Neighborhood Description:
Safe friendly family neighborhood with several supermarkets, Target, CVS Dollar Tree, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Fox Hills Mall and Baldwin Hills Mall with a wide-range of shopping and dining options within minutes drive. We are located at the foothill of Baldwin Hills Estates- multi-million dollar properties and gated communities. This part of Los Angeles is very quiet and green with three beautiful parks within a 1 mile radius. One is immediately below the townhouse with a putting green, jogging trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, BBQ grill stations and, of course, a children's playground with slides, climbing structure and swings. Kenneth Hahn Park, 400 acres natural life preserve, with hiking, fishing, running creeks and a lovely lotus pond, is less than a mile away. Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook offering fantastic views of the city is 3 min away.
The townhouse is on the hillside near the end of a small quiet cul-de-sac street that has properties on only one side and a very nice green tree lined hillside on the other that is accessible via a walking path. There is no one residing above or below the property, you will have your own private entrance. Free street parking available immediately outside of the front gate.

The location is very central in LA with Santa Monica and Venice Beach, downtown LA, Beverly Hills, LAX, Staples Center, Forum and new SoFi Rams NFL Stadium just a short drive away. Culver City, Inglewood and Ladera Heights are closely adjacent.
