'Reef Witherspoon' - ¡Trae tu ambición rubia a este condominio frente al mar!

Sea Gypsy No. 105 es un condominio premium en la planta baja que llamamos "Reef Witherspoon". Tiene un ambiente relajado, informal, que te invita a pasar el rato y disfrutar del surf más allá de tu puerta de vidrio corrediza. Tiene capacidad para cuatro personas con una cama queen y un sofá cama queen y dos baños completos. Una cocina bien equipada, abundantes utensilios de cocina, utensilios, utensilios, cubiertos, vasos y vajilla hacen que preparar la comida sea un placer.

La unidad cambió de propietario en noviembre de 2019. Los propietarios agregaron nuevos muebles; incluye sofá nuevo, sillón reclinable con vista al mar, mesa y sillas nuevas, cama y colchón nuevos, espacio de almacenamiento nuevo y mesitas de noche y lámparas con puertos de carga USB.

El dormitorio ofrece espacio para opciones personales; espacio en el piso adecuado para empacar y jugar si viaja con humanos pequeños; espacio para negociar el espacio si tiene problemas de movilidad y depende de ayudas para caminar.

La unidad es ideal para cualquier persona con movilidad reducida. No hay pasos en este condominio de planta baja. El baño en suite tiene un cabezal de ducha manual, barras de apoyo para discapacitados y una silla de ducha ubicada convenientemente en la unidad. El condominio se encuentra adyacente a un espacio de estacionamiento para discapacitados. Además, el acceso directo a la playa, 5 escaleras poco profundas, está a solo 40 pies de su puerta.

Disfrute de sillas de playa de cortesía en el patio cubierto de hierba, donde puede ver a sus hijos jugar en la arena, disfrutar de una copa de vino y ver las cometas, las aves marinas y las cabezas flotantes de las focas del puerto en las olas poco profundas. Camina por la playa 10 minutos hacia el norte y disfruta de las piscinas naturales de mareas. Camina hacia el sur y camina por el río D, el río más corto del mundo.

Easy beach access, great spot

Stopped in for an overnight trip, check in and out was incredibly easy and having beach access out the back door was great.

Beach Bliss

Having a week of solitude, gorgeous views, comfortable well stocked kitchen and thoughtful décor with functionality for a great stay made it one of my best vacations. Not to mention I felt safe there. If I could live there I would! Groceries not to far away, a casino a couple miles away, walking on the beach...right out your door. A seagull who did not get the memo that we are not going to feed him/her came to my window everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. A welcoming friend. My stay included some acclimate weather for the area. A cold front with a good amount of snow came in and..oh bummer caused me to stay another night. I was so fortunate that the condo had that extra day available. It was so easy to work out with the front desk. I like that the establishment and the owners of the condos have a partnership that makes sure the guests can be taken care of during their stay. The booklet that the owner has for the guests to get to know the condo is priceless. It was well done and easy to read/understand. Maybe one complaint that I'm not sure you can fix...is the fishy smell in the freezer. I bought some baking soda to help and it did! If there was anything that I would recommend is that when it snows again with frigid temps that won't melt the snow...shovel/plow the driveway. The day before and the day I left was a challenge to negotiate the ice in between the cars. Other than that...I had a great time. I hope to come back when it's crab season!! Cheers!

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect place for our stay! We were only in town for 24 hours, so having the beach front view and close walk to Kylo's made it all worth it. They give a warning about being able to hear others walking around, which was true, but wasn't bothersome. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice room

Room 105 is a very nice room. It has everything you'll need for your stay. Walking distance to Kyllos. You can walk to the Casino via the beach or take a short drive.

It was ok

Please replace the carpet with hardwood floors. Stains were really bad. I have pictures from when we 1st got there. Also the sliding screen door. Also replace. Please update the sponge for the kitchen. With no dishwasher and having to do dishes by hand,that sponge was done for after the 1st day. And some extra kitchen towels would be a plus. Also our living room TV did not work the entire visit. Buffered non stop. More non tv then actual tv. I am not one to complain, but I wasnt as happy in this unit as others I have stayed in. And last, the bed was incredibly hard, but some people love that. We just did not.

Wouldn't stay in room 105 again

Pros: - close to the ocean - affordable - great space - perfect for a family - easy check in/out - friendly and attentive front desk staff - large comfy bed - extension cord in living room Cons: -was FILTHY, surface areas were fine, but whenever we adjusted something, it was sticky on the sides or underneath (like lifting the coffee table or bar stools) -furniture was horrid: the cabinet under the TV smelled STRONGLY of stale smoke, and this held blankets for the pull out - we had to share a bed instead one of the half round brown chairs had a broken leg couch was hard and extremely uncomfortable table chairs were flimsy -kitchen no cleaning products except dollar store sponge and soap pans were broken and the skillet was unusable - everything burned, the handle was broken, nothing to scour it with -the main bathroom smelled of urine -absolutely no cleaning products!!! how can we keep everything clean without them? -ceiling light in the bedroom was dimmable but wouldn't get brighter again, and fan hardly moved air (yes we found switches on wall) -carpets stained -couldn't have sliding glass door open (to hear ocean) in a secure way (with everyone walking by), screen door ripped by handle, stick too long to block it open a few inches Ideas: -new furniture, all the furniture in the living and dining room was unwelcoming and hard -replace ceiling fan in bedroom -supply limited cleaning supplies (broom, lysol, scouring pads) -implement a deep cleaning schedule -splurge a tiny bit more on the pans - walmart/goodwill not dollar tree -get a slightly shorter stick for sliding glass door ****to the property owner - the fence in the back is !PRECISELY EYE LEVEL!**** When you sit at the table, couch, or bench outside, the fence is exactly at the horizon line. It's super annoying when you're trying to just watch the waves because you can't. It would be amazing if it were about a foot shorter. All in all, I wouldn't choose to stay in room 105 again unless it was the only way I could go on vacation. I will attempt a single stay in another room on a higher floor (it didn't feel safe with everyone walking by with the door open, and the fence was at an awful height). If that room is no more clean or comfy, I will not return.

