of the front gate.

Getting Around:

10, 405 and 110 freeways are 5-7 min away. If you drive in, there is plenty of free street parking in front of the property. The most convenient way to get around is via Uber or Lyft if you don't have a car.

The location is very central in LA with Santa Monica and Venice Beach, downtown LA, Beverly Hills, LAX, Staples Center, Forum and new SoFi Rams NFL Stadium just a short drive away. Culver City, Inglewood and Ladera Heights are closely adjacent.

Several major adjacent streets are La Cienega Blvd, La Brea Blvd, Obama Blvd, and Crenshaw Blvd.

15 min to SoFi Stadium, Forum, Staples Center, LAX and DTLA

15-20 min to Beverly Hills
