Welcome to Unit 321, "Rest Ashored," your serene sanctuary and the newest addition to the Sea Gypsy Rentals, where the space is so cozy that it invites you to anchor down and unwind in coastal tranquility.



Accommodating up to six guests, with a king bed in the private bedroom, a versatile queen murphy bed, and a cozy queen pull-out in the living room. Two bathrooms mean never having to fight over space to get ready, and with a fully stocked kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals to savor, creating unforgettable moments by the sea. But it's the breathtaking ocean view that steals the spotlight, captivating you from sunrise to sunset. Recently renovated,  "Rest Ashored" exudes elegance and charm, ensuring a top-notch stay.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There, you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated saltwater pool and dry sauna.



This is a third floor unit, there are 36 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