Clean, comfortable, great location

We had a wonderful stay at Reef Witherspoon. When we arrived, the room was ready, clean, and welcoming. The room was well-equipped with comfortable furniture and kitchen appliances and utensils. The communications we received from Sea Gypsy rentals was timely and thorough. Staff was friendly and competent. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful Beach Condo

We loved our stay at the Sea Gypsy. We are usually in #107, but it was booked. Our condo was clean and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. Just a few things to be aware of…Garbage disposal didn't work, the stock of spices in the kitchen was very low, and the fan light in the bedroom didn't work. The nightlight didn't work, but housekeeping took care of that. We love the location and always look forward to visiting. We believe it has the best views in Lincoln City.

Beautiful

The room was clean and had amazing views of the beach and ocean. Beach access was just a few steps away and easy to use. I would stay here again.

Not for 4…

If you enjoy a view, love to hear the sound of the roaring waves, and need a -lace with few or no stairs, you will love The Reef Witherspoon. That is until it's time to go to bed. The king in the Master was fine, but the pull out coach in the living room was NOT. There were no sheets for it and only a twin size blanket. It was very hard and uncomfortable. I can't imagine how 2 people could sleep on it. I hope it is replaced soon.

Only one complaint

It’s loud. You’re right be the pool. People always walking by. Neighbors above and to the sides are loud. Walls are thin. Now, you cannot get a better location. Being next to the beach, kyllos, close to lots of food…we loved it here. Beds are comfy. Plenty of amenities. We will absolutely stay here again!!

This ended up being the perfect location for our trip. We went as far south as Florence and the sea lion caves and as far north as Seaside (goonies rock). Troy was amazing. My wife accidentally booked through her account. Troy allowed us to cancel and rebook through my account after we should have been able to. He did not have to do this but he was very understanding and accommodating. My wife's only complaint was that there was not a designated dish drying towel. We used a bathroom towel and it worked just fine😂. We spent a lot of time on Airbnb and Vrbo checking prices and locations. For us this was the best bang for the buck.

4 Stars because of no lift chair otherwise it would be a 5

We chose this room because it had a lift chair in it because my husband had back surgery a couple months ago and he finds it easier at home to get up and down with it, the picture on your website showed it but when we got there it had two chairs in it instead that were not very comfortable. I think maybe a new picture should be put up so people aren't misled. Other then that our room was great.

Great room will stay again!

The room was great. We had a family of 4 for an extended weekend and it was very comfortable. The room had a great view of the beach and was very close to the path that lead down to the beach. I also really appreciated the tub walls not being very tall. It was very convenient for the older people in my party. Overall wonderful room and we plan on staying there again! :)

Nice, but....

First the good...ground floor as advertised and nice color scheme, upgraded kitchen, etc. The bad...the listing boasts handicap accessibility and shows a large leather recliner, but the added furnishings/shelving units in the hallway limit the ability of a walker, wheelchair or scooter from using the hallway. Also, there was no recliner in the living room. The focus on the accessibility of the unit and that recliner where what sold us on this unit, but our disabled individual had to spend most of their in-room trip in the bedroom where they could elevate their feet on the bed. They need to update the photos removing the recliner and maybe relocate the hall furnishings if they are promoting accessibility.

Girls weekend!

This condo is located just steps from the beach! Absolutely fabulous! The place was very clean and the bed and sofa bed was very comfy. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends. Thank you for providing such a great home away from home for us. Don't think twice if you love the beach this is the place for you!

The condo in Lincoln City, OR was great! The bed was comfy and the location was perfect. Being there only 2 days, we didn't venture more than 5 miles from the condo. The restaurants nearby were delicious and I would definitely return.

We had a great time!

Loved the location, the ease of the beach access and how clean and cozy this condo was. We spent most of our time on the beach, watched movies, and tried some local restaurants during our stay. The beds are the only thing we had a slight complaint about as the foam topper for the bed in the bedroom was quite a bit smaller than the mattress, making it feel more like a full bed, rather than a queen. Both beds were comfortable, though, and we slept great. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, the only thing it was missing was a large serving spoon. It was a perfect spot for a few days away from everything for a preggo mama, hubby, and three year old who just wanted to play in the sand.

Yes, yes, yes!

Our stay was great! It was our daughter's first time at the coast (which she absolutely loved) so staying right by the water was 100% worth it! Love that it has 2 full baths, and it has a kitchen. 🙂
